Vista maravilhosa do lago, quarto aconchegante, chuveiro bom.
Travesseiro
HABITACION MUY AUSTERA. FALTA DE FRIGOBAR/HELADERITA
Stunning view of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and great location to discover Circuito Chico and its surroundings. Old mansion style with all facilities required and super nice and helpfull staff. athe breakfast was very good and the hotel’s restaurant also great quality. private access to the beach!
Breakfast is ok, could be better. The view is breathtaking.
Bathroom is very outdated for the nightly rate you pay. Took a very long time for hot water to come out. The hotel has a lot of potential but looks a little neglected and lacks maintenance.
Vista bonita
Very unpolite staff, almost all of them (specially the ones from the restaurants it seemed that they are doing you a favor). Not a good value for money- beds are ok, cleaning is not very good (there was a big dead insenct on the Wall- someone smashed it there and never removed), amenities not great… wouldnt pay for it again.
fantastic view towards lake and forest, hospitality welcome and lovely workers there. an impressive journey!
Location was good
Old antiquated hotel , hot water did not work, needs a serious upgrade, staff not very helpfull
The staff was very friendly at helping me find my lost phone
the price was too high for the facilities and services
The hotel is beautiful as the country side. Views around were great. The personal that works there is friendly and helpful on every need required.
Beautiful property with top notch service. The food is outstanding. The spa and pool area very nice and the views are amazing. A little jewel you’ll enjoy!!
Great place, wonderful staff. Highly recommended in all respects. If you want to experience bariloche at its finest the look no further. This hotel is a beautiful opportunity to enjoy a glimpse of what northern patagonia has to offer. Definitely one of the most beautiful spots on the planet. Enjoy
Beautiful hotel with rich history
Great locations, excellent view! Staff of first level, restaurants, facilities in a cozy environment.
Internet
First of all, the staff were very nice and attentive. The problem was no WiFi and they couldn’t tells us why. There are no safes in the room and the ones at the desk were full. The television was terrible with 3-4 channels and in general, the hotel is overpriced.
Great location. Wonderful old hotel with lots of character and history. Staff lovely and very helpful. Enjoyed the hot swimming pool too.
Nothing really..thd place maybe needs some updating but apart from that a good.
The location is beautiful. 50 years ago, this must have been one of the nicest hotels in Argentina.
The hotel felt abandoned, lacking basic maintenance. The restaurant’s dinner service was the worst i have experienced.
Great facilities. Heritage hotel that is well maintained (don’t expect it to be like a brand new hotel). Incredible views and excellent well-priced food. Easy walk to Puerto Panuelo. And the three most important things (for me) in a hotel room- Very comfortable bed, dark, and quiet.
People that complain about things that are nearly impossible to change in such a historic building.
A vista do lago Nahuel Huapi e das montanhas no seu entorno, dada a localização do Hotel Tunquelén ficou espetacular, indescritível!!!
great pool and good decoration
The hotel is a very good option if you are going to stay in the nature of Llao Llao, next to Bariloche. It is located next to a port from which you can access the lake, there is a bus stop very close by and it is furnished of several commodities (gym, pool, bar, sauna).
The hotel remains quite old from the inside, with most of the facilities showing their age, as it is common also in other properties like the Llao Llao hotel. it would be nice to have some maintenance of gym and pool, but overall everything works fine enough.
Enjoyed the stay and grateful for the help rec'd from the staff to plan things to do.
The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning! The architecture was European rustic. However we found that the beds were very uncomfortable… The pillows felt like no more than a thin folded up sheet in a pillow case. The mattresses were extremely hard, and the compared to sleeping on bricks. The light in our bedrooms was extremely blue, which was hard on the eyes (especially at night). The staff was friendly, and the price for the value of the hotel was accurate. We found the food at the hotel not great, and ate out for most of our stay. We were a family of four, and got a family room; the size was perfect for us. Overall an average hotel.
A beautiful property neglected. We came for new years dinner. Expensive and terrible food. The cheese was delicious pd and the candles l were votives on top of a pile of wax. They weren’t lit and when we asked they lit them but they burned out quickly. The fish was raw for several at our table. No one greeted us or asked how the food was. I feel really bad for the staff. There was no organization and no chef or manager. No wine list. A really pathetic place.
One of the best locations in Bariloche, with great views to the lake. The room and bathroom been updated, good heating. The outside need maintenance, great gardens and the marina es a plus. Front desk girls : Ines and Raquel. made us feel at home, always so warm and well disposed. Breakfast very good !!!! I recommend it !!!!!
It's a very nice hotel, but it's old, well kept not modernized. Because of covid, the swimming pool was closed.
Acogedor limpio personal amable vista espectacular
1. Pool area not cleaned next morning - looks grubby (not sure it was open - why not ????) 2. Gloomy dining room 3. Various areas needed repair (sticking doors , loose timber etc) 4. No bolt on door (have to rely on key - crap) 5. No spare loo roll
This hotel is located about 30 minutes, by car, from the Centro Cívico, a tourist center with restaurant, shops, etc. One of the most important areas of the city. The outside of the building and common areas looks great. It has a beautiful view to the lake. The rooms need an upgrade. The restaurant offer good food, but limited, and the service as a whole was good. The WiFi signal was poor, we had to go to the lobby to get a good signal. The free breakfast that they offer is basic. We were a family of four and we all enjoyed the time.
Amazing property and views facing the lake. Some parts of the hotel are a little outdated but the staff is very friendly and the vista is unbeatable.
Arrived at Tunquelen after a hectic travel day from buenos aires and a few hours in the touristy bariloche center. The drive was a bit long but from the second we turned off the road into the long forested driveway, serenity was upon us. Situated on 6 hectacres of nature and located just up a grassy hill fromthe lake, the views and silence are perfect. The layaout and style of the place could not be better. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Dinner at their restaurant was delicous. My only gripe with the place was that some of the spa facilities were not in service, oh well. Could not imagine a more perfect patagonian getaway, highly highly recommend this place to anyone wanting peace, relaxation, luxury in a truly beautiful setting.
Muy buena la atención. El hotel es espectacular.
HOTEL COM LINDA PAISAGEM, SERVICO MUITO BOM, LIMPO. LOCALIZACAO LONGE DO CENTRO, NECESSARIO ALUGUEL DE CARRO.
Muchas gracias!!!
