Il vero punto di forza è la vista del lago dalla stanza: semplicemente meravigliosa, un panorama che da solo vale il prezzo del soggiorno. La televisione in camera è stata solo una cosa in più, dato che la vera bellezza era fuori dalla finestra. Consigliatissimo!
L'unica nota negativa è stata la cassaforte che non funzionava; non abbiamo insistito con lo staff per farla resettare perché non ne avevamo strettamente bisogno, ma è un dettaglio da sistemare.

Si necesitas trabajar con conexiónn a internet, no es el lugar adecuado, la conexión es lenta e inestable, deben mejorar ese servicio. El desayuno es muy basico, con muy baja calidad en la minima oferta de la que dispones.

The lady at the front desk has the rooms assigned incorrectly as we had 3, lake view rooms. After some insistence from wife (I was parking down the hill) this was cleared up. But, it is the BEST LOCATION IN TOWN
Rooms are miniscule (but location makes it worthwhile) and the A/C kinda sucks.

Dormire con la portafinestra aperta e sentire il suono della natura e la leggera brezza che viene dal lago e’ stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. Personale gentile e disponibile. Tutto molto positivo!
Mancanza di parcheggio privato ma ne ero consapevole al momento della prenotazione. Si può comunque sostare davanti all’ingresso per il tempo di carico e scarico bagagli. Parcheggi a pagamento e anche liberi non troppo distanti, quindi alla fine il disagio è minimo e compensato dalla posizione fronte lago e centrale

Bedrooms were tiny. Mattress was bigger than the frame, so rolling off due to it being a small double for 2 people. The stairs!! Hadn’t realised that there were so many leading into the property. Air Conditioning not brilliant. Breakfast was included, but was dreadful.

The breakfast served at the restaurant on the ground floor was delicious, and we also had dinner there, which was excellent. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking view from the hotel.
The hotel is a little outdated and could use some refurbishment, especially the carpets and furnishings. However, it was clean and comfortable.

Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich zum besten Pizzarestaurant geführt. Wo wir dann auch die beste Pizza geniessen durften. Auf Terrasse mit Sicht auf See und Panorama.

El desayuno no esta bien gestionado, el personal es suficiente pero su trabajo es deficiente, no estan pendiente de los huespedes y el segundo dia no ofrecieron nada caliente, solo hay disponible buffet de dulces y algo de fruta, no esta a la altura ni del precio ni de un hotel 4*. La habitación aunque con buenas vistas es muy pequeña y muy vieja teniendo en cuenta la categoría y precio del hotel. La experiencia ha sido bonita por estar junto al lago, pero no repetiría, ni recomendaria este hotel.

1. Bugs in bedding in bedroom. It was very disgusting & disconcerting. We have medical evidence. It was really disappointing. The receptionist said it must have been a moscito but it clearly was much more serious. She even took a change and said we do not have to pay for the 1 bottle of Coke to make up for this. We had to visit a pharmacy to get expensive medication as the irritation and itching got worse as the days progressed. The pharmacist at our next holiday stop immediately said the bumps were caused by bed bugs. 2. The photos on the site were misleading. The only lake view is in the morning at breakfast but there is no balcony or veranda in the rooms to watch the lake.

Quello che rende davvero speciale questo hotel è la vista mozzafiato sul Lago Albano e su Castel Gandolfo — semplicemente indimenticabile, soprattutto al mattino, quando il sole sorge e illumina il paesaggio. Ci siamo svegliati con questo panorama davanti agli occhi dal balconcino, ed è stata un’esperienza unica. Anche la colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: uova e bacon serviti sulla terrazza con vista — il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata.

L’albergo, trovo che non sia un 4 stelle ma 2 stelle, mancanza di servizi, parcheggio, camere e struttura tutta rimasta agli anni 1980, colazione sconcertante, prezzo folle per cosa che ti danno.

Nulla da dire sulla gentilezza del personale in reception, ma prezzo assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto alle dimensioni della stanza e al suo livello, molto basico e semplice. La scrivania strettissima, neanche lo spazio per una poltroncina.. Nulla di lussuoso o speciale.

Pulizie carenti, stanza vetusta, arredi vetusti. In bagno lo scopino a muro dietro al vaso che per prenderlo e posarlo gocciolava sul bordo del wc. Doccia con le porte mangiate dalla ruggine.Pavimento in legno vecchio e apparentemente sporco scollato in alcuni punti come il battiscopa. Ringhiera del balcone e sedie arrugginite. La porta d'ingresso dell'albergo che apriva verso l'esterno costringendoti a far attenzione a non cadere dagli scalini. È un peccato e mi chiedo perchè non risolvere con piccoli accorgimenti questi problemi che lo renderebbero un vero 4 stelle che a mio parere adesso non è.
