Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Wir haben auf unserer Durchreise auch dieses Jahr wieder eine Nacht im Alpenland verbracht. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Damen an der Rezeption sind besonders hervorzuheben. Wir wurden sehr gut über alles beraten, was wir wissen wollten. Die Empfangsdame hat uns sogar extra noch Gästekarten ausgedruckt, weil wir am Abreisetag auf dem Nachhauseweg zum Gletscher fahren wollten. Im Übernachtungspreis mit Frühstück war u a freier Eintritt in das Motorradmuseum an der Mautstelle am Timmelsjoch und kostenloser Zugang zum Gletscher enthalten. Leider war ausgerechnet zu unserem Reisetag der Zugang zum Gletscher wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Das Hotel hat einen großen Außenparkplatz, der gut befahrbar ist. Der Parkplatz ist auch für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet. Unser Zimmer war zeitgenössisch im Alpenstil eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Frühstück war auch gut. Bedingt durch die nicht volle Auslastung in der Sommerzeit war trotzdem ein völlig ausreichend sortiertes Buffet vorhanden. Man sitzt sehr gemütlich und hat genügend Auswahl zur Verfügung. Auch das Personal ist stets vorhanden und freundlich.
Die Matratzen waren uns zu weich. Sie sollten ausgetauscht werden. Der Teppichboden sollte gegen einen glatten Boden getauscht werden. Wer eine Hausstauballergie hat, könnte - wie bei den meisten Teppichböden - Probleme bekommen. Dennoch hat es uns wie auch letztes Jahr gefallen.

Eten in restaurant kan beter. Bij aankomst rond 19.30u was personeel in restaurant niet vriendelijk en beleefd. We voelen ons niet echt vriendelijk onthaald

The ski shop being pushed was dodgy,the small ski shop 2 does away was honest,with integrity. The partnered shop at the bottom of the hill did a terrible service on my skis when i did not need a sharpen,after they had done the service my skis were all over the place and took care to control.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Prachtig hotel op super lokatie vanwege ski in en out. Mooie grote kamer met heerlijke badkamer. Super goed ontbijt. Leuke lobby met hotelbar. Goed ski ruim van waaruit je zo naar lift glijdt en 's middag weer van de piste naar binnen. Al met al, perfect!

Hotel restaurant evening menu was over complicated and a bit expensive. The food was nice and well presented but the menu needed simplifying. Also we ate twice and didn’t get a wine list once.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2014Familiär geführtes Haus mit guter bis sehr guter Verpflegung. Längerer Aufenthalt im Zimmer etwas unbequem wegen sehr kleiner Sessel. Sehr angenehm: ein (elektrischer) Kachelofen in unserem Zimmer. Die Skipiste führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Ideal!

Reviewed Jan 13, 2014Wir hatten ein Superior-DZ, somit auch genügend Platz. Besonders schön und gemütlich war das Nebenzimmer mit Kachelofen. Es gab ein supergroßes neu gemachtes Bad mit Eckbadewanne. Offensichtlich war die Heizung für das große Bad zu klein dimensioniert. Wir haben max 18°C im Bad gemessen. Das Problem wurde von uns vorgetragen aber nicht gelöst. Deshalb nur 3 Punkte beim Zimmerkomfort. Wir haben dann zum Duschen den wunderschönen, neu gestalteten Wellness-Relaxbereich genutzt. Da war es schön warm.

Reviewed Feb 20, 2012Het hotel is mooi netjes en licht op een mooie maar slecht te bereiken locatie , advies ; neem een 4x4 mee of leg sneeuwkettingen op je auto , het weggetje naar boven is heel glad! De hotelkamer is mooi en verzorgd , maar veel te warm.
