Hôtel de l'Univers Liège

pillows not comfortable

Compact, comfortable room. Efficient reception staff. Hotel is very convienient for the railway station and buses to both Liege and Brussels airports.

Ideal für Reisende mit Bahn/Bus. Nettes Personal. Zimmer einfach und sauber.

Rien

Personale molto cortese

Camere vecchie e mal tenute.Non mi hanno nemmeno rifatto il letto.

Zentrale Lage

Great hotel and located close to the train station. Staff is super supportive. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable.

Room was small but with pretty modern design & good view from the 3rd floor window (room 330) Shower cabin was comfortable, water was hot. Curtains were dark enough. Wi-Fi was stable & fast. Personnel were polite & helpful 👍🏻 P.S. The hotel is held by Indians, they even have Indian restaurant on the basic floor.

Bed's mattress was too flexible for me. Breakfast had totally no vegetables & fruits 😳. The wash basin was clogged. The toilet is placed too close to the wall, very cramped. The sconce above the table did not have a light bulb. I missed mini-fridge, it could be a good option to add ☝🏻

The hotel itself was fine.

The actual town was very rough, felt nervous about going outside the hotel in the evening and parking the car. Was warned by people in petrol station and shop to not leave your car anywhere or talk to anyone. Left us feeling very uneasy.

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Bed uncomfortable. Room small.

Parfait

Great location by the train station. Staff were great & room was clean, spacious & comfortable Bonus is the excellent Indian restaurant downstairs - so good we ate there twice in 3 nights!

Bathroom was tiny but it was functional

Vandhanen formåede både at have slør og gå meget stramt.

centrale ligging t.o. station, fijne kamer

L’emplacement

The distance to the train station is great! My stay involved going to the F1 and the shuttle bus stop was right across from the hotel so it was perfect. It’s also perfect if using the Flibco airport bus as the stop is right outside the hotel.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly as the fridge was full from whoever last stayed in the room. We had a room on the 2nd floor and could hear when the person above flushed the toilet or used the shower. There was noise from the hallway occasionally and you could hear some outside noise. I also felt like our room was at a slight hill as one of the mattresses kept sliding off the bed. There’s no tea/coffee facilities and our room didn’t have a full length mirror or an iron.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Parking non géré par l ´hôtel

We didn't take breakfast but walked accross the road to railway station for breakfast. Car parking was in parking house for extra fee almost accross the road and restaurants were around near the hotel.

Room air condition worked only first half an hour then it was totally dead. Street noise was loud from open window as Belgium had won football game and for malfunctioning air condition we had to keep window open.

Familier, rassurant

Rien à signaler

The room was tidy and clean, comfortable for one night

Didn’t have toothpaste or toothbrush in the room and no other info if it was available at reception. And AC was making a weird noise during the whole night

Alles gut

Très bon emplacement

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant

Nothing really
