Reviewed Aug 6, 2026L’emplacement est parfait car l’hôtel est au cœur de la ville,c’est très bien situé, il y a le nécessaire dans les chambres, le personnel est très agréable et sait répondre à n’importe quelle question et très qualifié (peuvent parler français anglais portugais espagnol) et au niveau du petit déjeuner c’était très bien il y avait tout ce qu’il faut et c’était des produits de qualité. Encore merci à la réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli, elle a su répondre à toutes nos questions et nous mettre à l’aise.
La vue au niveau du balcon, on voyait le balcon d’en bas et l’établissement d’en face

Não gostei do desgaste que os quartos apresentam, as madeiras no quarto necessitam de intervenção urgente, o WC está completamente desatualizado. Os colchões estão literalmente curvados, foi uma noite péssima. Desta forma é um hotel a não voltar a visitar.

Sheets were not clean. I found multiple strains of someone else hair. There wasn’t even a fitted sheet. Just a sheet on top of what looked like a large towel. The shower head was not secure and fell and hit me in the face twice.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Excellent location. A bit worn-out, but clean hotel. Comfortable bed! Spacious room. Good wi-fi. Nice breakfast - although only cold buffet, the selection, as well as the quantity of food/drinks is quite ok. I would say the price is ok, having in mind generally high level of accommodation prices in Barcelos.
Shower curtain!!! The shower cabin is not big. It wouldn't be the problem if it is separated from the rest of bathroom by glass. However, there is only curtain and in this small cabin it was sticking to me all the time. Hence, during each shower, I was fighting with the curtain and splashing water all around the bathroom... :-( Luckily, the curtain was new and clean. :-) The same was happening to my friends, in their rooms.

Il était bien situé, proche des transports et de plusieurs commodités (restaurants, commerces, services essentiels), ce qui a rendu le séjour très pratique. L’accessibilité aux différents points d’intérêt était un vrai plus et m’a permis de me déplacer facilement sans voiture.
je n’ai pas apprécié le petit-déjeuner, que j’ai trouvé peu varié et répétitif, ce qui est un point négatif à améliorer.

The room was not what I saw in the pictures when I booked. It showed a nice big glass shower with a good looking bed. My shower was very tiny in the corner, with a curtain that did nothing to stop the floor from getting wet. The A/C didn’t work. The sheets had a stain on them. The remote to the tv was broken. And the bed was absolutely horrible. So uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress and it was sinking down on one side. It’s as if the hotel has a couple of updated rooms and shows only those pictures. And when you check in, if you’re a pilgrim, they give you the older horrible rooms and save the better rooms for more distinguished guests.

La habitación y el baño se ven muy anticuadas y parecen abandonadas.

Leider sieht man dort den Renovierungsstau, mal ein frischer Anstrich oder der Holzfussboden abschleifen. Die Klimaanlage war laut. Trotzdem wenn man mit einfachen Verhältnissen klarkommt, alles gut.
