Lovely boutique hotel, with interestingly decorated, spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice peaceful garden and pool area. Good location in St Rémy, which has a good selection of shops and restaurants, and is a good base for exploring further afield by car.

Ran out of hot water in the showers in a morning! Secure parking, but expensive (€15 extra a day) and a ten minute walk away - very limited drop off area outside the hotel.

L’hotel est tres beau , propre et bien situé. Le personnel est extremement gentil , le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Chambres spatieuses.

Le petit dejeuner est tres sommaire. Il pourrait etre plus etoffé malgres l’absence de cuisine.

The location. Beautiful town and the hotel is on the town square and close to the historic heart.

The staff on arrival were dreadful. They were talking to themselves and treated us with disdain and disinterest. We were an inconvenience to their conversation. The common parts leading from the ground floor to the second floor were shabby, with a horrible poor quality carpet and not worthy of the price level of the hotel. Room 30 was horrible. It had not been cleaned (dust everywhere). The showers and basin were dated. There was no shower fan and limited space to hang towels so they couldn’t dry. The toilet was positioned in a self contained pod (again with no fan) and was reminiscent of a prison toilet than a hotel. The hairdryer was old and effectively useless. There was no safe, no fridge and two complimentary 25cl bottles of water and a cheap coffee machine with 2 sachets (and no milk) for a 4 day stay! The light fitting for the bed did not work but, on raising with the staff, were told it couldn’t be fixed as it would need the whole electrics redone for the lights but yet no offer to move room or offer a discount! Appalling excuse. There was, Indeed, a balcony but shared with 2 air conditioning units that were noisy and pumped out heat so effectively made the terrace unusable. The windows and doors were UPVC which was hardly appropriate for a hotel pricing at the level it was. Sleep was then disrupted by the washing machines that, presumably, were above the room and, when the machines went into ‘spin mode’ rattled the light fittings, waking me up. There was nowhere to store our suitcases and one small hanging cupboard and a ‘metal’ dressing table which were not large enough to unpack. On a more positive note the garden pool area was pleasant, clean and well kept. Whilst I did not see inside the garden rooms those also appeared more pleasing. However, as far as floor 2 of the hotel, it was totally unbecoming of a hotel marketing itself at the price point it was charging.

Stunning hotel! The rooms are beautiful as is the lobby and bar area. I had a garden room which was perfect! Location is great, right in the centre of town. Would definitely stay there again if in St Remy.

Located perfectly in the village of Saint Rémy is a lovely hotel oozing with Provençal charm. Cute little garden and lovely pool to cool you off after wondering the market and the old town. Pierre at the front desk was very friendly and professional and gave great suggestions of places to visit!

Loved everything

La struttura è molto ben posizionata per uscire a piedi nel centro di Saint Remy. È presente un parcheggio privato e vicinissimo anche uno pubblico (a pagamento durante il giorno) in caso quello privato fosse fully booked. Albergo accogliente, con una atmosfera molto piacevole e pulito. Molto bello il giardino interno a l’area piscina.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, the courtyard seating area was lovely. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing!

Extraordinaire établissement de charme, le jardin avec le patio est juste sublime. Le bar avec sa décoration baroque est tout aussi beau. Petit déjeuner excellent, emplacement idéal avec les restaurants et magasins à votre porte Pour finir, mention spéciale au personnel, du barman en passant par la dame au petit déjeuner , tout Le monde est adorable !

Très bon accueil, le réceptionniste est très sympathique. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour se balader dans la ville. Chambre très cosy, l'espace piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques ! Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux.

The location is super central, the room was nice and clean, comfy bed, there is a pool.

While searching I put a “parking” filter so I assumed it had parking. However, there is no parking attached. They offer a parking for additional fee, five minutes walking distance. It’s a great solution, but not what I was looking for. I wish this property won’t show under a search of a property with parking. The place is highly designed, and part of it is a strong commercial scent. While the design is gorgeous, If you are sensitive to smells DONT COME. It is harsh for people who are sensitive to scents. We also had a huge part of the wall full of mold. Smelly as well, and unhealthy. The garden is beautiful and well kept and the pool is lovely but full of mosquitos. We left after five minutes and dozens of bites.

L’amabilité du personnel, l’emplacement, le charme du lieu, la qualité du petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux et frais.

Pour un établissement de charme, calme et préservé il faudrait peut être réfléchir en été à le mettre « adult only » car la piscine, faite justement pour la détente devient vite un terrain de jeux. Léger détail mais il manquait une ailette au climatiseur de la chambre et du coup il y faisait assez froid pendant quelques instants.

J’étais déjà venue dans cet hôtel il y a plus de 10 ans… et quel plaisir de le retrouver ! ✨ Il est toujours aussi beau et plein de charme. 🥰 Le petit jardin juste devant la piscine est vraiment magnifique, la décoration est soignée jusque dans les moindres détails et, dès que l’on pousse la porte, cette odeur si particulière de l’hôtel crée immédiatement une atmosphère douce et agréable. ❤️ J’ai d’ailleurs craqué pour le parfum de l’hôtel, que j’ai acheté sur place pour prolonger un peu cette jolie ambiance à la maison. 🥰 Et puis, son emplacement est parfait : en plein cœur de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, tout se fait à pied. 🌿☀️ Un vrai petit havre de charme que j’ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à retrouver… et qui n’a rien perdu de sa magie. ✨❤️

The room w comfortable and quirky . The location in St Remy was excellent but the best part of the experience were the staff who went over and above with fabulous and caring service allowing us to enjoy our holiday to the max.

The breakfast was ok. It would have been nice to have a cooked option like an omlette.

The hotel is a gorgeous old building with a history. The pool area is gorgeous, the breakfast was of a high quality. We loved it all.

Nothing really!! Just be aware the parking is a little way away. There are a couple of spaces in front of the hotel to pull into and unload before getting the garage key. The spaces in the garage itself are of a good size.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber sehr hübsch gestaltet. Obwohl es Richtung Marktplatz lag, isolierten die Fenster gut. Es gibt viele individuell eingerichtete Zimmer, die teils größer, teils besser gelegen sind. Überraschend die Poolanlage direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Parkmöglichkeit ein wenig umständlich, aber machbar. Sehr freundliches Team!

A la habitación se llegaba después de subir más de 50 peldaños sin ascensor. Dentro de la habitación había varios desniveles. El inodoro se encuentra separado del resto de las piezas de aseo y sin ventilación visible, ni natural ni mecánica.

A stunning oasis hidden right in centre of St Remy. The most attentive staff, stunning decor, relaxing gardens and pool. We will definitely come back.

The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are unique and exude character. Everything is designed and coordinated with such taste and harmony - the hotel itself is a destination worth seeing. The best part - we were welcomed and looked after with warmth by Pierre and all the staff. He is very tactful and attuned to everyone's needs. We really felt that as long as Pierre was there everything would run smoothly and all our worries melted away. The atmosphere in the shared spaces was very peaceful and relaxed, it seemed that everyone was enjoying themselves and could coexist in harmony. I hope I get to come back one day!

The pool wasn't very clean and the door on our room was very jammy - we struggled to lock

The staff were so kind and helpful . We started our cycle touring holiday in Provence from there and finished there. Parking for our cars and bikes were simple . The rooms were beautifully decorated and quirky , and the garden and pool area were excellent

Breakfast was rather uninteresting .

Heidi (front of desk) was amazing, so attentive and helpful. The room was very nice and the pool and garden area was lovely. St Remy is also a lovely place and this was located right by the main area.

Location was perfect. Could't be better. Facility was beautiful, albeit no elevator, but it's to be expected. The garden is so beautiful.

Fabulous location, wonderful decor, very pretty gardens and pool area and lovely breakfast. Staff super friendly and helpful. It just felt good the minute your stepped through the doors. Cute rooms, our pillows were a bit hard but other than that fabulous...would definitely book this again.

מבנה קסום בככר המרכזית של סן רמי היפיפיה. קיבלנו חדר בקומת קרקע. החדר מעוצב והאזורים המשותפים יפיפיים. יש חניה בתשלום זמינה בקרבת מקום. נקי מאוד. בלובי/בר של המלון יש משחקי שולחן מקסימים ומרפסת קטנה. כמו כן גינה מרהיבה ובריכה. גולת הכותרת הצוות הנפלא!!! במיוחד הגברת Heidi שמארחת במקצועיות בחיוך ובנדיבות אינסופית!!! יש תחושה שהיא בעלת במקום בשל האכפתיות הנדירה שלה! חבל שלא נשארנו שבוע!!!

ארוחת הבוקר מאוד מאוד בסיסית. אין אפשרות לביצים חמות. אבל זה לא גרע מההנאה המושלמת שלנו!

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s so gorgeous and comfortable. Centrally located for walking and shopping with loads of restaurants nearby. If you are there on a Wednesday, you’ll step out to the market on your doorstep. We stayed in Room 2 with a terrace. It was very, comfy, quiet, and cozy. The staff are amazing and the breakfast was delicious! Don’t even hesitate… book it!

Everything. Now we had room 51, upstairs. Maybe a bigger room than others so cannot vouch for others, but it was comfortable and the whole place could not be more charming, better equipped or better location in St. Remy. Oh, great pool area. Beautiful grounds!
