Safety deposit boxes in room had a run down battery problem that prevented them working. Staff at reception though helped by allowing leaving items with them.

Great location

The lift does not stop in multiple floors. If someone is going to the 4th and then you try to press 3th it will not work. You need to go to the 4th and come back. The ground floor toilet is blocked with a table, so you can’t use.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Venezia Mestre Station, making it very convenient to travel to Venice by train. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the essential amenities. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful, particularly the front-desk team. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to recommend this property to others.

La ubicación con la estación de tren y buses, puedes ir a cualquier lugar de Venecia.

El desayuno era muy flojo, poca variedad, poca comida y no ponen vasos de cristal, son vasitos pequeños de cartón.

The hotel has a very good location. Everything was clean.

I had a room under the roof, it was extremely hot and the old climatisation worked very badly. The breakfast could be better, for example there was no milk for the cornflakes

Ottima posizione. Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria. Comidissimo per raggiungere rapidamente ed economicamente Venezia. Il receptionist ci ha ben consigliato sul parcheggio auto e sul ristorante. Tutto a due passi dall' hotel.

- die Lage zum Bahnhof ist ideal - das Personal war freundlich

- die Zimmer sind hellhörig - die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut - Um der Geräuschkulisse der Klimaanlage zu entgehen, wollten wir in der zweiten Nacht das Fenster ankippen. Leider ging diese Funktion nicht und wir mussten das Fenster komplett öffnen, was dazu führte, dass wir noch weniger schlafen konnten, weil unser Zimmer zur Straßenseite war und es extrem laut war ( Auto-und Busgeräusche und lautstarke Jugendliche, die zahlreichen Flaschen auf den Boden warfen) - da wir nur für 2 Nächte eingecheckt hatten, wollten wir keinen Reinigungsservice und hatten diese BITTE auch dem Servicepersonal mitgeteilt. Leider wurde dies nicht berücksichtigt und es wurden Mülleimer geleert. Es war uns sehr unangenehm, weil unsere persönlichen Sachen nicht weggeräumt und unsere Koffer geöffnet waren. - das Frühstück ist überschaubar - Pappgeschirr zum Frühstück finde ich persönlich sehr befremdlich und nicht umweltfreundlich

Habitación muy amplia, recepción 24 horas. Pedimos que si era posible que nos llamaran un taxi al aeropuerto y sin ningún problema. Muy amables

Отличная кровать и кондиционер не дует на кровать и в лицо. Сделали на завтраке сделали персональное и очень вкусное итальянское кофе.

То что при регистрации в отеле забрали паспорта на 40 минут.

Hôtel bien pour une nuit de transit,proche de la gare de Mestre pour aller à Venise et proche de l'arrêt de bus pour aller à l'aéroport. De plus nous avions une voiture louée à Europcar et tout près aussi. Literie confortable mais pas de charme, climatisation. Personnel gentil.

Ac is not working ,Heat not cold in this hot weather , Fridge not working !!! , no respond to fix or change the room , No tissues inside the rooms!!!! Only for toilet Very very bad experience .I recommend no one to come to this hotel

Petit hôtel confortable, sans prétention, surtout très bien situé à côté de la gare ferroviaire de Mestre avec des bus à deux pas pour Venise et l’aéroport, tout en étant au calme. Bref, une vraie bonne alternative pour visiter en évitant les prix du centre. Literie et propreté ok. Petit déjeuner correct, lambda.

Camera pulitissima e profumata dotata di tutto il necessario, ben arredata e con un letto molto comodo. Staff della struttura gentilissimo. L'albergo è a due passi dalla stazione, nei pressi ci sono delle comode fermate per raggiungere in breve tempo Venezia o l'aeroporto e a 100 m circa ci sono tre buoni locali dove poter mangiare.

Its less than worst. They have no drinking water bottle in the room, no tissues. Breakfast quality & quantity not good at all.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Zimmer war komfortabel ausgestattet und hatte eine gute Grösse.

Wir fanden es nicht optimal, dass die Fahrräder nicht im Hotel abgestellt werden konnten. Mussten diese in der Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten) deponieren und eine Gebühr von EUR 4.00 pro Tag und Fahrrad bezahlen. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos präsentiert. Becher und Teller aus Pappe waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte war mittelmässig.

The air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the hot Venice summer. No coffee/ kettle in room.

Location was perfect! Within walking distance of ATVO bus going to Marco Polo Airport and also diagonally across the street from a restaurant open til 11 PM. Room was bright, bed comfortable.

No frig with bottled water - something I’d come to expect from places, especially during summer heat!

Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und das Hotel liegt nah am Bahnhof.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, aber es gab Fenster zum Lüften.

Enkelt hotell med som är smidigt att bo på om man åker tåg eller vill besöka Venedig. Rummen är små men har allt man behöver.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to buses and trains and also an excellent supermarket. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff on reception were not the friendliest. I have never before been charged for requesting two single beds - they are single beds anyway, all they need are different bed covers.

Umiestnenie hotela, je to len pár minút od hlavnej vlakovej stanice a autobusovej stanice. Cez cestu sú 3 reštaurácie ktoré sú všetky veľmi dobre.

Veľmi jednoduchý starší hotel, vybavenie je staršie ale funkčne. Je to naozaj len na prespatie.

не было воды в номере , не было чайника , тапочек -ничего , очень маленькие однаразовые шампуни . из персонала был вежливый только мужчина на ресепшене который встретил на ночью , в целом неплохо но цена/ качество завышено

The Breakfast was simple with minimum on the manue

The receptionist was respectful to me. He gave me directions to a very good restaurant in great detail. He personally made sure that my room would be satisfactory. Later on, I was concerned about getting to the airport, and the person at reception walked me outside to point out the exact way to go.

The mattress was too firm for me. Although the air conditioning worked initially, it seemed to stop. Fortunately the day got cooler.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 3 minuty od stacji kolejowej, skąd można dojechać w 10 minut do Wenecji. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica. Zgłoszona drobna usterka została szybko naprawiona. Miła obsługa.

La ubicación y la limpieza. Está al lado de la estación de autobuses y de trenes para ir a Venecia. Además, habían restaurantes y cafeterías bastante bien de precio nada más cruzar la calle.

Bien ubicado, cercano a estación de tren y bus.

Reservamos una habitación doble y nos cobraron un adicional de 20 euros por dos camas separadas que miden menos de un metro de ancho. Además, nos cobraron 40 euros por un late check out de sólo tres horas. Lo peor de todo es la mala disposición del manager, es muy antipático y descortés y no habla español. En una oportunidad nos hizo esperar casi 10 minutos mientras barría las hojas de la calle.

Location was very good for travelling to Venice. Communication with staff was very good, we let them know about the flight delays and always responded promptly. Bus station and train station are 5 min walk from the hotel.

Whilst unassuming from the outside, we found the hotel charming, and the staff friendly and helpful. The location for our interrailing trip was perfect - 5 minutes walk from Mestre Station, from where we could easily get to Venice, Padua and Verona. The gentleman on reception printed off QR codes so that we didn't require visitor passes for Venice. Our comfortable room was on the first floor, so we used the stairs, but there is a lift. It was cleaned every day, had toiletries (shampoo sachets and soap bars) a hot shower (though the shower head had a mind of its own), a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, fridge and desk. There were bedside lights, tables and power sockets at either side of the bed. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and found it very quiet. Breakfast was a basic buffet with a coffee machine, choice of pastries, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, boiled eggs, crackers, biscuits orange juice and even cake! We visited in June and there were usually only 1 or 2 other guests at breakfast so it was a very calm affair. There's a choice of eateries close by and a decent supermarket 10 minutes walk away. It was a 20 minute walk to the old town. We were able to leave our bags at reception after checking out, to collect before our train. We really enjoyed our stay here and found it excellent value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like but occasionally a switch would trip - this was easily rectified by flicking the switch back up in the fuse box on the bedroom wall.

What I most appreciated was the friendliness of the staff and the courtesy they extended to us in helping us to navigate the area and recommend different places to meet some medical needs. I also appreciated the cappuccinos from the bar. They were quite good. The staff impressed me as providing a very warm and inviting place to stay.

Because my husband and I are big readers I would have liked a comfortable chair and light for reading

The biggest advantage is that the hotel is walking distance to the train station and the bus station like for flixbus / itabus. The stuff, especially the receptionists that are non italian, tried their best to assist once I needed help, like super helpful. The bed was compfy however, how suprisingly, I almost barely fit my height eventhough I am only 1.65 metres, my feet easily got out of the bed once I stretch my legs .

The room was mostly clean but the phone on the room was really dirty which means the cleaning service didnt pay attention to details. Once I needed an italian speaker to talk on the phone for a few minute to the bus operator, the italian receptionist lady was really disturbed to help me, I mean of course u do not have to help however you can kindly reject instead of sulking. For the first time experiencing a receptionist sulking and being bothered for such kind of basic assistance requested by foreing guest.
