Good Location and friendly stuff. Breakfast was also nice

I stayed there during the heat wave, the room was extremely warm, there was no air conditioning. That made the stay pretty unpleasant.

Sehr nette Mitarbeitende im Hotel - alle überaus freundlich und sympathisch. Das Frühstück war gut und das Zimmer überraschend groß.

Das Hotel Aigner liegt nur 10 min. fussläufig von der Bonner Innenstadt entfernt. Unsere E-bikes konnten wir sicher im Innenhof abstellen. Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit!

Durch die Innenstadtlage ist es in den Zimmern an der Straßenfront bei geöffnetem Fenster schon etwas lauter. Wenn die Fenster zu sind ist es aber ruhig. Im Bad sind kleine Schäden an den Fliesen und Ansätze von schwarzen Fugen. Aber alles in allem OK.

Endlich, sauber, solides es gutes Frühstück.

Vom Check-In übers Frühstück bis hin zum Check-Out überaus bemühte, freundliche Gastgeber. Schon beim Einchecken wurde wir sehr freundlich empfangen, gleich mit Tipps und Tricks und einem Stadtplan ausgestattet und haben uns sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir hatten ein 3 Bett Zimmer (1 EW, 2 Kinder). Das Zimmer war deutlich großzügiger als erwartet, da das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt liegt und doch sehr moderate Preise hat. Das gesamte Hotel ist, so wie auch das Zimmer, sehr sauber und einladend gewesen. Es gibt einen sehr netten Innenhof, den man auch beim Frühstück nutzen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und für jeden etwas dabei, die Auswahl sehr groß. Die Lage ist toll. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof, bei diversen Geschäften und Lebensmittelläden und auch Lokalen. Mit der Bahn ist man in ca 30 Minuten in Köln. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Teljesen rendben volt minden, korrekt, kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Glutén érzékeny vagyok, ez sem okozott fennforgást, minden reggel friss gluténmentes pékarút kaptam.

Az ágy volt számomra kicsit puha, de alapvetően minden ok volt.

Hotel Aigner is located in a quiet spot about a 7-minute walk from the Bonn Altstadt, and less than 15 minutes from the famous Beethoven Haus. The morning breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of spaces to sit and no issues with food options or replenishing. I travelled with my two teenage sons, and we were given an apartment with a small balcony and a kitchenette. The pubs in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are local and lovely. I'd definitely stay at Hotel Aigner again!

Es war ein familiär. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In die Stadt waren es ca300 m. Es gab einen gemütlichen Innenhof wo man in aller Ruhe frische konnte.

The hotel is 5 min walk from the centre of the city, situated in a peaceful area. The staff was very friendly.

The fridge worked, but it could barely keep the water cool, let alone the food. The ceilings were full of cobwebs and needed a thorough cleaning. Everything else was very clean

Außergewöhnlich war die Zugewandtheit zu den Gästen vom gesamten Team ohne Ausnahme. Die Lage war für Bonn herausragend. Mitten in der Altstadt, vieles von dort fußläufig erreichbar. Natürlich gibt es bei einer solchen Lage ein Parkproblem für Gäste mit Auto. Jedoch auch hier ist man aufgrund von mobilen Parkboxen im Hinterhof um echte Hilfestellungen bemüht. Dazu gilt es dann, rechtzeitig einen Parkplatz vorzumachen. Bei Fragen zu Komfort und Ausstattung muß man natürlich berücksichtigen, dass ein 3-Sterne-Hotel und nicht ein 5-Sterne-Hotel bewertet wird. Entsprechend ist ja auch der Preis. Insgesamt war das Buchungspaket "stimmig".

...natürlich die Parkplatzsituation, aber wer mitten in der Altstadt wohnen möchte, weiß das einzuschätzen.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück bot ein sehr vielfältiges Angebot.

This exceeded our expectation. The room was huge and my kids and I had plenty of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room could use some modern upgrades (fresh carpet etc) but everything was clean and worked how it should.

Excellent hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, located on a street from which it is easy to reach the most interesting places in Bonn. Efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We loved this place. The room was actually a small 2 bed with a kitchenette. Very comfortable and location was great with lots of nice restaurants locally and a friendly neighborhood vibe. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was superb. The best value we had in Germany at 10 euro. Lovely little garden to sit in also.

Het personeel heeft een kantoortje op +3 en waren wat luidruchtig om 7.30. Ik was al wakker maar de rst van familie schrok er wakker van. We waren op doorreis dus niet te moeilijk over gedaan maar wel een aandachtspuntje als er gasten zijn die langer verblijven.

Het is een prima hotel voor een overnachting midden in de stad. Zo ben je in de gelegenheid om toch wat sfeer te proeven. Aardig personeel en degelijk ontbijt. Check of er airco op de kamer is in de zomer is een tip. Dat waren wij vergeten omdat we dachten dat het standaard erbij zat.

The location is perfect

The hotel is clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind and did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable. When we asked about the heat, they promptly provided a fan, and we truly appreciated their effort. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the stay very difficult during the current heatwave. As it is an older, smaller hotel with limited insulation, the room remained extremely hot throughout the night. Despite the fan, it was almost impossible to sleep. The staff deserve praise for doing their best.

Location was good. Breakfast was okeyish. That's it.

The weather was super hot and it turned out there is no air conditioning. The rooms felt like you are in a sauna. They provided vintilators, but that was not solving the problem. The stuff was not helpful. My friend asked to change her room 5 times, they only did that on the last day, previously not even trying. It was not possible to sleep due to heat. The first room had terrible beds and even worse pillows all in lumps, second room was a bit better (i stayed 2 nights and then one night there). Now I learned that AC availability should be checked first

Die Lage in der Altstadt bringt es allerdings auch mit sich, dass es in der Nacht eher mal laut auf der Straße ist. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zur Straße hin. Wer also lärmempfindlich ist, sollte nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer fragen.

The hotel is located near the train station and downtown. The building is almost new, and the interior is clean and cozy. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

The room was too small for three people, so it was stuffy and we slept with the window open. The room's windows faced the street. Groups of people were walking down the street and making noise all night from Friday into Saturday, so we didn't sleep well because of that.

Eenvoudig maar toch met goede degelijke spullen ingericht. Niet duur per nacht. Rustig hotel. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de oude binnenstad en het treinstation. Busstation was paar minuten langer lopen. Als ik weer in Bonn moet zijn ga ik weer heen.

Sehr zentral, Altstadt nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Sauber. Personal super nett. Frühstück sehr ausreichend und zudem persönlich. Fahrradparkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Perfekt für den Rheinradweg, da alles zu Fuß oder per Bahn erreichbar ist.

Check-in/out were quick and easy, staff was very nice, breakfast was excellent! The hotel is only one subway/tram stop away from the main train station, so very easy to reach. I was herr for FedCon and the venue was also easy to reach by tram/subway.

Avec un adolescent de 16 ans, nous avons eu une chambre double et une chambre single attenante. Cela faisait un petit appartement.

Very close to center as well as train station, there was a locked inner courtyard where bikes could be safely stored. The breakfast was ready at 7 AM which was very convenient since I had to get a very early start and the breakfast was also very varied and just very good quality. It was only cold cuts but there were just a lot of different meats, cheeses, vegetables, creams, sweets etc. to choose from. Room was more than enough for 1 single person.

Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings waren sehr viele Gäste da und es war am Buffet sehr wuselig, aber leere Sachen wurden umgehend ersetzt.

Wir hatten leider ein Dachzimmer in der 4. Etage, es war dort sehr warm und konnten beide Nächte nur wenig schlafen, da bis ca. 3 Uhr in der Früh grölende Banden, die aus den Kneipen kamen, vorbei zogen.

Kamer was prima, ruim genoeg en een goed bed. Fijne douche en badkamer. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en vooral biologische en veel lokale producten. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie was dicht tegen centrum aan, dat was goed te lopen. Openbaar vervoer was ook dichtbij. Via hotel kon je een tweedaags vervoerbewijs voor Bonn en omgeving kopen, heel handig.

Nicht fancy aber für den Preis OK. Saubere Zimmer, funktionales Bad, gutes Bett und sehr freundliches Personal :-)

Heel hartelijk personeel. Het voelt heel huiselijk aan. Mooie kamer, schoon en fris. Wij hadden een klein keukentje met koelkast en magnetron. Heel lekker en gezond ontbijt. De ligging is heel fijn. Dichtbij het centrum. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van een parkeerplaats van het hotel 300 meter verderop. Kosten waren 8 euro per dag. Je kan er fietsen huren. Er staat een piano in de lobby, hier werd onze zoon erg blij van.

Dat de tijd veel te snel voorbij ging.

Das Zimmer war für einen Kurzaufenthalt optimal, auf den Wunsch nach einem stärkeren Kopfkissen wurde sofort reagiert. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, öffentliche Nahverkehr in Laufweite. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße, wo die Kirschblüte bewundert werden kann. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Familienzimmer sehr geräumig und die Lage ist super.

Das Bad war sehr sauber, nur wurde das weisse Handtuch dunkelbraun als ich vom Teppich einen Fleck abmachen wollte.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is quite spacious. The staff provided friendly service, and the breakfast was delicious.

It was very spacious with nice beds. The location in the city centre was great. Also great breakfast and very nice staff. Would definitely recommend this place. I have stayed here one night with my two children. Bonn is a nice place for a stopover , cute city centre and a beautiful natural history museum.
