La cour intérieure et la décoration de l’hôtel sont très agréables. L’hôtel est bien situé dans la vieille ville, à proximité de la gare dans un quartier calme. Le personnel est serviable. J’ai apprécié la formule petit-déjeuner express à 8 €, comprenant une boisson chaude, une boisson froide et une viennoiserie.

Ma chambre sur cour et RDC était petite et les possibilités de rangement limitées : une étagère ouverte et étroite et deux patères avec quatre cintres. Les bruits provenant de la cour et de l’étage supérieur sont gênants. Autre désagrément, le réveil matinal par la VMC de la salle de bain qui diffusait tôt le matin des odeurs de café à l’arrivée du personnel.

Hôtel bien placé pour la découverte de la ville. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Possibilité d’une place de parking privée proche de l’hôtel.

This is in a good location walking distance to everything (about 15 mons to the Palaces des Papes) but it is VERY residential. You need to walk several blocks to get food or coffee. The hotel does have breakfast. Solo female travelers may not feel comfortable walking back after dark. While it seemed safe, the streets were pretty empty.

Parking is an issue. The outside spots are next to the hotel but the street is one way the wrong direction so you need to take a 10 min loop from the gate to get to it. Hotel should provide better directions to these spots. Garage parking is available but it is a converted auto shop with 8 spaces in a place that should have 6. Getting in and out requires advanced backing up skills and a second person to direct you. Spots are very tight and with a mid-size car it was difficult. A large sedan, station wagon or SUV will not fit

Central area, old structure but pretty well designed. They offer also local products.

Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We found a dirty glass in the bathroom, two cockroaches with ants around it. We immediately reported the issue, and the staff were very kind and helpful and offered to move us to another room. We really appreciated their quick response and willingness to help. They also kindly offered us breakfast as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room also had some ants, hairs on the sink, although considerably less worst than the first one we accepted (second room could be not as ready as expected). Anyway, considering the hotel’s reviews, we understand that our may have been a really isolated experience. We also found the parking situation a bit disappointing. The paid parking does not clearly indicate whether the assigned space will be covered or uncovered. Our space was uncovered, meaning our car was left under the sun, yet we still paid the full parking fee. Overall, we appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially their effort to accommodate us and make up for the inconvenience. However, the issues with insects affected our stay.

Ants in the hallway and coming in through under the door, quite a lot of them. My husband and I were both bitten by ants, and our bodies are still itchy.

The location was great and very convenient. I could easily walk into downtown Avignon, and it was a quick walk to the train station, Avignon Centre. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all very helpful.

While the staff are lovely, sometimes there wasn't always a person at the front desk, so you had to wait sometimes to check in/check out. Usually no more than 5-10 minutes. The key system they had was also different: when you leave to go out for the evening, you give your key back to the front desk, and then when you return you ask for it back (I haven't seen this anywhere else).

Le patio est un endroit très agréable. Nous avons pu y rester dans la soirée puis le lendemain pour le petit déjeuner.

Era una habitación triple + cuna por lo que no quedaba casi espacio, pero no nos importó porque lo necesitábamos así. El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, al lado de la muralla, y a 7min andando del centro. Tiene varias zonas de restauración cercanas y muy agradables. El aparcamiento es en la calle, en una plaza privada con un cepo que te quitan en recepción. No hay ascensor.

La situation des chambres sur le patio, le calme et la proximité du Centre ville.

Just jnside the city gates, though still a 20 minute walk to the papal palace. The parking was secure and shower was good, the bed comfortable. We wished we had used the garden for eating our food. The breakfast was good.

Room was a bit on the small side though that’s to be expected in Europe.

Le réceptionniste a donné mon bagage à une autre cliente. Je suis reparti de l'hôtel en ayant perdu poir plusieurs milliers d'euros de matériel.

Prix un peu trop élevé.

Personnel très accueillant, nous avons pu nous garer dans le parking avant 15h ce qui était très pratique et le petit déjeuner dans la cour était très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel.

The parking - the parking is a few minutes away on foot, I do think it needs to be clearer where the parking is, but grateful we had a parking space.

La cama era muy comoda. El hotel patio interior muy agradable donde estar tranquilo o tomar el aperitivo. El personal muy amable y hasta nos dejaron guardar cosas en la nevera por las altas temperaturas de esos días.

No tiene ascensor. Falta de personal, suele haber solo 1 persona y si se concentran llegadas, hay que esperar.

Location was good - the staff were friendly and very helpful with any requests.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt und hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Abschließbare Garage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels ist ein Plus.

Cosy Hotel and very friendly check in staff. We arrived late (10:45pm) and staff were there for us to check us in. Comfy beds and very clean. AC was perfect as we were there during heatwave.

Saknade kylskåp på rummet

직원들 친절하고 방도 깨끗하게 정리되어 있으며 안전한 주차장(호텔에서 도보 5분 거리에 별도 주차장)도 있어 좋았고 특히 중앙 정원(성수기에는 바를 운영하는 듯하나 숙박 당시에는 운영하지 않음)이 있어 여행후 편안하게 맥주 한잔하면서 힐링하기 좋습니다.

중심지까지 도보로 8~10분 소요되나 이미 가격에 반영된 부분이라 딱히 아쉬운 점은 없었습니다.

Extrem nettes Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig, obwohl das Hotel sehr nah an der Ringstraße liegt.

Kein Platz direkt am Hotel. Auch Entladen des Gepäck kann daher schwierig sein.

Sehr nettes Personal, wunderschöner Innenhof zu dem die Zimmer rausgehen, schön eingerichtet, super Lage zur Innenstadt und auch zum Bahnhof. Sichere Parkplätze sind vorhanden und müssen reserviert werden.

Die Anweisung zu wo sich die Parkplätze befinden, hätten wir vorab gebrauchen können, da man vor dem Hotel nicht wirklich parken kann, sondern nur auf der Straße halten kann. Sonst war alles perfekt 😊

The staff were really friendly and helpful, with suggestions on things to visit in the short time we had. Stored our baggage easily and even helped me carry mine to my room. The location was excellent.

A wery charming little hotel close to the senter of Avignon. The staff made me feel at home. A place to return to.

Lage war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll renoviert, man fühlt sich wohl. Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Altstadt unweit des Bahnhofes und ist zu Fuß von dort in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr ruhig , mit Innenhof, wo auch das reichhaltige Frühstück eingenommen werden kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, als wir spontan um eine Nacht verlängern wollten und gaben uns sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade . Wir kommen immer gerne wieder

O aconchego do quarto, a limpeza, o tratamento, a disponibilidade para nos fazer sentir em casa. Superou minhas expectativas. Bom café da manhã. Boa localização. Fomos muito bem tratados. Recomendo!

Our room opened out on to the terrace which had shade most of the day - lovely. The person on reception was always very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a lovely backyard where we had breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was a bit small but not a big deal as we only spent the evenings there. The shower was great. We hired a car, so having a place to park, albeit paid, was great. The location is perfect and if you stay there, make sure you visit rue des Teinturiers which is only 5 minutes from the hotel and it is a hidden gem!
