Tout était parfait. Le personnel est adorable et très professionnel, le site est merveilleux, très propre, de très bons goûts, proche du centre ville mais dans lequel on se sent dans un écrin de verdure. Le petit déjeûner est très bon !

Eine Zeitkapsel mit dem Ambiente der Kaiserzeit. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage zur Innenstadt, sehr gutes Frühstück und eine traumhaft schöne Garten-, oder eher Parkterasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt.

I had very spacious room for a price which I paid. It is a very good quality - price combination. I like the style of the hotel, which matching very well Baden-Baden.

Top Lage nah an der Innenstadt alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Schöne alte Villa mit viel Atmosphäre und schönem Garten. Sehr authentisch im Belle Epoque Stil. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Bewachter Parkplatz gegen Gebühr, Abendessen im Partnerhotel kleiner Prinz war sehr gut. Gerne wieder. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Frühstück im Hotel sehr gut.

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war etwas schwach auf der Brust,

Wunderbar war die Anmutung „ des ersten Augenblicks „ vergangene Pracht , sehr gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück war OK, schade, dass keine Eier frisch zubereitet wurden Service gut, ohne hervorzustechen Großes Plus: klimatisiert, bei Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad nahezu ein must have. Preis Leistungsverhältnis noch OK, aber an der Grenze angelangt Lage fussläufig zur Innenstadt, den Thermalbädern und der „ Lichtentaler Allee , dabei ruhig, also in toto = TOP Klare Empfehlung!

De kamer met bubbelbad en de mogelijkheid om buiten op het terras te ontbijten. Het hotel heeft zijn naam niet gestolen en ademt 100% Beel Epoque uit.

... Nous avions été positivement séduits par cet hôtel charmant en août 2023. Une des choses que nous trouvions super sympa était leur "afternoon tea" : l'hôtel proposait un petit choix de gâteaux et mignardises, avec un thé ou un café, à déguster l'après midi sur la terrasse ou au jardin. Très agréable. Hé bien cela existe encore, mais est devenu payant... OK, me direz-vous, les temps sont durs pour tout le monde... Mais ... 48,-€ par personne !! A ce prix, personne n'y va. Même pas les vieux riches habitués... Très dommage. Et puis le WIFI était d'une instabilité frustrante : déconnexion toutes les dix minutes, et parfois plusieurs essais infructueux avant de retrouver du signal... Au point que j'ai abandonné, et consommé mon forfait 4G personnel. Et quand on mentionne cela au personnel, ils s'en fichent.

Tolles Hotel wie ein kleines Schloss, Parkplätze, Klimaanlage und viel grün. Es war sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal.

Ein Aufzug wäre bequem gewesen, aber ist bei so einem historischen Haus nicht da.

Bahçesi muazzam. Tertemiz oda.

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel im Stile der "schönen Zeit", liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral.

Wenn die Frau Abendgarderobe trägt, sollte man eher auf die Zimmer 146 - 149 im Gästehaus verzichten. Steile, enge Wendeltreppe, kein Fahrstuhl.

Das Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten war leider sehr klein, die Schrankfläche reicht nicht für eine mehrtägige Übernachtung.

Totally inadequate air conditioning (which was ironically only recently installed) during 3 days of temperatures in the late 30s plus. There was a window in our room on to an internal hallway that had no curtain/blind only a net, so that bright light streamed in every time someone came back at night and turned on the lights on the stairway. The function of the whirlpool in the bath is poorly explained and had an unfortunate feature of half an hour after a bath there was a loud grinding operation to clean for several minutes - this was not explained or expected and a meant rude awakening when we had just fallen asleep!

Wonderful hotel that looks like time stood still for 100 years. Really celebrating the "Belle Epoque" and living up to its name. Also you get a rather luxurious room for I think quite a decent price.

Sehr persönlicher Service, sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbare Lage fussläufig zu allen interessanten Plätzen in Baden Baden, wer historisch gewachsene Räume und Gebäude mag ist hier absolut richtig.

The room, we found out was not in the magnificent building shown in the pictures on Booking.com but in another building at the bottom of the garden, which was a little disappointing but the rooms were very nice and well appointed. the breakfast, which was in the main building was excellent and was enjoyed on the terrace in the sunshine, perfect.

Parking charge of 26 euro/night, which is quite normal according to the concierge, I thought that was a bit more capital city price, not Baden Baden

El hotel está ubicado en un edificio palacete con una arquitectura y decoración exquisita de época. Todos los detalles están cuidados al máximo y su personal es muy amable y profesional, facilitando cualquier petición que se les realice. El desayuno es estupendo y su ubicación en una zona residencial invita a dar paseos por calles con construcciones dignas de admirar.

Perfect location in a perfect city. Hotel has that “old world” charm with enough distinction to be special. Staff were attentive and couldn’t do more for you. Felix was the standout for us.

My only negative would be the €26 to park, just felt like a cash grab.

Emplacement central. Jardin très agréable. Très beau bâtiment et décoration années 1920. Possibilité de se garer sur place moyennant des frais. Climatisation de ma chambre.

Le petit déjeuner est standard. Le parking est un peu cher. Il n'y a pas de possibilité de faire du café ou du thé dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas vraiment de bureau pour travailler sur ordinateur dans la chambre. Le wifi était faible partout dans l'établissement.

A wonderful stay in a unique hotel. The antique-style design is beautifully done and adds a lot of charm to the place. We especially enjoyed the perfect breakfast, which was served in a lovely green park by a fountain. Furthermore, the staff was excellent, providing very kind and attentive service. We would gladly return.

The only downside was that there is no elevator to the rooms

Приятный отель с удобным местом расположения. Приятный персонал, тихие номера, удобный паркинг.

Паркинг реально дорогой, 26 евро в день. Номера в отеле был хоть и уютным, но не соответствовал цене, причина - неухоженность. И дело не в старой антикварной мебели, а в том, что за состоянием номеров не следят в достаточной степени. Также совершенно непонятная инструкция для джакузи, которая совершенно не соответствовала той ванной, которая была в номере.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful belle epoque design, the room was comfortable and pretty, breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The location was very good. Also, the garden of the hotel was just splendid.

Prettige (weder)ontvangst; correct, gevoel voor humor mbt alle getroffen personen aan front desk, zakelijk en vlot werkend. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, goed en vers. Parkeren bij hotel was goed, maar met parkeergarage aan de overkant van de straat zou ik bij een langer verblijf mijn auto toch overdekt wegzetten.

kamers zijn wat gedateerd, wat enerzijds goed is voor de sfeer van de kamer, maar wat oncomfortabel wordt als je een paar uur (aan een te klein bureautje) moet werken of wat een beetje behelpen wordt als je met twee van de verouderde badkamer gebruik maakt. Er is wat weinig plaats, wanneer men -vaak als vrouw zijnde- alle (hulp)middelen wil stallen en gebruiken. Met zware bagage zou een lift een welkome aanvulling aan het klassieke pand zijn.

Wunderbares, supercharmantes Zweibettzimmer mit liebevoller belle Epoque Einrichtung. Die Einzelbetten sind richtig gross, die Decken sehr angenehm und gross. Grosszügiges Badezimmer. Wir hatten an drei Wänden Fenster, also viel Licht. Sehr freundliches, engagiertes Personal. Frühstück gibts in zwei Räumen die einem mit ihrer liebevoll kombinierten belle Epoque Einrichtung in frühere Zeiten versetzen. Da wurde mit sehr viel Knowhow und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Vielen Dank für alles! 🌸

Very traditional hotel but everything were old & not functional

Bathroom was extremely small and the curtains didn’t work for us. Our room was on the top floor and there was no elevator. The staffs had to carry our luggage up for us!

Alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit wie immer. Eines der wenigen Hotels in Baden Baden bei welchem man ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool haben kann. Da gibt es viel teurere Hotels welche das nicht bieten können. Auch die Heizung lief wenn man sie aufgedreht hat. Hier wird nicht gespart wenn es um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste geht. Es ist halt ein altes Haus was Vor- und Nachteile (z.B. Kein Lift) mit sich bringt, aber für mich überwiegen die Vorteile. Lage, Frühstück, Bett, Parkplatz, alles passt für mich. Zudem sehr nettes Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption kann man ein paar erfrischende Worte wechseln und sich kompetent beraten lassen.

Da fällt mir nichts ein. Der Name des Hotels sagt aus was man bekommt. Es gibt Zimmer unter dem Dach in welchen man sich ggf. den Kopf anstoßen kann, aber es gibt auch Zimmer mit hohen Decken für groß gewachsene Personen.

Ein wenig zu oldschool. Das Frühstück eher mittelmäßig-nicht zum Preis passend. Der Früstücksraum zu eng. Die Bilder überwiegend ganz schlecht bis geht gar nicht.

Superbe hôtel de (belle) époque au centre de Baden-Baden. Personnel aimable, très propre, design historique jusqu'au petits détails, très bon petit-déjeuner, parking (frais supplémentaires s'appliquent) juste en face de l'hôtel. Etablissement au centre ville, à côté des thermes, boutiques et musées.
