Hotel proche d un parking, situé dans une rue calme et proche du centre historique.

Peu d employés parlent le Francais.

state of the building is deceiving. looks vozy from the outside, but is close to falling apart inside. missing bricks in the decoration, paintings hanging crooked, dangerous stairs, paint peeling everywhere, walls leave behind residue whem accidently brushing past them, locks to the room barely functions, water for the shower takes a couple minutes to get hot, paint splatters on the floor, cobwebs hanging above the windows, trims above the floor are loose and barely hanging on.

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa. Durante il soggiorno c’erano lavori nella camera adiacente, con continui rumori di muratori anche in orari piuttosto tardivi. Ho segnalato il problema più volte, ma concretamente nessuno è intervenuto per risolverlo e non ho ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse. A questo si aggiunge un isolamento acustico gravemente insufficiente, che rende facilmente percepibili i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze. Anche il servizio in camera è stato deludente: la camera non è mai stata pulita durante il soggiorno e gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati soltanto verso le 18, proprio mentre stavo rientrando. Infine, delle sole due prese elettriche disponibili in camera, una non funzionava, costringendomi ad alternare continuamente la ricarica dei vari dispositivi elettronici. Nel complesso, standard di comfort e servizio decisamente inferiori a quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel.

De elektriciteit deed soms wat raar en niet alle stopcontacten werkte. Vaak geen warm water en televisie werkte niet.

Buena ubicación

La habitación está bien pero hay que subir una escalera que es sumamente angosta y en malas condiciones. El precio es caro en relación a esto. Está arriba de un bar.

Un accueil serait appréciable, il n y a jamais personne si problème. Pas de télé, seulement la télécommande. Pas de prise de courant, une multiprise qui n est pas au top.., pomme de douche qui fuit, et surtout pas d eau chaude !!

L’emplacement et le hall d’entrée refait.

La literie car j’ai été piqué toute la nuit ??? La télé ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que la lampe de chevet. Quant à la douche, l’eau était soit brûlante soit froide. La chambre donnait sur une courette recouvertes de toiles d’araignées et sur le bord de la fenêtre, il y avait un cendrier avec des mégots.

Hôtel très central pour visiter Bruges. Accueil sympathique. Jolie chambre dans une vieille maison.

La superficie de la chambre est petite pour le prix demandé.

Vreselijke communicatie. Weken na het aanvragen van een datumwijziging zijn ze akkoord gegaan. Echter was de datum ondertussen al verstreken. Bijgevolg werden we als no-show geregistreerd op een boeking van 1 jaar in de toekomst. Communicatie nihil want op e-mails geen antwoord gekregen. Geld kwijt en geen verblijf gehad.

Zudem lässt die Sauberkeit auch zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett war eine sehr dicke Staubschicht und auch im Treppenhaus zum Zimmer war es sehr dreckig Und ziemlich verbraucht Türen ohne Rahmen. Aber die Lage ist für einen Aufenthalt in Brügge perfekt.

Le personnel est gentil mais pour pouvoir être accueilli il a fallu téléphoner à l’établissement, l’agencement est un peu étrange, c’est en travaux et des finition un peu cache misère

Sur 4 prises de courant 1 seule fonctionnais. La tv ne fonctionne pas, des cheveux retrouver dans la chambre, la lumière de la salle de bain coupais, l’interrupteur était abîmé, les murs plutôt sale sans parler de l’isolation en carton, sur l’annonce il est préciser que la chambre est bien insonorisé, pourtant ça n’est pas du tout le cas, depuis la chambre on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir ou dans les chambres alentour.

Kleines Zimmer aber vollkommen ausreichend für eine Nacht. Kleiner Balkon dabei.

El colchón era pésimo. No funcionaban varios enchufes. La luz del baño estaba mal. La lamparita, rota. No había ventana sino puerta, que daba a un pequeño patio compartido por una sala en obras. Privacidad??? Preguntaron para darnos opciones y no cumplieron ninguna. Ejemplos: temperatura habitación, cama doble o individual, número de almohadas....

Trenden indikten sonra 10-15 dk harika sokaklarda yürüyerek tesise ulaştık,konumu popüler yerlere yakın,önünde cafeler ve bir meydan var,sağındaki sokaktan yürüyerek market,mağaza,turistik yerlere ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Odanın anahtarını almak için yakınındaki lybeer hostel e gidip resepsiyondan alabilirsiniz.

Pencerelerde sineklik yoktu ve sivrisinek cok fazla vardı bu yüzden gece rahat uyuyamadık,odada klima da olmadığından mecbur pencereleri açtık,klima ve mini buzdolabı olsa cok iyi olurdu.

Il fatto che non vi sia un climatizzatore, si moriva dal caldo e anche la televisione non c'era.

La struttura è stata (probabilmente) rilevata dall'ostello Lybeer; l'ingresso reale di "Hotel Leopold", che non esiste più e non c'è il cartello indicante il nome dell'hotel, è su un'altra porta. Andate direttamente all'ostello. Non c'è stata trasparenza su questo, quindi non è stato comunicato che in realtà l'hotel non esiste più e non offre i servizi di un hotel. Molto difficile la comunicazione con la direzione, in reception ci sono sempre ragazzi nuovi (molto gentili e disponibili devo dire) che però sono volontari e non hanno modo di aiutare realmente il cliente nelle problematiche più serie. Dalla mia camera sono spariti oggetti personali, seppur di poco valore, fatto comunque molto grave e che è stato ignorato a seguito della mia segnalazione. Durante il mio soggiorno, senza avvisare, sono entrati a fare dei lavori nella camera (cambiata la cornice del letto, interventi alle prese elettriche) e al mio ritorno in camera la corrente era staccata. A seguito della mia lamentela hanno provveduto a ripristinare la corrente, ma comunque non ho trovato corretto che io non sapessi nulla e avessero invaso la mia privacy, spostando anche i miei effetti personali. I lavori si fanno quando non ci sono ospiti, o se questo non è proprio possibile si avvisano e ci si scusa per il disagio; di scuse ne ho viste ben poche per tutta questa situazione. Da ultimo, per un errore durante la prenotazione, è stato segnalato che eravamo due ospiti quando invece avevo prenotato per uno (anche qua avevo prove); non potendo cambiare direttamente sul sito di booking il numero degli ospiti ho contattato la struttura a marzo per chiedere se fosse possibile pagare la tassa di soggiorno solo per uno. A questa richiesta era stato risposto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, e che il giorno dell'arrivo mi avrebbero fatto pagare per uno.

J'ai bien apprécié l'accueil chaleureux qui m'a été réservé vu l'heure tardive de mon arrivée et sans doute la disponibilité, la gentillesse, la courtoisie, la joie etc...des propriétaires. Vraiment, chapeau !

Actuellement, l'hôtel est en pleine restructuration. Mais j'avoue que cela ne m'a pas empêché de ne pas passer un agréable séjour.

Location was great, short walk to the centre to the city. Lovely room with huge bed, very comfortable.

A bit noisy at night, but it’s in the city and the World Cup was on. Nothing not to like.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and light. The bed was comfortable and the location is fantastic. Staff are very accomdating and the water pressure, amenities and services were fantastic.

My mattress wasn't good as was soft and bend in the middle, there wasn't anyone in reception, and we have to go somewhere else to let them know, of our arrival, not enough information regarding breakfast hours, and we should made aware of refurbishment in advance

Location excellent

Currently being refurbished. So incomplete. Tra and Coffee making facilities are not available. In fact Hotel Leopold does not exist it is now called The Times of Times.

I agree with others; the friendly and cooperative staff were the only positive point.

Almost everything else was disappointing. I honestly don’t know how this place is categorized as a hotel. At best, it felt like a hostel with a private bathroom. In 30°C heat, the room didn’t even have an air conditioner or a simple fan. I had to insist, and one of the nicer staff members eventually brought me a portable fan. The room didn’t even have a basic glass for water, let alone a water boiler or instant coffee/tea. The interior looked like temporary construction worker accommodation. The neighborhood wasn’t great either, even though it was close to the city center. The rooms were extremely noisy, both from inside and outside the building. This place really shouldn’t be listed as a hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel abbastanza centrale e non lontana dalla stazione dei treni. 10 minuti a piedi.

La stanza aveva il pavimento che scricchiolava, si sentiva ogni rumore di camminata di quelli sopra. Le scale per salire su sono fin troppo strette, la porta principale non si chiudeva bene e aprire e chiudere era dure, la ventilazione del bagno pessima, non funzionava e non aveva le finestre, le luci del bagno pure troppo deboli non so vedeva niente, le finestre erano troppo leggeri, si appanavano con niente al mattino. Il calorifero non funzionava più di tanto forse centrale ed era arrugginito. Il bagno odorava e faceva la muffa, ma ben coperta dalle piastrelle. Entrate diverse. Comunque l'hotel se sistemato bene, in questi dettagli, potrà ottenere un notevole miglioramento.

1) Hotel is van naam veranderd, dus was ten eerste al moeilijk te vinden zonder naam. 2) Geen personeel aanwezig in het hotel. (lege receptie) 3) Hotel is in renovatie status !!! 4) geen water op de kamer 5) geen bekers/glazen in de badkamer 6) badkamer beschadigd 7) slechts één stopcontact werkt in de kamer en moet bediend worden met verlengsnoeren 8) gevraagd om ontbijt, maar niet gekregen. De kok vroeg, "Who are you", what are you doing here?" 9) bij uitchecken ook geen personeel aanwezig alleen een groot scherm, AI, dat absoluut niet werkte

Lekker ontbijt. Goede ligging. Badkamer proper en in orde, wel gebrek aan bekertje

Dicht bij het centrum met de winkels en terrassen. Mooie ruime kamer voor 4 personen. Geen geluidshinder.

Via de achterzijde het hotel in. Het zag er wat armoedig uit vanwege verbouwing. Maar binnen was het goed.

Situation géographique idéale. A proximité de la rue commerçante et de la grand place. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Chambre très cocoon. Lit hyper confortable. Douche moderne. Personnel multilingue.

Sol qui grince fort par endroits. Mal insonorisé tant vis-à-vis de la chambre du dessus que vis-à-vis de l'extérieur. Mais pas trop dérangeant vu que c'est une ruelle sans trop de passage. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain. La deuxième fenêtre de chambre ne s'ouvre pas.

Kao da smo došle prerano s obzirom na građevinske radove. Prije nego je hotel renoviran. Grijanje nije radilo, grijalicu dobile 3 sata kasnije, jer je isprika, ovaj objekt ima ocjenu 6! Veoma usko stubište, jer kofer morate sami spustiti. Nisu nam htjeli pozvati taxi, uz isprike da ne rade taj dan, iako su u objektu.

Ca este situat aproape de principalele atractii turistice si faptul ca patul a fost confortabil. Deasemenea lenjeria si prosoapele curate.

Este greu de gasit, nu se face cazarea la locatie, scara interioara este periculoasa din punctul meu de vedere, televizorul nu are telecomanda, aer conditionat nu exista.

La struttura è vicino al centro

Le prese nella stanza non funzionavano (tranne una). Il pulsante della luce nel bagno era rotto. La reception non è nello stesso posto dov'è la stanza ma per fortuna non troppo distante.

The hotel is in a great location, near the city centre. Most tourist places are within walking distance and public transport is near. The bed was comfortable. Our room was clean and we got new towels and soap daily from the very kind housekeeping. The price in proportion to the room we got, in the location we were in, was more than decent.

The hotel room was not at all similar to the photos, our room was smaller and the furniture was cramped in there, so we could not make use of the closets without rearranging stuff. The hotel is very noisy, we could hear every footstep on the stairs and people walking around at night and during the day. Especially during the day this was bothersome as the hotel was clearly being renovated, and the builders had a pretty outspoken music taste. We were not told about the renovations before booking. Another weird thing is that the hotel door said Threads Of Time, so maybe the renovation is a rebrand? On a final note, the shower took about 5 minutes to warm up, which feels like a waste of water on top of not being very comfortable.

Il n’y a personne sur place . En cas de problème c’est par téléphone avec quelqu’un qui ne parle et comprend pas très bien le français.

Central location but also very quiet.

Loose power socket which was dangerous for baby, torn bedsheets, broken light fittings, TV didn't work, cooker light didn't work. Shower drain clogged. No toaster provided.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está en el centro, zona tranquila y cerca de la estación.

Le falta un poco de limpieza en el baño, la TV no funcionaba y varios enchufes tampoco, el hotel está en obras, pero no ha sido molesto. La cama era cómoda y las almohadas también.

Antiguo, los enchufes solo funcionaba uno. Estaba un poco sucio, hay que limpiar el polvo más a menudo. La subida de escaleras mortal.

Les clés doivent être récupérées dans une auberge de jeunesse. Sur place, personne ne parle français et l’anglais est très limité. L’établissement est géré par des adolescents. La chambre familiale est vétuste et nécessiterait clairement un rafraîchissement. Aucun thé ni café n’est proposé dans la chambre. La télévision ne fonctionne pas, les draps présentaient des taches et la douche était bouchée. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il doit être pris dans un autre établissement… mais cela est très mal expliqué. Nous avons dû nous rendre à l’auberge de jeunesse, attendre jusqu’à 8h40, pour finalement être redirigés vers un autre endroit. Et pour couronner le tout, nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner sans allergènes lors de la réservation, mais cette demande n’a pas été respectée. À ce jour, nous n’avons toujours aucune nouvelle de l’établissement concernant le remboursement du petit déjeuner que nous n’avons pas pu prendre.

La ubicacion lo mejor del lugar.

Estaban realizando una modificacion, por lo que habia personas trabajando y no lo habian mencionado. Ofrecen servicios para la llegada que a nosotros no nos dieron. No habia personal en el lugar, ya que se encontraba en otra ubicacion.

Bedoeling : een voorstelling in het concertgebouw bijwonen met schoonbroer/schoonzus. Alles is prima verlopen..!!! Bijzonder vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel. Ligging is uiteraard uitstekend! Na treinrit kon bagage in hotel achterblijven. Ontbijt was echt goed & meer dan voldoende. Het was een te renoveren kamer maar voldeed aan ons verwachtingen. We zijn allen tevreden naar huis getreind !

Le lit est confortable, personnel sympathique.

Photo mensongère, chambre pas isolée il fait très très froid. Radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas donc chauffrette électrique demandée au réceptionniste. Eau de la douche qui met 30 minutes à chauffer avant d’être moyennement chaude. On entends tout les bruits extérieurs ainsi que ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres. Réveillé depuis 5h du matin par le boucan dehors et à l’intérieur de l’hôtel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I stayed in Room 001 if memory serves me right.

Cuando llegamos, una señora mayor que trabajaba en el hotel fue muy descortes con nosotros. Fue tanto que estuvimos a punto de buscar otro hotel. Cuando uno llega de un viaje lo mínimo que desea es que donde te reciban, por lo menos te digan buenos días y te expliquen un poco cómo funciona la estadía. Luego nos atendió un chico llamado Leo que fue muy agradable y mejoró mucho la experiencia.

The staff were good, the breakfast was good, the location was good, however, the room really was poor. Renovation work was in progress so hopefully it’ll improve for future guests. The room was long overdue for a major overhaul. The stairs from the ground floor were extremely steep so anyone with mobility issues would struggle. There was also very little sound insulation between the room we stayed in and the room above which was quite a disturbance.

Verbouwingswerken in het pand in het weekend, door werkzone toegang tot kamer, verlengkabels in de gang, TV werkt niet,...

Hotel renovasyon aşamasında, içerisi toz ve inşaat malzemeleri doluydu. Bu haldeyken nasıl konaklama yapıyorlar şaşırtıcı doğrusu. Girişteki merdiven korkunç, valizle çıkılması inanılmaz zor. Odalar çok soğuk, birkaç defa dile getirmeme rağmen hiçbir şey yapılmadı. En kötü otel deneyimim bu oldu.

resepsiyon başka bir yerde, otel inşaat alanı, inanılmaz toz vardı ve çok soğuktu ama talep etmeme rağmen herhangi bir ısınma çalıştırılmadı.

The location was good.

The hotel was not what I was expecting. First, when you get to the location, it doesn't say Hotel Leopold, so you think you got scammed. It is not a hotel, at least not yet. On the day that I arrived, I received a message saying that I had to go to another location for the check in (that was just a couple of minutes walking from the "hotel"), when I got there, there wasn't anyone at the reception (this was in the middle of the day). When one the staff finally appeared, they didn't check our documents or anything (We arrived before the check in time, we just wanted to leave our suitcases there), they showed us where to leave our suitcases and backpacks and left. There was no key for the room where all the suitcases and backpacks were left, which is weird and felt unsafe. Later on, we went back to finally do the check in and once again there was nobody at the reception. The staff who checked us in was friendly. When we got to the "hotel" where we were staying, it was very disappointing, the stairs are very small and old. The room was big and clean, but the TV is positioned in a very weird place (not in front of the bed), the heater doesn't work properly and the bathroom was very dark. I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't go back there.
