La chambre famille était un grand studio avec lits pour les enfants en mezzanine, donc spacieux et très agréable pour séjourner à quatre.

Leider wird das traditionsreiche Hotel nächstens abgerissen, um einem grossen Hotelkomplex von auswärtigen Investoren Platz zu machen. So wird ein Alpendorf noch verdichteter und verliert seinen Charme.

Friendly, helpful. Beautiful view from breakfast room, and breakfast good too. I would definitely stay again.

We were surprised that this hotel was rated so highly. While Hotel Tenne had the potential to be a cute little family-run hotel with clean and spacious rooms, the beds were uncomfortable and the dinner left quite a bit to be desired. We may have just not been a good culture fit because we also found the front desk personnel to be overbearing.

Hôtel très sympathique. La chambre est correct et la literie bonne. Le seul bémol est le restaurant qui est très moyen, 3 plats à choix mais au moment de la commande seul 2 sont disponible et mieux vaut ne pas avoir d'allergie.

We stayed at the hotel during it's off peak time. Breakfast was good and service was very hospitable with being flexible with lunch and check out times.

Nice traditional style hotel with a good breakfast. Also my room had a treehouse in it with 2 more beds...was just me but would be really cool for a family stay.

Very friendly owners and staff. For 2 evenings running they were rapidly able to turn a supper reservation from 5 to 14. Great hospitality and we will definitely return.

到埗後，酒店主動提供二人的一天免費纜車票(指定路線)及兩天交通票，由於免費纜車票可乘搭纜車至Spielboden及Langfluh，原定計劃去Spielboden尋找土撥鼠之旅卻變成了健行之旅，從Langfluh健行至Spielboden期間，在冰川旁的健行步道非常有驚喜，行山鞋及行山杖是重要的。另外，早餐地點面對著冰川山景，另有一番風味，下次再來也要住這。 Hotels.com提供的地圖地點錯誤，請到Google自行確定一下酒店位置。

Hotellet er i den bedre ende af Saas-Fee fordi du er væk fra floden og den værste elbilstrafik nede i centrum. Du er i kort gåafstand til P-huset og Busterminalen. Jeg havde booket det mindste værelse (nr 19) og synes det lå roligt og med de nødvendige faciliteter. Min rejsemakker havde booket deres største værelse hvor pris/kvalitet ikke helt hang sammen. Men de mindste værelser er VIRKELIG værdi for pengene. Værtinden på hotellet fortjener også stor ros for at gæsterne føler sig værtsat. Der er livemusik i hotellets restaurent og bar fra 17-22 hver dag, det er normalt tyrolermusik og kan ikke høres på værelserne. Wifi fungerer også upåklageligt.

Emanuela and Richard are wonderful hosts. The staff are great and very helpful. Top notch place. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Would definitely go back.

The hotel is in a great location, short walk to main shops/restaurants, 10 minutes to lifts. Room was large, bright, great balcony with mountain views. Beds were adequate but poor pillows. Breakfast was really good. Staff all friendly.

The hosts Richard and Emmanuella really make the place more of a BnB than a hotel. The charming place is walking distance to anywhere in town. The food and service in the dining room is excellent as well. We would absolutely stay again at Hotel Tenne in another trip to Saas-fee

Very charming hotel, run by a wonderful couple. Friendly, clean, convenient to everything. Food is delicious. Can't say enough good things about this in. Highly recommend!!

Wir waren eine Nacht zum Skifahren über Ostern im Hotel Tenne. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit vielen Infos versorgt. Das Besitzerpaar ist sehr bemüht wirkte beim ausgebucht Hotel aber auch ein wenig überfordert. Unserem Zimmer waren die Jahre seit der letzten Renovierung recht deutlich anzumerken und die öffentlichen Bereiche sind grösstenteils sehr renovierungsbedürftig, wobei man mit allem für ein paar Nächste durchaus Leben kann. Die überaus guten Kritiken über das Hotel konnte wir nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Am meisten störend war der permanente Geruch nach kaltem Fett aus der Küche im Gang und in unserem Zimmer. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut und die Bedienung hatte trotz vollem Lokal alles im Griff.

I have visited Saas Fee many times over the last few years each time staying where available. I can honestly say that the Tenne Hotel is one of the best in Saas Fee, the staff and owners are incredible, caring and attentive. The Music night was brilliant, the food excellent. I thoroughly recommend Hotel Tenne.

Das Hotel bietet einen sehr guten Kundenservice (Abholung/Rückführung zum Parkhaus, externe Skiräume) und ist zentral gelegen, so dass auch fast alles in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreicht werden kann.

The room was renovated and clean and the hotel staffs were kind and helpful. You could also try traditional Swiss dishes at the first floor on the restaurant.

Gerne wieder, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Insbesondere die familiäre, herzliche Betreuung ist besonders hervorzuheben. Gerne kommen wir wieder, wenn es die Reservationen nicht zulassen dann halt ins Restaurant, welches sehr authentisch und heimelig ist.

Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt am Abend Life-Musik. Es herrschte eine ungezwungenen Atmosphäre.

Vårt rum (junior suite) var stort, nyrenoverat och hade otroligt fin utsikt åt båda håll. Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevilga. Rekommenderas varmt!

Hotel très propre dommage un peu vieillot, les serveuses du restaurant très pro et super gentil et font beaucoup d'effort avec la langue. Endroit très calme, la literie était confortable. Nous avons passer un super séjour.

This is a comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast, but a bit far from the ski lifts (7 minutes walk). Offers a discounted access to the local spa/pool.

Family run hotel and the owners made our stay fantastic, attention to detail very very friendly and helped us out with all sorts of questions.

Traveling as a family of four with two kids (ages 1 and 7). They picked us up at the parking garage and brought us and our luggage directly to the hotel. The check-in process was very pleasant and was a good indicator of the level of service we would experience for the remainder of our stay. The owners and staff are extremely warm and inviting. They went out of their way to make us feel like we were at home. Our room was nicely decorated and had a spacious balcony that provided an amazing view of the mountains. The beds and comforters were very comfortable and they also provided us with a crib and an extra bed for our daughter. If staying for 3 or more days, they will drive you and your ski equipment to the base of the ski slopes and they will take your equipment back at the end of your stay. They also offer complimentary use of a ski locker located at the base of the slopes. The hotel's motto is something like "make you feel like family". They certainly met that goal.

A friendly family-run hotel. The rooms are a bit small but the warm welcome and service make up for it. We loved the breakfast and, if you are lucky, you will have the chance to see your eggs being cooked by a purpose-built robot!

The hotel is very service oriented. We arrived at noon on a friday and said we wanted to ski in the afternoon. The owner drove us to the lift and gave us the access code of the Hotel's ski storage room near Alpine Express. We left our shoes in the storage room and skieed the whole afternoon without any worry. The hotel staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

I was loved the feeling of being in a place exuding with character, history and charm (my room actually had the original wooden beams on the ceiling) and have all the modern conveniences of instant hot water, sealed windows, and super fast free wifi. The location is very central (6 mins walk from bus station) and yet quiet enough to sleep like a log after a day of skiing. The big award should go to the lovely manager (owner) of the hotel, who is everywhere making sure you are being looked after and treats both regulars and weekenders alike with infinite kindness, humor and hospitality. A big kudos to her.
