Très petite table,pas beaucoup de choix La personne qui sert les boissons n est pas du tout souriant

Posizione strategica, vicino ai principali assi di scorrimento, ma in una via defilata e tranquilla. Hanno garage privato e chiuso dove lasciare le auto. La struttura è ben tenuta, le camere hanno una comoda scrivania e il frigorifero. Personale molto cortese.

Pas du tout proche à pieds de l’aéroport, ni du centre. Pas de navette obligés de prendre un taxi à 30€ pour 6 minutes jusqu’à l’aéroport Pas de wifi Salle de bain sale On entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres d’à côté

Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, la camera aveva una bella vista e i letti erano comodi . Non ho trovato difetti

Nous étions en famille avec nos 2 enfants et avions réservé une chambre pour 4. A notre arrivée, on nous annonce que ce sera finalement une chambre pour 3. En réalité, c'était une chambre pour 2, avec un petit lit d'appoint. Autant dire que pour 4, le confort n'y était pas. Le site propose une navette vers l'aéroport pour 25€, facture que le réceptionniste a fait gonfler à 35, puis 45€ (il s'agissait en fait d'un taxi). Il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois un 4e oreiller, qui a enfin été apporté à 22h. Pas de petit déjeuner, pas même un café ou un petit en-cas pour nos enfants avant de partir pour l'aéroport (5h) car "on ne prépare le petit déjeuner qu'à partir de 7h". Ce petit dejeuner était pourtant compris dans le prix, sans condition. Je ne parle pas de la propreté moyenne (poils et cheveux dans le lavabo). Bref, accueil catastrophique, aucun effort pour nous accueillir convenablement. Déplorable ! La proximité de l'aéroport et la mise à disposition d'une navette ne sont pas des arguments car il est très loin à pied, pas de restaurants à proximité, et vu le peu d'effort fait par l'établissement, il vaut mieux passer son chemin. À fuir !

Nagyon szép és meglepően csendes kis hotel a nápolyi repülőtér közvetlen közelében. A személyzet – a reggelit felszolgáló munkatárssal együtt – rendkívül kedves és figyelmes volt. A szoba kényelmes, a fürdőszoba kifejezetten tágas, a reggeli pedig bőséges és finom. Egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, és teljes mértékben meg voltunk elégedve mindennel!

Hogy egy hűtő nem volt, az azért jó lett volna.

The staff was super friendly, helped us with a taxi and overall good vibes.

The hotel is a nightmare overall. The place is not clean, full of mold everywhere. You can even smell it from the AC units. Bathrooms are an experiment for human imune system. Everything is old, smells bad and is sticky. If you care about your health-stay away!!

L'accoglienza del personale gentilissimi e anche in un orario scomodo si sono adoperati a risolvere qualche problemino

All'inizio abbiamo trovato la camera sporca, ma si sono subito adoperati per cambiarci di stanza e ripurirla dove abbiamo trovato sporco...per il resto tutto ok!

Camera sporca già all’arrivo, durante il soggiorno hanno fatto solo il letto, non hanno pulito a terra, non hanno spolverato e non hanno lavato il bagno, eravamo 3 persone e la biancheria era per due

Servirebbe un po' di manutenzione in più nelle camere, presente un po' di umidità e la cassetta del bagno perdeva. Colazione minimal, non c'era una vasta scelta!

Es verdad que el baño estaba limpio pero estaba "viejo" que necesita una remodelación la ducha por la grietas y la apariencia, aunque es funcional.

Le Monsieur à l’accueil très aimable ainsi que Madame qui sert le petit déjeuner, très agréable aussi. Nous avons été bien accueillis et avec une bouteille d’eau chacun offerte qu’on a bien appréciée en arrivant avec la chaleur.

Les photos ne sont pas toutes très conformes à la réalité. L’hôtel est assez vétuste, il mériterait des travaux et améliorations de la chambre (climatisation bruyante, sol de douche cassée, mini-bar qui est un petit frigo en réalité etc) Si on ajoute le coût du taxi depuis l’aéroport (45 euros), le prix de la nuit revient cher au final.

The beds were very comfortable. The bedding was clean.

1. We didn’t get the type of rooms we were promised. 2. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling. 3. The showers are the worst we have ever experienced in a hotel. 4. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. 5. The website said there was a shuttle bus from the airport. There isn’t. 6. The website said they were non-smoking rooms. They clearly weren’t and there were ashtrays provided in the rooms. 7. The website said there was a mini bar. It’s an empty fridge. 8. Didn’t reply to emails (bounced) or messages via Booking.com. 9. When we went to see them after Booking.com said they had agreed compensation, the staff became aggressively defensive trying to blame us.

La situation, le quartier, le personnel limite aimable, service de navette pour l'aéroport à un prix exorbitant taxi privé, 50€ pour 1/4 d'heure de trajet, pas de petit déjeuné de prévu pour ceux qui partent tôt alors que c'est dans le prix de la chambre... etc

La posizione vicino al casello autostradale, la possibilità del parcheggio gratuito con la presenza nelle immediate vicinanze della fermata dell'autobus per il centro di Napoli, le camere abbastanza confortevoli e spaziose

Migliorerei il servizio colazione proponendo una maggiore varietà di cibi, soprattutto per chi vuole fare la colazione internazionale

Points négatifs : Nous avons envoyé 2 fois un message avant le séjour pour demander des informations et on a pas eu de retour. Une fois sur place nous avons réservé un taxi avec la réception et ils ont informer un prix de 35€, mais une fois à l'aéroport le chauffeur nous a demandé 52€ et il a même sorti un tableau avec les tarifs accordés avec l'hôtel. Il y a pas de Uber à Naples, la seule façon de de déplacer c'est le táxi et même si l'hôtel est a seulement 10 min de l'aéroport, c'est une autre ville et les chauffeurs demandent un supplément car c'est pas à Naples. En résumé, il faut compter environ 100€ de táxi pour un aller retour. Trop cher !!!! De plus, il y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel. Pour manger dans un autre resto il faut marcher un peu à côté de la rocade, l'endroit un peut dangereux.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable. Nous sommes arrivés très tard, l'accueil a la réception s'est bien déroulé. Le petit déjeuner manque de propositions mais nous y sommes allés tard. Le parking est sécurisé.

Chambre avec un lit double et 2 petits lits, nous étions deux. Nous aurions aimé avoir 2 chaises, il y en avait une. Peut-être enlever les petits lits et mettre un fauteuil

We stayed at the hotel just one night as it was close to the airport. It was a good location for that and front desk staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us the morning of our flight. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. We were given bottles of water on arrival

The breakfast was a continental buffet. It was served on disposal plates and cutlery. We were given decent coffee.

Garbage place avoid it. I booked it for one night as i was flying out of Naples and they advertise their close proximity to the airport, but know that it is not in Naples and taxi will cost you 40 euros. They advertise shuttle service, but that will cost even more (50 euros) as the receptionists make cuts for booking it for you.

La struttura in generale è accogliente e il personale gentile.

La stanza non era al 100% pulita, ma soprattutto seri problemi con il bagno: ti facevi la doccia e ogni volta che scaricavi il wc si allagava il bagno. Camera datata.

Tutto sommato il soggiorno è andato bene, la struttura è buona, la pulizia e la manutenzione delle camere è da migliorare. La posizione è buona a 20 minuti dal centro, ma vi consiglio di lasciare l'auto al parcheggio direzionale con soli 5 euro tutto il giorno e poi spostarsi con la metro che è a 200 metri dal parcheggio.

Location: we stayed here for one night as it was close to the airport and we flew in late. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly and super helpful on multiple occations nothing was too much troubke for him. In. The morning staff were attentive. Breakfast was limited but perfect to start the day .

Malgré la reservation d une chambre avec un grand lit (et non de 2 lits jumeaux) par manque d inattention, la personne a la réception nous a très vite donné une chambre à 2 lits. Merci

The check-in agent was very nice and helpful. And, the front desk guy recommended a great restaurant nearby called Casarecchia. It's about a 7 or 8 min. walk. The room was comfortable, and the taxi driver, who was arranged through the front desk, was prompt, which I especially appreciated at 4a.

My room smelled of smoke. Im sure it was a smoking room for many years before, and when it became a non smoking room, it was hard to remove the smell. The room only had a European plug in the room, but no USB or C plug, as we had had at the two other hotels prior. But luckily I had one adapter. It took 30+ minutes to (during rush hour), in a taxi from the NAP airport car rental return place to get to the hotel, and it cost considerably more because the driver said the hotel was in Castoria, and implied that it costs more, due to its location. If I recall, it was apx. 50E. The hotel originally told me via email inquiry in April, that the taxi back to the airport would be 15-30 Euros, so it seemed odd that mine was 32E for the 10 min. trip, and my friends had to pay 42E, the day before. Maybe it would have been 15E if there were more people going or if it was later in the morning. Not sure, because the explanation was hard for me to understand. The hotel calls the transportation to/from the airport, an airport shuttle, but they actually may use the hotel's van (I think) at times, or call a taxi, as in my case. I could never figure it out completely.

Ci é solo servita una camera economica per una notte vicino l’aeroporto. Hanno un parcheggio auto privato. Mi hanno cambiato camera perché non essendo fumatore c’era troppa puzza di sigaretta.

Prima parte della notte più o meno tranquilla… poi se si ha il sonno leggero si viene svegliati a notte fonda da un via vai nel corridoio e porte delle camere vicine che vengono bussate, aperte e chiuse. E poi ovviamente si sente anche altro. Ho detto tutto.

Early check in. I checked in at 1:30 pm

No restaurant. At about 9:00 pm it sounded like someone was assaulted or murdered down the hall. So I packed my bag and left. The shower was disgusting. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
