La personne de l'accueille très gentille et professionnelle. La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain étaient très correctes ainsi les serviettes. Le petit déjeuner était très satisfaisant

Le volet roulant de la fenêtre de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. Un camion avec son chauffeur stationné sous la fenêtre, c'est vraiment gênant lorsque nous laissons la fenêtre ouverte. L'interrupteur de la lumière de la chambre qui est placé à la tête du lit du milieu où à tout moment de la nuit, sans faire exprès, peut être allumée.

The on-site parking was useful.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst stay of our entire trip and we would not return. On arrival, staff told us that several large groups were staying due to champagne tasting and local events. Whatever the reason, the reality was very different from the hotel we felt we had booked. Large groups regularly congregated around the entrance and communal areas, smoking and talking, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there was laundry hanging and drying around parts of the property. Most importantly, we felt extremely uncomfortable as a family. We repeatedly had to walk through groups gathered around the entrance and, on several occasions, people stared at our 14-year-old daughter and then spoke amongst themselves. We cannot know what was being said or anyone’s intentions, but it made her — and us as her parents — feel very uneasy. Regardless of who the other guests were or the reason for their stay, our concern was the atmosphere we personally experienced. It was not the comfortable, relaxed overnight stop we had expected when making our booking, and even when leaving at approximately 6am the following morning, people were still congregating around the property. There was also a significant issue with the fold-out bed provided for our family. It actually began to fold closed when someone sat on it, which we considered both unsuitable and potentially unsafe. Following our complaint, Brit Hotel has since confirmed to us that the bed should not close simply because somebody sits on it when correctly opened and positioned, and they have advised that the particular bed will be checked. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and completely different from the other accommodation we enjoyed throughout our European trip. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

Für eine Nacht war es OK, unruhige Nacht wg lauter Geräusche im Haus (Fahrstuhl ?). Frühstück war ausreichend/in Ordnung.

Room was quite small. Strong smell of tobacco in the room. I requested a late check in, as this was a stop over on route back to the uk, initially informed this would be ok, then when I called later, as I didnt receive the check information was told its not possible, as they couldn't process my payment remotely (a card that has been used all over Europe and was also used to pay when I did arrive). This forced me to drive 5 hrs straight without a stop, as I couldn't cancel the room or get the late check in promised. Breakfast was also very disappointing would recommend people avoid, I had to take as was in a rush in the morning Overall very disappointed with this, in future if you can honour a request let the customer know so they can cancel within the approved period

La persona alla reception faticava a parlare inglese. Lungo il corridoio che portava alle stanze si sentiva un odore terribile, vi era un gruppo di persone che sostava lungo questo corridoio che non era chiaro se erano clienti o risiedevano lì. Le camere erano minuscole, difficilmente si passava ai piedi del letto. La prenotazione era stata fatta per due camere adiacenti che nella descrizione ed alcuni commenti le davano come comunicanti, in realtà le camere erano solo adiacenti. Comunicato questo problema alla persona alla reception, ci ha detto che non esistevano camere comunicanti e che non poteva trovare una soluzione. Purtroppo abbiamo lasciato la struttura e non abbiamo pernottato. Il costo è spropositato per la qualità del posto.

De kamer, het was een kamertje in een hoekje weggedrukt. De bedden pasten er net in. In de badkamer konden de douchedeuren 20 cm open, waar je je dan doorheen moest wringen.

Clean room, comfortable beds, well designed to maximise the small space, great for a stop over. REIMS is 15min drive, well worth a proper look around, really nice mid evening.

Its a budget hotel, its exactly as expected, its small but very clean. May be too small if spending time in the room.

Great value for money. Location was good if you don’t want to stay inside the City itself. Only 15min easy drive to Hotel de Ville.

Für eine Durchreise völlig in Ordnung... Es gibt Restaurants für Abendessen in der Nähe und Getränke am Automaten im Hotel. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstür was mit Kindern sehr praktisch war. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in einem guten Zustand - nicht modern, nichts besonderes aber Ausstattung ausreichend und ok Angenehm war dass es in der Nacht Recht ruhig war. Und das Frühstück war wirklich gut.

Das Frühstück war überraschend gut und vor allem der Service dort war sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt weit außerhalb von Reims im Industriegebiet. Ab 20 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt und man benötigt einen Türcode. Unser Zimmer war winzig, das Fenster darin ebenfalls. Im Bad konnte man sich kaum drehen.

Hele kleine kamers, ontbijt was erg simpel. Zelf afgebakken (verbrande) croissants. Viel ons tegen voor wat je ervoor betaald.

Airco maakte erg veel lawaai, personeel was niet vriendelijk, geen lift aanwezig, restaurant gesloten en in de buurt weinig aanwezig of open. Ook de bar was dicht, alleen een drank en snoep automaat. Verblijf was niet fijn.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Grösse des Bades ausreichend. Die Bettenqualität gut. Das Frühstück hatte eine grosse Auswahl und es waren sogar regionale Produkte dabei. Alles frisch und lecker. Ausserdem ist der Frühstücksraum originell und nostalgisch eingerichtet.

De mogelijkheid om er ook te dineren. Het personeel spreekt ook goed Engels. Het menu is beperkt maar smaakt prima.

Hum ... Peut-être mettre plusieurs entrées dans l'hôtel, un accès plus facile. Salle de bain un peu petite !

J'ai séjourné 5 jours dans cet établissement et mon expérience a été très décevante. La chambre n'a jamais été faite durant tout le séjour. Il n'y avait pas de télévision, ni de climatisation (même si ce dernier point était peut-être indiqué, je n'avais pas fait attention). De plus, un problème d'éclairage dans la salle de bain fait que la lumière est restée allumée en permanence : lorsque je l'ai signalé, la personne à l'accueil s'est montrée totalement indifférente. Enfin, les dosettes de café ne sont fournies qu'une seule fois à l'arrivée. Quand j'en ai redemandé une, on me l'a refusée. Pour couronner le tout, le distributeur de boissons et friandises dans le hall ne fonctionnait pas.

In verità tutto bene. In particolare il bagno, piccolino ma ben strutturato, nuovo, con le fughe proprio pulite. Il tutto dava una bella impressione (perfino la piccola piegatura della carta igienica). Colazione buona e varia.

L accueil est top super gentil ,hotel trés bien situé au calme et en plus climatisé. La salle de bain spacieuse nous avons séjourner dans une chambre familiale avec des températures allant jusqu'à 45 degrés en extérieur la chance chambre climatisée que du bonheur..je reviendrais avec plaisir.

La réceptionniste était très sympathique et à l'écoute. Professionnelle.

Arrivée à 21h, plus d'eau disponible dans le distributeur de boissons, et apparemment plus en stock selon l'accueil. Petit déjeuner passable, cependant il manquait du chaud : œufs brouillés ou omelette, bacon, jambon, etc. Pour l'isolation de la chambre... à revoir.

- l'horaire d'ouverture du petit déjeuner, 6H30 conviendrait davantage comme certains Brit Hotel, celui de Granville (50) - la chambre réservée n'était pas nettoyée et le lit était défait. J'ai obtenu une chambre de secours disposant de 3 lits de 1 personne. Lorsque j'ai demandé une réduction sur la facture, la personne à l'accueil m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible argumentant le fait que je disposais pour le même prix de 3 lits certes plus petit pour le prix d'un lit double alors que j'étais le seul occupant de la chambre

Das Zimmer war klein aber fein. Ein gemütliches Bett, funktionierende Dusche. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Direkt vor dem Hotel hat es einen grossen Parkplatz und ist perfekt für die Durchreise, da es direkt an der Autobahn liegt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Blick auf den Parkplatz, also mussten wir die Vorhänge die ganze Zeit geschlossen halten. Zudem hat die Deckenlampe nicht funktioniert (kein Problem für eine Nacht)
