L'emplacement idéal, très proche du site archéologique ainsi que des commerces et des restaurants. ​L'accueil : le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute des clients.

L'hôtel qui est très vieillissant, avec du linge de lit et des rideaux d'un autre âge. ​Le manque flagrant d'équipements et de détails : absence de chaussons, articles de toilette très limités, présence d'une bouilloire pleine de calcaire mais sans aucune tasse, verre, thé, café ou cafetière à disposition. ​Le ménage perfectible, avec notamment un siphon de douche un peu sale. ​La literie de mauvaise qualité, très usée, trop molle, et un manque de coussins pour un confort optimal. ​Parking présent mais petit et sous les arbres. Pas adapté pour une très grosse voiture

It is conveniently located in Olympia. All the museums and shopping are right there.

Parking! No specific area is designated. We parked on the street. Shower was interesting...we could not put in the overhead holder because it would spray onto the floor. But, the pressure was good!

Die Lage am Rand der Einkaufsstraße in Olympia war sehr gut, man konnte direkt am Hotel parken, und gut zu Fuß zu den Ausgrabungen laufen. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, haben wir kostenlos eines bekommen. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer - eigentlich zwei Zimmer mit gemeinsamen Zugang, und mit zwei Bädern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Das Hotel ist eher älter, was auch die Einrichtung betrifft. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten. Leider stimmen wohl die beschriebenen Ei Richtungen im Zimmer nicht - in unserem Zimmer gab es kein Kaffee-/Teezubehör, nichtmal ein Glas, und die Minibar war ausgesteckt und leer - also nicht einmal - wie sonst eigentlich üblich - eine kleine Wasserflasche.

Het hotel is een goede locatie om binnen een paar minuten lopend de musea en opgravingen te bezoeken. Zeer vriendelijke receptie die advies gaven voor een zeer goed restaurant dat net even achter de hoofdstraat ligt. Simpel maar goed ontbijt met huisgemaakte melktaart.

De driepersoonskamer is erg klein. Voor twee nachtjes prima; voor een langer verblijf is het waarschijnlijk niet fijn.

The location and staff were lovely!

It needs a smaller update and they should offer an earlier breakfast instead of 8am. The archeological site opens right and 8am and that is the best time to go. So you end up having to get breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel is very close to the archaeological museum and the site. There are great restaurants nearby. Everything is clean, quiet. It's a great place to relax.

La posizione in centro Olimpia permette di raggiungere sia il sito archeologico, ristoranti, bar e negozi a piedi. Le camera e il bagno datato e letti scomodi. Piccolo parcheggio privato. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Probabilmente essendo gli unici ospiti la colazione a pagamento supplementare era servita al tavolo invece che a buffet ma era assolutamente indecente, piuttosto meglio non dare questo servizio in questo caso.

This is an excellent hotel with a friendly staff that is very convenient for visiting the Olympia museum and archeological site (easy walking distance). It is dated, but in every other respect it impresses. The room is a good size, beds are comfortable, (smallish) parking is on premises. A good, inexpensive breakfast was extra. Having spent one night, we were able to have luggage stored and car parked while we visited the museum and surrounding ancient ruins for several hours. The manager (?) that we dealt with upon our arrival recommended a restaurant about four blocks away that turned out to be the fabulous Taverna Orestis, full of delicious, authentic Greek food, and a dinner hangout for locals. Always a good sign!

I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. The location is convenient, and overall it’s an excellent choice even for a short stay. I’d definitely come back.

Excellent location near the Archaeological Site of Olympia, several minutes walking. Supermarket is nearby. The room was adequate with basic facilities, an electric water pot provided. WiFi was very good.

Right in the heart of town eight minute walk to Olympia ruins and archaeological museum very pleasant staff clean, quiet safe. It was end of season so no crowds.

Charged nine euros each for fairly simple breakfast but hotel stay was very reasonable so factored in still good value

Location was perfect right on the Main Street, but at the far end, so pretty quiet at night. Staff was really the standout here, very pleasant and accommodating. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable, but the AC worked very well, there was a shelf for your suitcase that was great. Also liked the safe in the room. While the property seems older, my room, the lobby and breakfast area was very clean and well kept. There was some parking spots as well.

Great location for a visit to Olympia. The host was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The host recommended a local restaurant off the Main Street, superb and good value for money.

Very nice staff, the breakfast buffet was exceptional. 10 minute walking distance to the Archeological site. The allow us to leave our car in their parking after check out so we can walk to the site.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Olympia, walk to the museum and ruins! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Make sure you include breakfast on check in, the food is delicious!

Emplacement parfait. Je voyage en transports en commun, donc en bus. L'hôtel est à l'entrée de la ville. En fait à 80 m à droite de l'hôtel c'est l'arrêt de bus à l'arrivée, et à 100 m à gauche, c'est l'arrêt de bus pour quitter la ville. A quelques centaines de mètres à gauche c'est l'entrée par l'arrière au musée archéologique et ensuite au site archéologique. On est obligé de prendre un billet pour les 2 musées, archéologique, et olympique, et le site archéologique. Valable un jour seulement. Donc il faut arriver autour de midi, faire les 2 musées au frais, et puis à partir de 17h le site archéologique. En été le site archéologique avant 17h c'est la fournaise. Pas d'inquiétude, Il y a des postes de secours prévus. Si vous avez peu de temps, vous pouvez ne pas faire le musée olympique, ou alors en 30 minutes. Je recommande le restaurant Ambrosia Garden, qui se trouve sur le chemin de l'accès arrière au musée archéologique, et dans un cadre très agréable.

Le fait que le billet touristique de 20 euros n'est valable que pour un jour. Le petit-déjeuner n'offre pas beaucoup de choix.

Overall probably the best hotel we stayed in on our trip, taking all things into account. It was well situated just at the end of the main street in Olympia, but in a quiet location. It was clean and the room spacious with a balcony and only about 200 metres from the Olympic archaeological site. As mentioned in a side street at the end of the main street so all amenities were withing walking distance. It had a small car park at the back, but I would imagine that there would also be plenty of free street parking available nearby. The best thing about the hotel was the owner, he could not do enough to make your stay a pleasant experience, we did not have breakfast, but he brought us coffee in the morning to our room. As the hotel was not full on check out day he said check out when you want and leave the key behind the desk if he was out. He gave us a great tip for a taverna a block of so off the main street which he said was where the locals ate, the Taverna Orestis. We only spent one night in Olympia, I would suspect most people do as you can see all you need to in one day, so i would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Olympia.

The location was superb, just off the Main Street and only 100 metres from the entrance to the Olympic site. The owner was a great host recommending a great place to eat and brought coffee to our room

Getting to Ancient Olympia first thing in the morning before the possible tour groups is a real privilege and that is why staying in Olympia is essential. Kronio is right there about a 5 minute walk to the site. It is an immaculately clean and functional hotel and the in house video about Olympia is a nice touch. We were given a good tip for dinner too, Arestis. But for any Aussies out there, locals eat late so we had the restaurant to ourselves too!

Hotel Kronio was right in the heart of the town so we could walk everywhere. The facilities were squeaky clean and breakfast was served with love. The owner was so kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

I liked everything and wouldn’t change a thing.
