On ne peut fumer nulle part, même pas dans la cour, tout le monde sort fumer sur le parking où il n'y a qu'un Banc,pas de cendrier.... ils sortent avec leurs verres et jettent les mégots par terre.... ils pourraient aménager un coin à l'extérieur mais dans l'enceinte du château pour les fumeurs.

L amabilité du personnel désagréable au possible et pas d aide pour porter les bagages ni pour renseigner sur le tourisme ou plan de la ville. Seule info flashez le qr code et vous avez tout dessus sauf que qu on tombe sur site national des paradoxe et après faut naviguer pour avoir infos locales. Pas d eau offerte dans les chambres et pas de rideaux occultants avec éclairage nocturne du palais difficile de dormir

Quiero expresar mi malestar por la falta de agua caliente en las duchas, que fue, sin duda, lo peor de nuestra estancia. Lo comunicamos en recepción, pero la sensación que tuvimos fue que no se nos daba demasiada credibilidad. Sinceramente, no entiendo qué necesidad tendría yo de inventar o exagerar una situación así. Creo que, ante una incidencia de este tipo, lo mínimo es comprobarla y dar una respuesta adecuada al cliente. Espero que puedan revisar lo ocurrido para evitar que vuelva a suceder

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Beautiful property. Very clean rooms. The restaurant staff were amazing! My nephew has a tree nut/peanut allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure he was safe. They prepared all his food from scratch in the kitchen to avoid any possible cross-contamination.
You could hear the adjoining rooms bathrooms.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026First time we've stayed in a parador and a good experience. The building was interesting although I would have liked to know more about it. Room had a great view and was a good size, if a little bit corporate. We also opted for dinner, which was great in the old banqueting hall, with fairly priced wines. Breakfast was excellent.
I'd have liked to go up the medieval tower, but could only do so with a guided tour in Spanish. My fault I guess for not speaking it well enough!

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Tutto all'altezza di una accoglienza eccellente. Bellissima la posizione e la struttura, la stanza, una matrimoniale superior, elegante e conforyevole con ampio bagno finestrato. Suggestivi i giardini la sera. Ottima prima colazione con servizio a buffet e alla carta.
Purtroppo non e' stato possibile effettuare la visita guidata la ciu organizzazione compete all'ufficio turistico locale.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Me gustó el castillo, su buena conservación y las vistas desde la habitación. Perfecto el parking a pie de hotel. El tamaño de la habitación muy bueno. El desayuno, muy bien y el trato del personal excelente.
Si tengo que poner algún pero es en el tema de limpieza, que es un poco justita y por la categoría del hotel, son muy tacaños con los packs de bienvenida y la reposición de papel higiénico, toallas, gorros de baño y jabón. Tuve que pedir un par de veces a recepción y me lo proporcionaron en seguida, pero el servicio de limpieza tendría que cuidar más estos detalles. La cafetería tiene un servicio de comida regular, un día me sirvieron un bocadillo que dejaba mucho que desear y lo dejé casi entero, pero nadie preguntó el porqué. Yo no dije nada porque era tarde y estaba cansada y no tenias ganas de discutir.

Siempre debería haber en los paradores la opción de desayunar simplemente un café y una pasta sin tener que pagar alrededor de veinte euros por el desayuno de buffet.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026El parador es una preciosidad, grande, rraturado con gusto y con varias estancias donde sentarse a leer tranquila.
El pueblo de Alcañiz; descuidado, sucio y sin ninguna tienda donde comprar un recuerdo o productos de la zona. Callejear y pasear por él, no vale la pena. Eso si, tiene unos pasadizos subterráneos interesantes que visitar y un refugio antiaéreo de la guerra civil.

Juanjo, uno de los recepcionista es un encanto de persona, servicial, cercano y atento en todo momento. El desayuno muy bueno. Las vistas son espectaculares y la tranquilidad del lugar lo hacen único para unos días de desconexión.

Im Badezimmer hatte es ein paar Mängel. Türe war vom Wasser beschädigt und die Fugen waren teilweise grau und voller Kalk.

Creo que faltaría renovar los baños y poner platos de ducha en lugar de bañera. Facilitaría el acceso a personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad de movilidad. Renovar algo el mobiliario de la habitación, algún mueble bastante trotinado.

The top of the parador was reconstructed on top of the castle ruins, into the guest rooms and can be a bit noisy. Try for a room on the top 3rd floor for both views and quiet.

El restaurant és molt bonic, recomenable anar-hi a menjar, tot i que els àpats no estan a l'alçada, massa car pel menjar que s'hi dona.
