Schitterend gebouw wat in de stijl is bewaard gebleven, maar de luxe en uitstraling van de kamer niet hindert. Er goed ontbijt mooi uitzicht. Kom er zeker terug.

Generalmente prefiero que los alojamientos no tengan moqueta. El resto todo perfecto

- Die Kombination aus modernen, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern und dem Erhalt des Charmes des ehemaligen Herrenhauses (alte Fenster, Fensterläden etc.) - die Aussicht auf das Tal beim Frühstück - dass es sich um ein kleines Aparthotel mit wenig Zimmern handelt und der damit verbundene persönlichere Umgang im Miteinander - die hohe Qualität über alle Bereiche hinweg (Zimmereinrichtung und -Ausstattung, Sauberkeit im Haus, Freundlichkeit und Servicequalität der Mitarbeiter, Qualität der Speisen und Getränke)

Es gibt keinen Kritikpunkt. Wenn man etwas anmerken möchte, dann, dass das Frühstück aufgrund der vorgegebenen Speisen (kein Buffet) und der Speisenauswahl nicht primär auf Kinder ausgerichtet ist.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Top Lage und Aussicht. Ansonsten alles da was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht.

Wunderschönes Zimmer, exzellentes Frühstück, toller Blick und liebenswerte Hotelfamilie! Auch der Wellness Bereich war zwar klein aber dafür super fein - Sauna und Dampfbad, alles was man braucht - das ganze sehr stilvoll. Gerne fahre ich dort wieder hin!

Ein paar mehr Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad wären gut gewesen, für uns persönlich waren die Matratzen ein wenig zu weich,

Das Hotel erzeugt direkt bei der Ankunft eine besondere Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und dennoch modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Alle im Hotel waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tägliche Brötchenservice und das selbstgebackene Sauerteigbrot. Der Wellnessbereich ist der perfekte Ort um nach einem Tag auf der Piste zu entspannen.

Choosing this aparthotel was an excellent decision. It is a perfect example of cozy, well-thought-out design that beautifully captures the Tyrolean spirit. We received a very warm welcome, and all the facilities—from the ski storage to the spa and billiards room—were in top condition. The breakfasts were superb, and the gourmet dinners with views over the valley and mountains were a highlight. Plus, you can't beat the location right by the ski lift. We truly didn't want to leave such a wonderful place

Prachtige plek met heel vriendelijk personeel. De inrichting is heel erg mooi en dat samen met het vriendelijke personeel maakt het een fantastische sfeer en ervaring. Wij hebben enorm genoten, alles klopte. Ook het eten is fantastisch. Ik zou zeggen; een enorme aanrader.

Helemaal niets, ze doen heel erg hun best om de beste service te verzorgen op een relaxte manier, je voelt je er onmiddellijk thuis.

Facility - Outside, it is antique hotel with beautiful flower decoration - Inside, modern kitchen + bed + all outstanding room (much better than brand hotel e.g Hyatt) - Bed, blanket are warm and soft, Tub is inside of room (You can do bath + site seeing) - For shower room, spacious room + modern facility (Temperature was easy to adjust) - Overall, harmonized antique+modern facility with great interior features Service - Kind, thoughtful, and very supportive - Excellent service

The view from the hotel was beyond what we expected. The apartment we stayed in had it's own entrace and we were able to park right in front. We enjoyed the spa room and kids play area which were both an unexpected bonus. The kids loved the outdoor trampoline as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We definitely plan to come again.

The apartment had lots of cobwebs and dead bugs on the floor. There was a vacuum in the apartment so we were able to take care of this ourselves. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice not to have to worry about it upon arrival. The rest of the space was clean. Bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very clean and lovely.

Breakfast overlooking the valley onto the mountain is stunning. Really friendly, helpful, hospitable staff. Food is excellent. View from the room.

Wonderful place and location in Lermoos. Genuin Alp-feeling at the Ansitz Felsenheim. Very good staff and a fantastic host.

This historic building is perfection. We were lucky enough to be guests during the summer solstice. The perfect location. The owners family was staying for an annual reunion and they were uniformly lovely people. We travel often, and this I’m was one of our best experiences. We will return.

Everything. It is a truly stunning hotel with beautiful views across the valley. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We will definitely return!

Nothing, it’s perfect!

Everything was spot on. Beautiful surroundings and a spectacular view a the Zugspitze. The owners and people working at the hotel were really kind and helpful, and you feel welcome instantly. The breakfast made from local ingredients was delicious. We used the bikes, the free access to the panorama pool 5 minutes away by car. We hiked with the kids at the route very close to the hotel. We relaxed in the garden with the beautiful view in the afternoon. Highly recommended to all traveling with or without kids.

Nice hotel with a great view, breakfast was great, room nice, with a small kitchen in our case, very modern and clean. We went to the Sauna one evening and it was great as well. You can basically hike directly from the hotel and or reach hundreds of hikes within 20 minutes by car.

Everything was great, staff, location, property. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was phenomenal, tasty and all bio!

The staff were very nice and caring. The apartment was very well equipped and modern. Great stay. We hope to return.

Beautifully renovated old hunting lodge - we had the 3 bed apartment on the top floor which was so comfortable. Enjoyed the fresh bread delivery, the spa and the location next to the Hochmoos ski lifts. We didn't make use of the bar/breakfast facilities but it looked very welcoming and the service from Benedict was wonderful. Thank you.

Minor points - lift to get heavy bags and shopping to third floor, not much room in the kitchen for food, it would have been nice if cost of bath robes, wood for fire, pool table was included, but as it was good value, I can't complain

Amazing surrounding, rooms, hospitality and really worth the money!

We loved staying here during our holiday in Lermoss. Everything on this place is high-quality and the apartment is very well equipped and super cozy -modern decorated. The staff was incredibly kind and we were very thankful that someone waited for us even though we arrived too late. Perfect located. It has amazing views from the building and it is also possible to park just in front of the hotel. PS: Pay attention to the mattresses here, you will feel like in heaven :)

the view is astonishing. the rooms are renovated and very modern. the wellness is worthy 10/10. the breakfast was served to each table, all fresh and homemade dishes is a unique experience. but the highlight (if not all the rest) is definitely the staff. Ben and Yolanda Mande everything possible for us to feel very comfortable. we definitely will come back.

Absolute stellar views and a perfect location if you want to visit Zugspitze and Neuschwanstein Castle. The breakfast was incredible, if not the greatest I’ve ever been served. Benedict, our host, was friendly, humble and always helpful. There’s also Tesla Supercharger stations right outside which was a big plus for us.

This Hotel has the best location of any hotel I have ever stayed at, the views are breathtaking. Our suite of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms included a huge kitchen/dining room and lounge area. The beds were comfortable, the fully fitted kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and always said hello. The breakfast, which we took on the patio, was excellent. Highly recommended and we're looking forward to returning.

Perfectly located between Fussen and Innsbruck. If you enjoy the outdoors this is the place for you. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Would love to stay here again. Awesome steam room and sauna.

The hotel was hard to find. It was located in the country side. Breakfast was very good. The proprietors were very friendly. We had difficulty getting into the hotel because the main door was locked. However, the setting was beautiful and peaceful.

The place is very impressive. Old fashioned decoration with heavy wood furnitute make you feel nobel. The suite is well equiped, and if you're still missing anything - mrs. Caroline will see to your needs as best she can... I guess her middle name must be "hospitality" :) Mrs. Caroline can also give good advise about to places to go and weather considerations. The place might be a little more expensive than other possibilities in the area, but take into account the atmosphere of the place, and the facilities - sauna, bikes, and more. All in all we had a great time

Appartement calme, propre et très agréable dans une maison de caractère .Très bon accueil . Pratiquement un sans faute sauf : - Les équipements de la cuisine soient limités : pas de four, de MO, de grille pain... - L’hôtel facture l’accès au sauna, il n'y a que 3 vélos adulte et il ne faut pas oublier de rajouter au prix 50€ de frais de ménage. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable moment dans ce charmant village proche de nombreux endroits touristiques

We arrived late evening at this lovely alpen resort, as it was dark we drove around a few times before finding the hotel. There was an easel with a warm welcome message in the reception saying the key was in the door - this was a lovely welcome. The hotel and room were both lovely and spacious with good views outside. The only negative was that i found the bed to be very uncomfortable being used to a memory foam mattress at home. As there was a kitchenette area in the room, it was great that there was no annoying hum from the fridge so we slept very soundly. We stayed in Summer and the resort seemed to be very quiet - most restaurants stopped serving after 9.30pm so if you arrive late, be warned and there were no late night shops either. However, this made for a very relaxing stay. In the village you can get cable cars in summer to one of the high mountails giving great views over to Zugspitz, at half the cost of going up Zugspitz which we were surprised to learn was about 50 Euro each adult!). Anyway, in the town you'll find a panorama pool, lots of restaurants and shops, and also a spa (although it doesn't open late).

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem geräumigen Appartement. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Zimmer und Bäder des Appartements sind ausgezeichnet. Die Sauberkeit ist bestens. In Laufweite zu dem Hotel befinden sich gute Restaurants. Die Saunalandschaft ist klein aber sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

First off, the hotel is great and the owner is very helpful and super nice. It’s a quaint place in Lermoos that you should check out. Second, please understand that this is more of a rented apartment than it is a hotel. That isn't a bad thing, there is just a bit of difference. It caters to the skiers who stay for a week or so in the winter high season. Our room was one of the smallest and it had a furnished kitchenette which you can cook in, a large bathroom and a fairly spacious room. They give you towels and everything you need, but don't do daily room cleaning. Wasn't a big deal for us considering we only stayed for 3 days and didn't need any housekeeping. If you spend more money you can go from a little bigger to a LOT bigger room/apartment which can house quite a few people…perfect for families. We stayed in room #4 on the main floor (E) and the noise level wasn't too loud even though it was right next to the front desk and front door. Although, if I went back I'd ask for a second floor (European 1st floor) room. I'd try room #10, it looked like it had a cool layout, for not much more money. Lermoos is a great small town and the Zugspitze is in full view. There is a huge open field that we went walking in and did a leisurely bike ride through. Even has a golf course close by. For food, check out the BauernStube just down the street…Great food, best Grostl I’ve had! Overall the hotel was great for our needs. I highly recommend.
