Καλαίσθητη διακόσμηση. Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό. Χαμογελαστα παιδιά με όρεξη να σε εξυπηρετήσουν.. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητα τιμής όσον αφορά το φαγητό. Πολύ καλός και πλούσιος σε επιλογές ο μπουφές του πρωινου. Επίσης, η τοποθεσία: απέναντι σε μία όμορφη παραλία και για όσους θέλουν να χρησιμοποιήσουν συγκοινωνία δίπλα σε στάση λεωφορείου.

Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου (reception, bar-pool service, καθαριότητα, προετοιμασία γευμάτων) είναι εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και φιλόξενο. Τα δωμάτια είναι προσεγμένα και όμορφα διακοσμημένα. Η receptionist μας έκανε upgrade σε σουίτα. Τόσο η κίνηση εκ μέρους της όσο και η ίδια η σουίτα ήταν υπέροχες. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε απόσταση δευτερολέπτων από μία από τις ωραιότερες παραλίες του νησιού. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν διαθέτει ξαπλώστρες στην παραλία. Ωστόσο, όσο κανείς απολαμβάνει την πισίνα και τις ξαπλώστρες γύρω από αυτή, μπορεί άνετα να πεταχτεί για μια βουτιά στην παραλία και να επιστρέψει. Το πρωινό είναι άριστο σε ποιότητα, ποσότητα και ποικιλία. Ομοίως υπέροχοι οι καφέδες και τα ροφήματα που παρασκευάζουν οι εργαζόμενοι στο bar. Συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό, το οποίο συμβάλλει καθοριστικά στην θετική εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου Benois.

Είχαμε την καλύτερη εμπειρία στο Hotel Benois από όλες τις απόψεις! Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση και φιλοξενία. Καθαριότητα, παροχές, αισθητική, όλα σε υψηλό επίπεδο. Λατρέψαμε την πισίνα! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα και ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!

Nice location, great pool and very close to the beach. Staff was friendly.

Cleaning staff was too loud in the mornings right outside the room and several times they barged in the room even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, άνετο δωμάτιο με πλούσιο πρωινο. Πολύ ωραία πισίνα πεντακάθαρη, το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στην θάλασσα του Γαλησσα στα 100 μέτρα. Και έχει επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν ευρύχωρο, με καθημερινή καθαριοτητα.

Θα μπορούσε να είχε πιο πολλές κρεμαστές για τις πετσέτες του μπάνιου.

Μας άρεσαν τα πάντα. Οι άνθρωποι γνωρίζουν από φιλοξενία. Αμέσως αισθάνεσαι σαν το σπίτι σου και μπορείς να απολαύσεις τις διακοπές σου με τον καλύτερο τρόπο! Από το πρωινό, την καθαριότητα, την εξυπηρέτηση ( εξαιρετικά όλα τα παιδιά και ειδικά ο Θανάσης ). Πάντα με το χαμόγελο και τη θετική διάθεση!

Das Benoishotel bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt - einen Pool mit Liegen und Schirmen, Badetücher, Restaurant/Bar ab 13:00Uhr mit sehr leckerer Auswahl, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal & den Strand (Galissas) direkt vor der Tür. In der Nähe des Hotels (1-5 Gehminuten) findet man ebenfalls einen Scooter-/Quadverlei, einen kleinen Supermarkt und weitere Restaurants. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke und Ermoupoli (+andere Strände) somit gut erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ευγενικό και διακριτικό προσωπικό. Καθαρό και σχετικά άνετο. Πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία. Πρωινό επαρκές, ποιοτικό σε ό,τι πρόσφερε αν και θα μπορούσε να ήταν ακόμα πιο πλούσιο. Πισίνα καθαρή και χωρίς πρόβλημα να βρεις ξαπλώστρες οι οποίες ήταν πολύ βολικές. Ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, μια χαρά. Γενικά απροβλημάτιστο ξενοδοχείο. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και αν επισκεπτούμε πάλι το νησί θα επιδιώξουμε να μείνουμε πάλι εκεί.

Για τις παροχές θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο οικονομικό πιστεύω. Θα δικαιολογούσα την τιμή αν είχε τουλάχιστον ημιδιατροφή. Και το συγκρίνω με τιμές άλλον ξενοδοχείων που έχω επισκεφθεί στο παρελθόν σε άλλα νησιά βέβαια. Για να μην αδικώ όμως, ό,τι υπόσχεται το παρέχει.

De lunch en het diner waren erg lekker bij het restaurant. Ook het personeel (los van het management) waren erg aardig!

1. Het management heeft totaal gefaald met betrekking tot klantgerichtheid als het om gasten gaat met problemen met de ferry. Let hier goed op voordat je dit boekt, want wij moesten een dubbele nacht betalen terwijl de ferries gecanceld waren. En omdat er 1 ferry beschikbaar was en ook nog 6 uur moesten wachten op een ander eiland met het risico dat de ferry ook gecanceld zou worden, gaf hun dit de reden om geen restitutie te geven voor de gemiste nacht. Schandalig! 2. Ook al onze was hadden ze in de droger gegooid waardoor al onze was is gekrompen en beschadigd. Ook wordt het niet gestreken.

Η κουζινα παραμενει ανοιχτη σχεδον καθολη τη διαρκεια της ημερας γεγονος που επιτρεπει να χαλαρωνετε στην πισινα χωρις μετακινησεις για φαγητο κλπ.

Все отлично. Обратите внимание - на пляже можно лежать бесплатно, без шезлонга под зонтиками . А так стоимость шезлонга и зонта 30 евро. Мы плавали в море и возвращались обратно в отель к супер лежакам у бассейна. Рядом магазин - все там есть , для перекусов . Автобус в 2 минутах едет в город . Ужинали там . Один раз поужинали у них - в городе будет дешевле и колоритнее.

Персонал не знает, какие есть экскурсии с острова . Мы сами нашли, что есть кораблик до пещеры , где часовни. И ждали сутки пока они выяснят . Воду тоже положили только один раз при заселении . В остальном все отлично.

Ωραιο μπαλκονι εστιατόριου για πρωινό, φαγητο, καφε και ποτο με θεα την θάλασσα και το βουνό. Το δεύτερο δωμάτιο στον πρωτο όροφο μετά από αλλαγή την επόμενη μέρα με μεγαλο μπαλκονι και ωραία θέα. Στις αστοχίες του δωματίου μετα από την επισήμανση του πελάτη υπήρχε γρήγορη ανταπόκριση. Φιλικό και Ευγενικό προσωπικό.

Το πρώτο δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο την πρώτη μέρα ήταν αστοχία. Οι αδέσποτες γάτες ήταν πάνω στο τραπέζι και στης καρέκλες στο μπαλκόνι του δωματίου. Το μπαλκόνι ειχε θεα τον φράχτη του συγκροτήματος. Μεσάνυχτα έγινε βραχυκύκλωμα σε ένα ρελε στο πίνακα και ήμασταν χωρίς ρεύμα στο δωμάτιο μας. Το δεύτερο δωμάτιο στο πρώτο όροφο που μας έδωσαν την άλλη μέρα ήταν καλύτερο, με θέα και μεγαλύτερο μπαλκόνι. Το ψυγείο είχε φθορές χρήσης στα πλαστικά της πόρτας. Η βρύση του νιπτήρα είχε αυξομειώσεις στην πίεση και σε μερικές περιπτώσεις το νερό γλιστρούσε εξω από τον νιπτήρα. Στο Check-out χαιρετάμε των πελάτη προσωπικά για την διαμονή του και τον ευχαριστούμε για την επιλογή του.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – nur etwa 50 Meter vom Meer entfernt, sodass man den Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption, das jederzeit mit einem Lächeln weiterhilft. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Der Shuttle-Service ist ebenfalls hervorragend organisiert und macht den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt hat alles perfekt gepasst. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und vergeben mit voller Überzeugung 5 Sterne!

Es gab eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war sauber, gut organisiert und das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The pool and pool areas were divine. The location to Galissas beach was perfect and right near the bus stops. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my stay.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and has a modern feel. The pool is large and very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, the best we have had in Greece. There are some lovely, hard-working and helpful people on the hotel team.

Our room had a lovely sea view but it was adjacent to a children’s jumping castle which operated in the evening and was also noisy from traffic and holiday makers at the weekend. There is nothing the hotel can do about this and otherwise it was very comfortable. Starting breakfast at 8.30am is too late for most people who want to get on with their day.

Hotel tranquillo con giardino interno + piscina di grande relax. Ottima posizione a soli 100mt. dalla spiaggia più bella dell'isola. Ottimo lo staff (come una grande famiglia) e la pulizia. Anche se il menù è contenuto (limitata offerta di piatti greci) si può anche cenare discretamente. Mentre è veramente ottima la colazione (manca solo yogurt greco magro, c'è lo yogurt ma solo con alta % di grasso, sembra quasi formaggio spalmabile)

La camera è un po' piccola (soprattutto per 3 persone) ed ha un arredo un po' troppo essenziale (non c'è un armadio chiuso, solo stecca appendi grucce, e non c'è una cassettiera per maglie-camice-maglioncini etc.); il letto matrimoniale è troppo morbido, causa di possibili problemi alla schiena

It is not necesarry an issue, but the rooms are quite noisy.. you can hear even when someone is walking on the hallway..so my advice, choose benois..it's outstanding, but bring thr earplugs if you are sensitive and have troubles sleeping. But otherwise, it was perfect and we enjoyed our stay, the staff, the food.. all amazing.

Only thing missing was a mosquito screen. Some other rooms had them but our didn’t so we couldn’t sleep with the door open. But absolutely not w deal break. 100% would stay there again.

The hotel was in a lovely location with a beautiful pool. I had a room overlooking the sea and the sunset which was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a decent size. The breakfast was delicious. Hot food and homemade cakes. Bus stop just 100 m down the road to visit the Capital. Staff were lovely. They have a book swapping service, so I swapped a book I had read for a different one. The receptionist helped me book a boat tour to see the church built into the cave. It was only 20 euros and there were only 6 of us on the tour. The boat tour is a must, it was WOW.

The TV had a line in the picture and seemed very old. I didn't say anything as I had my book, the seaview and generally most of the programmes are in greek.

The staff at the Benois are brilliant, they are extremely friendly and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble and they are keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and well presented. The pool and outside areas are very comfortable. Breakfast has something to offer all tastes. The restaurant serves a varied and tasty menu. The hotel is about 15 minutes in a taxi from the capital although the local bus service is an excellent way to see the island. There are other restaurants and eateries within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as part of our island hopping holiday.

Lage, Frühstück Zimmer Personal alles top, toller Strand, und wer eine stille Bucht bevorzugt kommt nach 10 Minuten Fußweg auf seine Kosten da die Saison (Ende September) in Galissas schön langsam zu Ende geht, und einige Lokale schon geschlossen hatten, haben wir auch im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, es war ausgezeichnet. Die Hauptstadt Ermoupoli mit dem Auto 15-20 Minuten entfernt, bietet unzählige Lokale, Shops usw sowie das spektakuläre Ano Syros

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Benois. Marie at reception was exceptional from the time we made the booking. She organised the transport from the port and our car hire - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the hotel is in a great location for the beach. It also has a lovely pool area. Its worth hiring a car to see the island and also to go into the main town.

It was perfect - nothing I would change

Tolle Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Super netter Service. Pool ist toll und schön ruhig. Für Familien ein tolles Hotel, es waren mehrere Familien mit Babys und Kleinkindern da. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber täglich gleich und könnte mehr Abwechslung vertragen.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und recht einfach gehalten. Wir haben in der Be Suite übernachtet und im Family Room. Insbesondere der Family Room ist sehr alt und sehr einfach, siehe Bilder, teils schließen die Schränke nicht mehr. Auch das Bad sollte renoviert und gründlich gereinigt werden, hier läuft durchgehend Wasser aus der Dusche, sodass das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt wird. Die Liegen am Strand kosten 10€ pro Liege und 10€ pro Schirm, das sollte berücksichtigt werden. Das Essen im Hotel ist zwar nicht so teuer, allerdings auch eher okay und nicht gut.

An oasis . Lovely facilities, great breakfast. Lovely surroundings, pool, tables and lounges by the pool , 1 minute walk to the beach and bus stop for access to other attractions on the island .

Uns hat besonders die gute Lage des Hotels gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und gut! Auch das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings entsprechen die Fotos nicht ganz der Realität.

Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Des Weiteren wurde unser Zimmer leider nicht gut gereinigt.

If you are a solo traveler or a couple without kids, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s mainly filled with families with small kids or pre-teens that make a lot of noise, so difficult to have a quiet vacation or even sit by the pool without getting splashed from jumping in and off. I was very unfortunate to get a room next to a noisy family with 3 kids that screamed and shouted until 1 am in the morning. I tried for several times to ask the parents to control their children but the parents just shut the door in front of me.

We loved the sun loungers they were very comfortable with attached pillows. Also the pool was a good size and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable with 2 pillows each. Staff were very helpful and attentive. It was right next to a mini market and the beach.

Occasionally there was a bit of a urine smell randomly at different times in our room. Potentially from old pipes not sure. Also the pillows were a little hard.

La struttura è situata nel piccolo villaggio di Galissas a pochi passi dalla spiaggia sabbiosa del paese. Siamo stati accolti dal personale con cordialità e la nostra stanza era già disponibile prima del check in. La stanza era piccola, ma con tutti i comfort: frigo, set cortesia, asciugamani puliti, ciabattine da stanza, aria condizionata, acqua potabile fresca e gli immancabili loukoumi. Il bagno era spazioso con ripiani per appoggiare i nostri prodotti. Il letto era molto comodo e di misura regolare con molti cuscini di diversa morbidezza. Avevamo a disposizione anche un balconcino con tavolo e sedie per extra spazio e relax. Durante il breve soggiorno abbiamo usufruito del servizio in camera, cortese e puntuale e anche del ristorante, che consiglio altamente anche per chi non è ospite dell’hotel perché i piatti sono ben assortiti e cucinati con cura dal loro chef. Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα στον Γαλησσα Σύρου. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από την ακτή. Το προσωπικό πάντα διαθέσιμο και πρόσχαρο να βοηθήσει. Η τοποθεσία, η ατμόσφαιρα και η πισίνα προσέφεραν απόλυτη χαλάρωση !! Παρότι κάναμε μόνο μια διανυκτέρευση μας φάνηκε πραγματικά λες και ήμασταν μέρες

Que no fós only adults. Hotel molt correcte i el restaurant també però no és un quatre estrelles.

The property is very well maintained. There is a pool with comfortable chairs- food and drinks can be ordered and brought to you. The food is outstanding and there is an excellent selection of daily specials. Can easily have all your meals at the hotel.
