Friendly staff, the restaurant/café around the corner was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

The extra charge for overnight parking was unexpected and a little distance from the hotel.

The self check-in was seamless. The room was very clean and as described. The location is good with plenty of public transport options if needed (and you receive and email from the hotel with a free transport card) but it is an easy 10-15 minute walk into the centre anyway.

Hotel in ottima posizione (15 minuti a piedi dal centro). Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la semplicità e velocita del self check in, e la rapidità nel rispondere alle nostre mail. Camere ampie e moderne con un bagno adeguato.

Assenza di aria condizionata (per noi non è stato un grande problema, lo sarebbe stato se fosse stato più caldo). La colazione non offre una grande varietà di cibo (pecca nella parte dolce).

The room was big, spacious and clean. Facilities were basic. Easy walking distance to the old town. Staff were very helpful. Nice and quiet area but bars and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

Due to someone messing about with the key pad before our arrival the 4 digit code did not work so we could not get in. Due to some guests leaving we were able to enter reception. However, our code would not open the box our room key was in. Thankfully, upon calling the number on our booking confirmation we were able to speak to someone who managed to reset the code and the issue was resolved.

Hotel in una buona posizione, da cui si puó raggiungere con una bella passeggiata di 15/20 minuti il centro. Il check-in lo abbiamo fatto totalmente in autonomia tramite una macchinetta situata nella hall, abbiamo anche aggiunto il parcheggio auto a 15€ al giorno. Buona pulizia. Camera piuttosto calda, se andate in estate trovate comunque un ventilatore in dotazione in camera.

Letto e soprattutto cuscini piuttosto scomodi ma soggiornando per poche notti non è troppo problematico.

Hotel che andrebbe rimodernato un pó. Serve più attenzione a dettagli come, ad esempio, capelli e polvere sul ventilatore in stanza. Poca varietà nella colazione.

Das Hotel ist in guter, zentraler Lage und alles ist sauber. Es ist hier problemlos möglich mit einem Hund zu übernachten. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 200m weg an einer Straße ohne Überwachung gelegen. Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen hat aber insgesamt ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Der Parkplatz ist abseits vom Hotel und die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Unkompliziert zu Buchen, gute Lage, Sauber und Ruhig. Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise hervorragend.

Es musste eine Zusatzgebühr beim Check-in bezahlt werden. Warum kann man das nicht direkt beim Buchungsvorgang abrechnen? Das Gleiche gilt fürs Parken, der Parkplatz ist etwas entfernt, das ist aber in Ordnung.

Posizione non in centro ma ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici (gratuiti). Camera e bagno spaziosi. Personale cordiale che parla italiano.

Colazione non compresa nel prezzo. Personale presente in reception solo la mattina. Assenza aria condizionata in camera (in dotazione c'era un ventilatore). Cuscini non comodissimi. Costo soggiorno un po elevato (anche se tutta Salisburgo è molto cara).

Dobrá poloha, hotel poskytol "mobility card" zdarma na hromadnú dopravu. Vlastné parkovanie zdarma 200 m od hotela.

Skromné raňajky. Bolo veľmi teplo na izbe.

La struttura è vecchia, e quasi fatiscente. Il bagno degli anni 60 mai rinnovato. Tutto veramente vecchio e . Lamposizione discutibile, si può arrivare a piedi in centro ma Comunque si deve camminare minimo 25/30 minuti

I had a decent stay at Hotel Drei Kreuz overall. The self check-in process was straightforward and convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay in Salzburg. That said, I found it a little expensive for what was offered, so I think the value for money could be better. The main downside was that the room was quite warm at night, and without air conditioning it was difficult to cool it down. Overall, though, it was a perfectly fine stay and I would consider staying again if the price was right.

Primarily the price on the higher end, the absence of AC

Die Zimmer waren sehr warm und auch dauerhaftes lüften hat nichts gebracht. In Zimmer Nr. 22 lief der Abzug im Bad leider dauerhaft.

Skvělá lokalita poblíž centra Salzburgu - nepříliš daleko, ale zároveň dostatečně daleko na “klidné spaní”, pokoj byl hezký & personál na recepci byl velice nápomocný.

Co jsme postrádali byla menší lednice.

Hacia un calor insoportable y solo nos dieron dos ventiladores que lo que hacía era mover el aire caliente pero fue horrible la estancia menos mal que solo nos quedamos un día. Éramos 5 personas y los cinco dormimos mal

Não tem ar condicionado e estava muito calor. Só conseguimos um segundo ventilador no dia seguinte pois o quarto tinham 2 partes e o ventilador só servia uma delas

Ein veraltetes Hotel….Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer! In der heutigen Zeit ein NoGo zu diesem teuren Zimmerpreis!! Nur ein extrem schmutziger Ventilator stand da😠 den musste ich erst entstauben!! Keine Verdunklungsvorhänge! Die Außentemperatur betrug knapp 40 Grad, man kann sich die Nächte im Zimmer vorstellen 🥵 Als wir unsere abgestellten Koffer holten, wollten wir noch zur Toilette, die war ABGESPERRT!!! Da nur Hotelgäste ins Haus können, ist dies auch unglaublich ungastlich! Das einzige positive: ein Bus (Nr 4) fährt um die Ecke in die Stadt! Wir kommen nicht wieder in dieses Hotel!

Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée, j'ai dû appeler pour qu'on me donne les instructions d'entrée, 45 minutes pour accéder à la chambre. Et une fois sur place, on découvre que le parking est payant. 15 euros pour la nuit sur un terrain vague loin de l'hôtel, c'est du vol.

The location was great. It's not in the middle of the city but you can walk through the streets and find more local restaurants or other things. Crew was awesome they were so helpful with anything.

The rooms could have some little frigdes just to keep the guests drinks etc. It was kind of a hot season, so having a cold could be nice. And we bought some cheese from the locals so it was a bit hard to keep them cool.

Outdated interior design, simple, but I guess that's what the price represents.

Δεν υπήρχε reception, εκτός απο την ώρα του πρωινού. Το πρωϊνό ακριβό γι’αυτά που παρέχει.

The Access code for the main entrance didn’t work. We were lucky that someone from the hotel was in front of the hotel.

Location was good. Near to the Bus and Tram Station. Local stores nearby were good.

The room and bathroom was smelling a lot. No proper ventilation. No cutlery. We had a large double room but they merged two twin beds together and made it one. Not worth the money, Go for something other.

Convenient location to the centre and the free travel pass was very good. Bus station to/from the city centre very close to the hotel. Self check in very easy too.

The room was only superficially clean. There was a lot of dust on the surfaces and the toilet bowl/pan even through it looked clean at first glance is in need of a very good scrub and use of bleach.

We liked the location because you can easily reach the centre of the city. That is a cozy and clean place, especially when one travels in winter or early spring.

The main inconvenience I can remember in three months is the location of hotel parking. That is for fee, and meanwhile, is pretty remote from the hotel. The system for handing out keys is also a bit tricky, especially after a long trip.

Отель находится от центра и от вокзала в 15мин пешком. Персонал на рецепшн отсутствует, самозаселение. Номер простой, но очень чистый. Кровати и матрасы очень удобные, белье белоснежное. В номере есть чайник и фен. Номер нам понравился.

Мне не нравится самозаселение, были сложности и потеря времени.

Quando abbiamo fatto il check (dopo le 20.00) l'assistenza è stata subito disponibile e ci ha guidato nel prelievo delle chiavi della camera.

Das Frühstück war sehr durchschnittlich, alles entweder in Verpackung oder aus der Dose. In der Nähe habe ich kaum Restaurants gefunden.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They refreshed our room daily.

The bathroom floor has buckled severely from water damage and is in need of replacement. It was truly “no frills” - no air conditioning, the showers were small.

Hilfsbereites Personal. Mein Wunsch für ein Bügeleisen, wurde sofort erfüllt.

Straßenseitige Zimmer laut. Vor allem, wenn man gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft

We liked how clean the property was. We also liked how it is within walking distance of the train station and all of the Salzburg city sites.
