Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Ontbijt en het elke avond wisselende 4-gangen diner was erg lekker, vers en divers. Al het personeel, van receptie, tot schoonmaak, tot bediening tot spa was erg vriendelijk. Het hotel heeft een spa met een enorm uitgebreid assortiment aan behandelingen.
Badkamer was heel compleet maar wel wat krap. Toegang tot het zwembad was in de middaguren tegen betaling.

Anche la cena offre oltre ad un ricco buffet , un menu con possibilità di scelta tra 4 primi 4 secondi e per finire l'immancabile delizioso dolce o frutta . Un elogio particolare ai giovani ragazzi dello staff sempre gentili e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Molto carine e professionali anche le ragazze della SPA
L'hotel si trova in posizione ideale per chi d'inverno deve andare a sciare poiche vicino ad impianti di risalita , lontani ovviamente dal centro paese/vallata , questo implica che per raggiungere le mete interessate o ciclovie occorre spostarsi quasi esclusivamente con l'auto.

Ho chiesto un letto matrimoniale purtroppo era composto da 2 materassi singoli uniti, soluzione che ho trovato molto scomoda a causa della continua separazione dei materassi durante la notte. Bagno un pò scomodo.

z powodu pobytu poza sezonem zimowym wszelkie udogodnienia działają na 50% mocy, wielkim rozczarowaniem było śniadanie, które tak chwalone w komentarzach okazało się dużą klapą, śniadanie trwało do 10:30, my byliśmy o 9:30, na sali było 8 gości i niestety nie było już co zjeść, choć kelner zapewniał, że zaraz ktoś dorobi jajecznicy i bekonu, tylko to było na ciepło, niestety czekaliśmy godzinę i bez rezultatu, zmuszeni byliśmy coś zjeść poza hotelem, bo tu po prostu nie było nic.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Wszystko, bardzo udany wypoczynek z bardzo miłą obsługą. Było super czysto w pokoju. Warto mieć na uwadze że zadaszony parking i wejście na basen są dodatkowo płatne ale jakoś nie za wiele więc wszystko ok. Jest w zimie autobus pod wyciąg, choć jest tylko 5 min na piechotę

Non ho apprezzato molto la reception in area welness. Ci sono stati consegnati gli asciugamani e non ci è stato spiegato cosa era compreso nel prezzo e dove si trovavano le diverse stanze (bagno turco sauna..).

Sala colazione/cena all’ultimo piano, questo disturbava il riposo, poiché presto al mattino si sentivano tutti i rumori provenire dalla sala sopra. Del garage a pagamento non ci aveva informato nessuno, ci siamo trovate a pagare 20€ che se la lasciavamo fuori spendevamo meno.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Das Personal des Hotels war stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Aufenthaltsraum in der Lobby ist gemütlich und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, da gerade Nebensaison war und viele andere Hotels geschlossen hatten.
Die Korridore, der Lift und viele weitere Räumlichkeiten sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und wären vermutlich bald renovationsbedürftig.

Wellnessbereich war mini und schlecht. Nachmittags sogar gegen Aufpreis. Nachdem der 75min Zeitslot um war wurde man pünktlich rausgeworfen obwohl das Hotel annähernd leer war. Frühstück kam einem 2 Sterne Hotel gleich. Wir sind früher abgereist. In der Wintersportsaison bestimmt besser?!

The bartender i have to say not only made me a cosmopolitan that brought a smile to my face. His aura was just magnificent. You are very lucky to have him. I'd happily steal him for Scotland as that's how a bartender should be. Exceptional stay. I will be back on my next motorbike tour

L’unica cosa da migliorare dovrebbe essere un sistema che consente di bloccare temporaneamente (nel rispetto delle norme anti incendio) i separatori tra un balcone e l’altro per evitare che i cani ospiti in struttura vadano da un balcone all’altro ed escludere potenziali rischi.
