Hôtel D'Aragon - Place de la Comédie

Wij verbleven hier 1 nacht. Ontbijt is vrij eenvoudig. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Posizione ottima, hotel di livello e buona accoglienza. Stanza molto spaziosa e arredamento ricercato. Consigliato.

Great location, helpful staff and good breakfast

Loved this cute hotel 2 mins away from main square. Staff were nice and our rooms were perfect. Dad is wheelchair user and disabled room was perfect. My own room was small but perfectly formed. Would definitely return

Friendly staff, well located and quiet. The rooms are unique, named after famous French writers, there is even a book provided in room for you to read. I liked the environmentally friendly efforts, like separate bins and a timer on the mini fridge. I was lucky enough to be upgraded and get a bigger room and spa shower which was appreciated!

Honestly there were no things I didn't like. Rooms and decor maybe a little dated, but that is part of the charm of the place and in no way impacted on my stay.

Large room with everything you need, very kind staff and top position.

Only bathtub was available, instead of regular shower.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to from the train station. Nearby the Place de le Comedie and on a quiet street. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great in a delightfully sunny room.

The espresso machine in our room didn’t work and our mini fridge was on a timer. I needed to keep some medication cold; otherwise the mini fridge wouldn’t have been a problem. I ended up making Nescafé with the provided teakettle and the other mornings we ate breakfast in the hotel, so the espresso machine not working didn’t end up being a big problem.

Posizione ottima, tutto ok

Very welcoming place in a wonderful location

Personnel au top Chambre agréable Bon rapport qualité prix

Un peu bruyant

Location was great. Check in and out was easy. The room was very comfortable. We liked the the artistic touches. The breakfast options were perfect for us.

Lage, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personal

?

A comfortable small hotel that's ideally located in the centre of town. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Please note: if you need parking, the hotel will send you a link offering a reduced rate. It works with number plate recognition!!! You need to click the link and register your details BEFORE you enter the parking. We didn't and it messed up the system. It needed a helpful human at the car park to open the barrier for us.

Nothing

Gode denger

Ruime kamer. Ook badkamer was groot. Ontbijt was ook goed en ruime keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. Ik ben er echt uitgerust.

Good location walking distance to rooms of restaurants, close to the train station.

Hotel didn't seem full but we were put in room on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and furthest away. Room felt dated and old.

Great location and wonderfully kind and helpful staff. Comfy bed and very quiet room.

Nice feel about the hotel, family run.

The location and girls on reception… very polite and so helpful.

We found getting to the hotel by car very tricky and eventually found it on the third attempt round the block!

Great location on the edge of the old town. The room was really comfy, and we so appreciated the air conditioning during the heat wave! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff here were exceptional. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. The location is great - close to the main square and a great starting point for exploring the city.

The parking for this hotel is very nearby, and when we left from the hotel to go back to the parking after our stay, it did, indeed, only take the 3 minutes they mention as the distance to get there. But visitors would benefit from better instructions on how to EXIT the garage on foot and get to the hotel. The garage is on multiple levels, and we mistakenly took the escalators to the top floor, then struggled with luggage down some very steep stairs to reach the hotel. Not a huge issue, but one that could be remedied with clearer instructions on the walk from the parking to the hotel.

Very safe, clean and comfortable with excellent fr4iendly and helpful staff!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness, size, and comfort of the room. Excellent location for walking to and around the old town. Excellent value for price of room

Nothing

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Location was very close to everything. Quiet street. Very close to train station.

No lift. Rooms are small. Lighting needs work. You can hear people next to you and above you. No safe.

We settled on Montpellier as a destination from which we would explore southern France for a couple of weeks or so. We had not visited the city before and were delighted with all it had to offer. We flew into Montpellier direct from Manchester on an early flight (Montpellier Airport is quite small, well located, welcoming and efficient), checked into this centrally located hotel and spent the day enjoying our choices of location and accommodation. The following day we embarked on a train to Narbonne for a couple of nights and then easy train travel to places we know well - 5 nights in Collioure, 4 nights in Argeles and a direct train back to Montpellier. We had decided from the outset that if we liked Montpellier we would return for a couple of nights before returning to the UK and this plan turned out to suit us perfectly. Montpellier was bustling with festivals, street entertainment, and so much to enjoy. As we had been so pleased with all aspects of our journey, the Hotel d’Aragon, location, facilities, breakfast and lovey staff, it was perfect for us to spend our last two nights there.

N/A - All good!

Location was great, the bed was big and comfortable.

A/C didn’t work in our room

charming hotel ,well appointed , street view, spacious room ,good breakfast

Nothing

The location was A1. Breakfast was excellent and the friendly attentive staff were first class. This hotel had everything we needed, exceeding our expectations and was so convenient for the city.

N/A This is a well run hotel and, in our opinion, deserves a higher star rating.

Location is very good. Staff is welcoming and nice. Quality of breakfast food was good. Very comfortable mattress.

We had a room for disabled people on the ground floor next to reception. I would prefer normal room and on a different floor as it was uncomfortable to be on the street level, seeing people passing by your window and watching in. Also because of this a lot of street noise. Room and bathroom were very basic for the money paid. Breakfast lacks variety. No veggies eat all, next to no fruit. Very very basic.

Wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and well appointed room and delicious breakfast. A very friendly and welcoming place!

My mum (81) found the stairs a little bit challenging but Benjamin was very kind in offering g to take her bag and assist her.

Central hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very nice

It is a little more like a guest house than a hotel. No lift though staff helped us with our luggage

Perfectly situated. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

Situation Chambres grandes et confortables

Moquette au sol Environnement bruyant

Ligging en erg rustig

It was the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel. I have previously left 5 star reviews, but this experience was lacking. Make sure you request a room.

I was placed on the ground floor in Rebelais. I didn't know the hotel had a dungeon. My favorite thing about this hotel was the balconies. Not only did I not have one, but the street noise and staff noise was constant. The bathroom was a wet room so everything gets wet when you shower. The worst part was that they not only didn't apologize or try anything to fix the situation, they actually felt the need to blame me.

Posizione, personale, camera

Cute room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful location.

Staff was very welcoming and made our visit special for our family. Great location and value.

emplacement central

Un personnel fort agreable, un hotel tres bien sirue

Chambre et salle de bain petites

El personal y la ubicación

Very Comfortable bed, wonderful pillows, nice large bath towels, excellent bathroom. Very pleasant owners of hotel.

No coffee maker, the charge for nightly stay of my dog was not clearly stated on hotel website.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Parking garage is about two blocks from hotel.

Great location and all staff were excellent.

Very dated and dark - looked much better in photos. It’s an older building so I understand lack of noise insulation but i could hear the next door neighbor walking, shower door sliding, etc. First night definitely hard to sleep but second was a bit better.

Tout. Personnel très sympathique.

L’emplacement.

Central location. We were on the ground floor which was noisy at night

Ground floor room was very dark and noisy from outside

Nothing. I could not stay there becUse their doors were locked at 11:00 pm and nobody answered the phone.

No access! I had to hovto a different hotel in the middle of the night!
