Baia din camera in care am fost cazat este foarte mica, o persoana mai corpolenta se va descurca greu. Restaurantul, desi este foarte elegant, nu este ventilat si drept urmare tot mirosul de la bucatarie ajungea in restaurant (sper sa fie doar neglijenta personalului care nu a pornit sistemul de ventilatie). Peretii de la camera foarte subtiri.

De bar was niet open. Je kon niets drinken voor half 8 als het restaurant open ging. Het eten was niet echt geweldig. De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Bij mooi weer kan je alleen binnen eten en ontbijten, terwijl we zooo graag buiten in de prachtige tuin of op hunmooi terras hadden gezeten.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Over het algemeen was het hotel prima. Een goede ligging, heel vriendelijk personeel, goede keuken, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, goede wijnkaart, barfaciliteiten, nette kamers.
Jammer genoeg was de douche niet in goede staat. De douchepalm viel telkens naar beneden, je kon dus niet comfortabel douchen, want je moest de douchepalm steeds in de hand vasthouden. Het zwembad is prima, maar ligt in volle zon. Misschien kan een schutting hier wel soelaas brengen.

Buona scelta per la colazione. Prodotti non sempre freschissimi (yogut) Ottimo il ristorante anche se la scelta dei piatti è un po' limitata.

La piscina è sicuramente il suo punto di forza in quanto offre la possibilità di sdraio e lettini alcuni dei quali riparati da piccoli gazebo. Il giardino presenta altre zone riparate dove poter rilassarsi bevendo una bevanda. Il ristorante offre dei piatti molto ben curati e di ottima qualità. È caldamente consigliata la prenotazione
L'aria condizionata nella camera faceva fatica a rinfrescare la stanza in modo adeguato.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Przepiękne miejsce, typowa toskańska willa, z niesamowitym ogrodem i schludnym i czystym basenem, cisza, spokój, mimo obłożenia goście nie wchodzą sobie w paradę. Pokój czysty. Śniadania w porządku. Obsługa przemiła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta.
Bardzo żałowaliśmy, że restauracja była nieczynna gdyż byłoby to dużym udogodnieniem ze względu na lokalizację obiektu. Poza tym na śniadaniu możnaby zaoferować gościom świeże soki, nie te z automatu. Mimo tego miejsce wspaniałe i godne polecenia.

Terrei il bar aperto anche al mattino con la possibilità di mangiare. In piscina c'erano persone esterne nonodpiti dell'hotel è questo non è gradevole. Inoltre il bagno a servizio della piscina era orribile (con la turca!!!) è veramente sporco. Il secondo giorno non era stato nemmeno pulito e il lavandino dava un filo di acqua

Nous avons été averti 2 jours après la date limite d'annulation que le restaurant sera fermé lors de notre séjour. De plus lors de notre arrivée, la piscine était fermée aux clients de l'hôtel. Nous devions partir à 7h le jour du départ, l'hôtel n'a pas été arrangeant pour le petit déjeuner qui était servi à partir de 7h30.

Giardino curato molto profumato per via dei tanti fiori che danno una sensazione di relax. Bella la piscina e ottima il ristorante con una cucina molto ricercata. Colazione di qualità con molti prodotti biologici tipo miele direttamente dalle arnie. Ottimo punto di partenza per girare la toscana in auto.

La habitación era un poco pequeña y las escaleras para subir a la habitación algo empinadas.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero con la ventana abierta dormimos sin problema.Lo único que había cerca una iglesia y las campanas sonaban cada hora a partir de las 6 am.

Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes das Restaurant geschlossen ( Infomail 3 Tage vorher). Da wir Sonntags angereist sind, waren die meisten Restaurant im Umkreis abends geschlossen. Dann hätten wir Ende Mai über 30 Grad und das Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage zum kühlen. Heizung gab es aber 😁. Der Steinboden ist wohl ," Vintage" mir gefällt es nicht. Das Bad könnte auch etwas verbessert werden. Genauso wie die Matratzen.

Wir hatten das Hotel ausgesucht, da es mit einem Restaurant und Frühstück ausgezeichnet war. Das Restaurant wurde dann aber einen Tag vor Ankunft geschlossen und das Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8:00, zu spät für Fähren-Nutzer. Das Personal bietet keine alternative Lösung an.

Reviewed May 21, 2026We chose Villa Maya as we wanted to stay in a more traditional hotel and it was close to Pisa airport. Our stay was unremarkable.
Although the building is lovely with authentic furnishings inside, its large garden surroundings are poorly maintained. Outside seating needed a good dust down before we could sit and there was a shabby feel generally. The receptionist was not at all welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, although dark and small. We had to open the shutters in order to get some natural light to illuminate the room which meant it was quite noisy as opened straight on to the arrival area. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment - definitely style over substance. The claim that dishes weren't available due to having hosted a wedding sampling event was unacceptable - dishes should have been taken off the menu. Breakfast was not available early in the morning, so we had to miss it due to leaving for the airport. Will not return!

Reviewed May 17, 2026Das Haus war eine schöne Landvilla. Die Lage war ruhig. Die Ausstattung und der Garten waren hübsch anzusehen.
Der Service hat gefehlt. Das Personal war freundlich. Der Chef konnte weder grüßen, noch sonst irgend eine nette Geste für seine Gäste finden. Der Fitnessraum war während des gesamten Aufenthalts von 2 Wochen geschlossen. Außer dem Frühstück war keine Möglichkeit für einen kleinen Snack beziehungsweise ein kleines Getränk im Laufe des Tages vorhanden. Die Gaststätte hatte erst ab 19.30 Uhr geöffnet und wurde überwiegend für anderweitige Veranstaltungen genutzt. An diesen Tagen war es dann sehr laut für die Gäste

Camera angusta, buia e non adatta per due persone, da rimodernare assolutamente insieme al bagno. Finestre minuscole situate a due metri da terra con nessuna possibilità di vedere fuori. Con 3 gradi all'esterno, abbiamo usato tutte le coperte che abbiamo trovato nell'armadio per riscaldarci. Condizionatori molto datati e probabilmente non funzionanti. Foto sul sito ingannevoli (la camera sembrava decisamente più grande).

Surprisingly, the towels were provided only for one person. The air conditioner was quite noisy. However, we recommned this hotel
