La literie est très ancienne et de mauvaise qualité, la TV date des années 80, impossible de l'allumer, le code qui était proposé par l'hôtel était faux! Le drap était sale et ainsi que le sol. La moquette dans l'entresol de l'escalier était très sale, la salle de bain très ancienne avec accès difficile à la douche (baignoire étroite)

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We werden ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen. De kamer was een hele fijne plek die we per trap konden bereiken (een kleine klim naar de tweede etage). Kamer was heel schoon en de matrassen lagen goed. Goede badkamer, airco werkte goed. Wat ik erg leuk vond is dat je voor 5 euro p.d. een fiets kon huren. Echt top en leuk om het eiland te verkennen. Villa Casanova lag op zo'n 10 minuten lopen van de waterbus. Ideaal! Het ontbijt was heerlijk en kon ook buiten genuttigd worden. Los van het goede hotel, was Lido ook een waanzinnig eiland.
Er viel niets tegen.

Дуже тонкі стіни і чутно все А також було непорозуміння , у номері я залишила скляну синю пляшечку на столі , яку я хотіла забрали із собою додому , адже я колекціоную пляшки із різних країн , але після того , як я повернулась у номер вона зникла ((( пляшка стояла не у смітнику чи десь валялась , вона стояла ще біля однієї пластикової порожньої пляшки, прийшовши у номер я її не побачила , хоча пластикова стояла на місці Навіщо чіпати мої речі так і не зрозуміла , будьте обачливими , адже може щось і у вас пропасти із більш дорогого

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich, charmant und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut in den Tag mit einem guten Frühstück und einem 1a Cappuccino gestartet. Der Weg zum Vaporetto hatte keine 10 min gedauert
Das Zimmer war winzig klein, auf den Fotos mit Weitwinkel aufgenommen, entsprach es nicht unseren Erwartungen. Der Blick auf Zaun mit angelehnten Fahrrädern war auch nicht so dolle... Und wir hätten uns etwas mehr Käsevariation gewünscht (eine Sorte, immer die gleiche).

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La struttura è elegante, ben arredata, pulita e in ordine. Gradevole l'atmosfera retrò con il tocco dei lampadari e applique di Murano, dai colori delicati. Anche il bagno è spazioso e funzionale, ottima la doccia... Gentilissimo il signor Alessandro che ci ha accolto e accompagnato con attenzione e premura. Buona la colazione, varia e abbondante, servita in giardino, sotto un delizioso pergolato di legno bianco.
Un piccolo frigorifero in camera sarebbe stato gradito, viste anche le temperature di questa estate torrida. Si consiglia qualche gancio in più: non sono mai abbastanza! Una domanda: perche non c'è il bidet?

Un vero punto di forza è l'atmosfera familiare: la sera è possibile utilizzare liberamente la cucina per prepararsi un tè con il bollitore a disposizione è un dettaglio che fa la differenza.. Molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità del servizio bici, che purtroppo non ho sfruttato ma che rappresenta un valore aggiunto notevole.

wir hatten kurzfristig ein problem mit der hellhörigkeit der zimmer, es hat sich dann aber gelöst.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026We had a very warm welcome. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. It was great to have breakfast on the patio. Excellent customer service. Alessandro served our cappuccinos without even having to order them :-). And they were made freshly with a proper coffee machine. A nice change from the usual ones where you press a button and some brown liquid comes out. Everything just had a nice personal touch. The area was very quiet and there was no noise at all at night. 5 mins walk from the main shopping, Restaurant street. 10 mins walk to the free beach. 5 mins from the Vaporetto stop that takes you to the main island. You could also rent bikes from the hotel, €5 per day. We had a great time. A big thank you Alessandro, Christina and Martina. We will be back

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Das es sehr Kunden nah war, wie eine kleine Familie, also sehr gemütlich. Lage war ruhig, aber auch nicht zu weit weg vom Schuss. In 5min war man am Pier bei den Wassertaxis/bussen. Frühstück war gut (italienische Wurst-/fleischwaren der Hammer), frische verschiedene Backwaren die sehr lecker waren und natürlich Kaffe aller Art frisch aus der richtigen Maschine zubereitet.
Der alte Parkettboden war schon knarzig, vor allen wenn noch eine Partei über einen wohnt, hört man das sehr deutlich, dass sogar die Lampe wackelt. Aber in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Alles war bestens organisiert und die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich SAUBER.Die Lage ist für den Preis mehr als ausreichend. Alles war schnell Fussläufig zu erreichen. Es war angenehm ruhig im Umfeld vom Hotel. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut, hervorzuheben ist der perfekte Kaffee. Gern sind wir in zwei Jahren dort wieder zu Gast.
Von meiner Seite gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Une belle chambre très propre et confortable. La possibilité de prendre un thé/ café mis à disposition dans la salle de petit déjeuner. C'était super, à recommander sans hésiter.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Overall loved the place. The decoration is beautiful, location perfect if you take the ferry, staff is super friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Super easy to get to Venice everyday and there's also a beach nearby if you want to explore Lido. Would definetely stay there again.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Very cute Villa at the Lido. Great location, only a few steps to the Ferry station to Venice and a few steps to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly, took time to explain everything and helped us with our questions. The facilities were well equipped. There were even some bikes to rent for a good price. We were suprised by the breakfast buffet and the quality of it. Only small, but everything you need and authentic italian. For us, it was also important to escape the masses of people and noices of Venice, so the quiet neighbourhood was perfect. We really felt at home! Thank you Martina and Team

Reviewed May 13, 2026Kleines, feines Hotel in ruhiger Lage, geführt von sympathischen Leuten. Kurzer Weg zur Fähre nach Venedig. Auch die Fahrt mit der Autofähre, vorbei am Dogenpalast und der Kulisse von Venedig war ein super Erlebnis

Reviewed May 5, 2026La villa è molto bella, le camere confortevoli e il bagno pulito ed igienizzato. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. La colazione è veramente molto buona e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di farla fuori in giardino.
Niente che non si possa migliorare con un pò più di attenzione ai dettagli.
