Beim Frühstück war das Personal mehrmals „verschwunden“, so dass keine Bestellungen möglich waren.

Parking at the hotel and St parking free of charge. Several different sitting areas for families to hang out, kids to play, adults to have drinks, and quiet reading spots - something for everyone. Breakfast was delicious and had cute serving dishes making the experience all the better.

Lovely friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Quiet location in a residential area, just a 10 minute level stroll to the centre of town and a similar stroll to the train/bus station. We had a spacious family room overlooking the front garden with lovely mountain views. There is a small ‘honesty’ cupboard with drinks and snacks. We would have appreciated a little more choice.

The mattresses are very hard, which is fine for some, but we suffered with back pain until, after a few days, we came across a card in the room saying that soft toppers were available if we needed them. The staff added them to our beds on the same day and we were much more comfortable and very happy. It would have been really helpful if the card had been placed on the pillows or right next to the bed on our arrival so that we could have asked for the toppers straight away. As it was, it was tucked underneath another card about room cleaning and we missed it.

Somewhat limited parking if you arrive late.

Great location near the town centre and train station. The hotel front desk staff were absolutely lovely. They warmly provided great recommendations about the area, including advice on things to do and nice restaurants to patronise. The hotel also sent me a digital GAP card which I could use for discounts for certain activities. Guests can also use the sauna at their nearby partner hotel free of charge. However, please take note that the lockers for the sauna do not have keys so it is not advisable to bring valuables when you visit the sauna. The room is large and bright. There is no AC but the windows can be opened so it didn't feel hot. I also had a great view of the mountains. The hotel breakfast that was included was sumptuous. Mountain tap water tasted fresh.

The pillows were too soft and I couldn't get a comfortable sleeping position. No shampoo was provided, only body wash. I couldn't get a good wash for my hair using the body wash. The towel hanger is attached to the radiator. The space was too small for hanging clothes and towels. The hotel has no lift but the front desk staff and housekeepers helped me with my luggage to my room.

The room was very clean and had a very nice bathroom. Parking for my motorbike inside the property and very friendly staff. The building is vey nice and well kept. Good location to visit the town and get around.

The bed was far too soft for my liking and I had some trouble sleeping and early in the morning there was a lot of noise coming from what I assume to be the kitchen. Overall nothing serious though and the price is in line with the area.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut – das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums, liegt aber gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ein großer Pluspunkt war für uns auch der kostenlose Parkplatz. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, obwohl wir bereits ein größeres Zimmer gebucht hatten. Auch das Badezimmer war eher kompakt. Für uns war das jedoch völlig ausreichend, da wir nicht viel Gepäck dabei hatten. Mit größeren Koffern oder bei einem längeren Aufenthalt könnte der Platz allerdings etwas knapp werden. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl an lokalen Produkten (die Brezn war ausgezeichnet). Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre lediglich der Kaffee – für unseren Geschmack hätte er etwas kräftiger und intensiver sein können. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Zunächst muss man das herausragende Personal erwähnen!!!!! Hilfreich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit für alle Wünsche und Fragen da! Top Tipps wie wo gibt es den besten Kaiserschmarrn 😁 und vieles mehr! Wir 2 + Hund haben uns soooooo wohl gefühlt. Auch unser Hund konnte es nicht abwarten täglich sein Leckerli an der Rezeption abzuholen. Unser morgendlicher 2ter Cappuccino haben wir auf der Terasse sehr genossen. Ein spitzen Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht 😍

Location, off a Main Street. Angela and Roger are a true asset to the hotel. Angela always had a smile on her face, always greeted us and gave us very good tips on the bus service and walking trails. She was one of the best part of our stay and Roger very nicely helped us get extra pillows. Great super staff!

Music needs to be played at the breakfast area. More lighting in room

Kleines, gemütliches Hotel. Herzliches und engagiertes Personal. Zentral gelegen. Beide Stadtteile, sowie Bus und Bahn gut und schnell erreichbar. Sauber und abends ruhig gelegen. Mein Zimmer hatte einen Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Such a cozy, very welcoming, friendly place to stay! My room felt like walking into a sweet little nook. The perfect size for a single person. I love the breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helped me navigate to the local swimming spot on a nice day.

It was a bit hot. But they gave me a fan for the room.

Die Lage ist ruhig, das Haus ist umgeben von einem Garten. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend für die Größe des Hotels und hat eine gute Qualität.

Zimmer war sehr karg ausgestattet mit wenig Stauraum. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage oder Minibar. Zimmerreinigung erfolgt nur auf Wunsch und auch nicht sehr gründlich. Rezeption ist nur bis 22 Uhr besetzt. Das Bad war mini.

We like everything about this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great, the room was great, and the facilities were so nice! We had a room to sit and relax with friends by the entrance, and there is a nice outdoor area as well. The breakfast room has a very pleasant atmosphere, and of course, the breakfast was excellent.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est assez central tout en étant dans une rue calme. Bornes de recharge pour VE dans l'hôtel (2) et 2 rapides dans la rue. Bon à savoir!

-Das Personal ist herzlich, stets ansprechbar und zuvorkommend. -Das Frühstücksangebot reichhaltig, das gilt auch für die Auswahl an Getränken und veganen Speisen. -Das Hotel bietet mehrere Aufenthaltsbereiche, falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. -Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, neben Bett und Schrank, stehen weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Eine Arbeitsecke ist ebenfalls vorhanden. -Das W-LAN lief stets stabil. -Das Bad war groß, hell und sauber. -Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, gleichzeitig in einer Seitenstraße, so dass es stets ruhig ist.

Für mich war die Matratze des Bettes leider zu weich.

El personal del hotel es encantador. Y el hotel en si, muy cuidado, lleno de detalles, donde destacaría el jardin exterior con zona de juegos infantiles. Desayuno completo, con muchas opciones bio. Respecto a la habitación, tuvimos suerte de tener una que daba al jardín y desde la que se veia un paisaje muy bonito. Habitación muy amplia, toda de madera, y camas cómodas

Por decir algo, la falta de aire acondicionado. En verano hacia mucho calor, es cierto que por las noches refresca, pero sería un plus si lo tuviera

Ich habe meinen Wanderurlaub in diesem Biohotel sehr genossen und mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück war einfach grandios. Mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Bio-Produkten und viel Liebe zum Detail. Jeden Morgen habe ich mich darauf gefreut. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, herzliche Gastfreundschaft und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück legt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert.

Im Zimmer gibt es leider keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Schrank, man muss teilweise aus dem Koffer leben.

From the pictures the location seemed immersed in green and quiet. It is quite central in a neighborhood in the city centre, it was not the location we were aiming for. The outdoor play area for the kids could do with an update.

Sehr ruhige und zentrumsnahe Lage. Zimmer sind gut bis sgt. ausgestattet, z. T. mit Balkon. Bad ist ausreichend groß und mit allem was notwendig ist ausgestattet. Es wird ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen Bioprodukten angeboten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hinweis: Die Betten sind mit Biomatratzen (fest) ausgestattet. Wer gerne auf einer weicheren Matratze schlafen möchte, kann sich einen Topper geben lassen und alles ist perfekt.

Wir waren in Raum 101 untergebracht. Dieser grenzt direkt an die Rezeption und das hört man auch. Am Anfang ist ja z.B. ein fröhliches Pfeifen ganz nett … Ansonsten kann ich nichts bemängeln… die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig…das Frühstück ist toll.

Das einzige was fehlt, ist vor allem in den Sommermonaten eine Klimaanlage.

Wie immer sehr gut. Sehr nettes Personal, ruhiges Zimmer. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus war vorbildlich. Besonders das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, hochwertig und ließ für mich keine Wünsche offen.

Nur Kleinigkeiten die aber direkt behoben werden konnten (defekte Fernbedienung). Als kleine Anregung würde ich mir für die Zimmer noch einige zusätzliche Ausstattungsdetails wünschen, die man inzwischen in vielen Hotels als Standard vorfindet (Bodylotion oder ähnliche Pflegeprodukte im Bad). Das ist jedoch Jammern auf hohem Niveau…

Two incredibly friendly ladies worked at the hotel and made the whole stay feel much more comfortable and welcoming. There was a drinking water station where guests could refill their own bottles, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a small self-service mini market where you could grab drinks, chips, biscuits, and other snacks at any time of the day. You simply wrote down your room number and what you took, then paid at check-out. There was also a basket of complimentary apples and pears available at all times, and it was always well stocked. Breakfast was served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM and was a standard European-style breakfast. Hot items included bacon, boiled eggs, foie gras, and scrambled eggs, along with a good selection of other options such as five different cheeses, cereals, and three varieties of yogurt. The lobby was a wonderful place to relax and spend time, especially if you’re traveling with friends or family. There were plenty of entertainment options, including card games and other activities. There was also a beautiful, green courtyard where you could sit, relax, and unwind. The hotel offers free parking with enough space for around 7–8 regular cars and 2 electric vehicles. If the hotel parking is full, free street parking is also available . The rooms were noticeably larger than typical European hotel rooms, so even if you’re traveling with large suitcases, space won’t be an issue. Housekeeping is provided upon request rather than automatically each day. We didn’t request it during our stay. There was a single all-purpose shampoo provided for both hair and body 😅. The room had an excellent wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a safe box inside. If you choose a room with a balcony facing the mountains, you’ll enjoy a stunning view throughout the day. The pillows were very soft, and the double bed was actually made up of two single beds pushed together, with separate duvet for each person—so no arguments over the blanket!

The only downside is that if there are children playing loudly in the courtyard, it may disturb guests who are looking for a quiet rest. There was no kettle or coffee-making facility in the room, but tea and coffee were available downstairs.

Es una pension con un muy buen desayuno. Refieren tener estacionamiento pero las plazas son muy escasas y estan ocupadas por un servicio de arreglo de autos que esta en el fondo. Tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle. El personal de la mañana y del servicio de desayuno muy amables. A 4 cuadras de la calle principal.

El personal de la tarde nada amigable. Una señora nos nego un mapa a pesar de verlo cuando abrio el cajon.

Beds were hard, but probably healthy. Backnpains every morning, but went away after moving around.

It feels honest and good, the rooms smell nice, the materials are organic, there is no pretentious pseudo luxury. Great place. Breakfast is good, too.

Läget centralt. Gratis parkering i mån av plats. Trevlig personal och sköna sängar. Frukosten var mycket bra och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Egentligen inget, men det skull i så fall vara att det saknades hiss då det är en del trappor. Kan vara ett hinder för någon som har svårt för det.

The staff were very helpful in meeting our needs, dietary requirements and accessibility. Aesthetically speaking, there is great attention to detail, plenty of wood, and cosy vibes: overall, it makes you feel right at home.
