L'hôtel est calme et la chambre était grande et confortable. Petit bémol, c’etait une chambre PMR et l'évier de la sdb était assez bas pour mon conjoint qui est grand.

Le prix exorbitant du petit-déjeuner....22,95€/personne..... c’est Mouscron, pas Paris!

We hadden een prachtige kamer, de bruidssuite. Met bubbelbad en aparte luxe wc. Het ontbijt was ook super verzorgd, en veel lekkers. Van alles wat. Personeel ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De parking. Was een aparte kleine parking die bij het hotel hoorde, die koste 14 euro.

La fenêtre ne fermait pas. La porte du WC, une fois fermée, assez difficile à ouvrir L'aérateur du wc qui ne s'arrête pas. Le capteur de la porte de la chambre, ou la carte, pas très sensible

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. I would especially like to mention the lady in the breakfast restaurant, who was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was comfortable and very well maintained. We also appreciated the child-friendly atmosphere, which made our family feel relaxed and at home throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Staff polite. Appartment nice and big. Very good location nearby a supermarket ,restaueants. Plus easy to arrive by car to Bruges, Gent, Ostend and Brussels.

the room and amenities did not meet expectations based on the booking description. A few specific areas need improvement: Kitchen setup: The kitchen had a table with only two chairs, even though the room had space for four people. Missing amenities: There were no hand towels or basic cleaning supplie sprovided for the kitchen area. Cleaning service: My booking explicitly stated "daily cleaning," but this did not happen. When I raised the issue and mentioned I should not pay the cleaning fee, the staff handled the situation very politely. They promised to resolve the cleaning issue, but unfortunately, the room was still not properly cleaned afterward. Only one time in a week. They through the rubbish almost everyday.

Centrale ligging, privé parkeerplaats. Fijn aangezien de auto vol lag met onze vakantiespullen. Kamer was netjes. Ontbijt was lekker! Veel keuze. Prima overnachting voor doorreis.

I spent one night in this hotel whilst on a trip with Leger, and it was honestly the BEST hotel that we stayed in for the whole trip. The Alize Mouscron is tucked away just behind what appeared to be the main town square. Whilst it was a bit of a struggle for the Luxuria coach to reverse down the narrow street to reach it, this meant it was a really quiet hotel - I didn't hear any noise from any adjacent rooms either! The staff here were very friendly, I didn't catch the gentleman's name but there was a really helpful person in the morning who explained why they had so many 'old' sewing machines and textiles in the restaurant/seating areas. I did have to request a second keycard when there were two of us in the room, but this was handled very quickly. The room itself (102) was spacious and opposite the lift (if you are less able bodied I'd recommend asking for this room, it's also near the stairs in case there is a queue for the lift). The toilet was separate from the shower and sink, which you don't see often but can work well for a shared room. The beds were VERY comfy and I really liked and appreciated the pillow menu. The TV had English language channels if you wanted them, and was a great picture. The aircon worked well, and there were charging options by each bed which I love. Everything was really clean, though I think my shower head was a bit old as it didn't change colour. The reason I say this is that this hotel (and I presume the We Care Hotels brand) are VERY eco-conscious - there's a poster in the shower-room advising that your shower head changes colour depending on the heat of the water. The shower itself had excellent pressure, but it did take a while to warm up which wasn't ideal for water usage. Talking about being eco-friendly, this hotel does have a gym/sauna that I didn't visit, but on the second floor where they are they have a free water dispenser. I didn't realise this until just before I left, but I love the fact you can help yourself to free water for your room whenever you want. The hotel was very quiet as I said, which meant there wasn't a lot going on - but the furnishings and the call backs to local history made it really pleasant to walk through. The seats in the ground floor were all really comfortable and a great place to just hang out whilst you waited for the breakfast buffet to open. Speaking of, this was one of the best breakfasts we had during the trip, it mixed continental with the expected (by British folks) hot food. There was a lot to chose from, and on the drinks front there was the option for both pre-prepared orange juice and a squeeze your own option. I would absolutely stay in this hotel in the future, and I would also look out for the other two hotels in this brand as well.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie kamer, ruim opgezet en netjes. We hadden één tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank. Het hotel is in een gezellige omgeving en goed bereikbaar. Verder geen last van geluiden van buiten.

Als enige van de 4 vond ik het bed niet fijn, het was voor mij een te hard matras. Ontbijt was prima. Maar zelf je sinaasappelsap persen, of zelf je croissant of pannenkoek nog even 'grillen' had van mij niet gehoeven. Brood was bovendien wat hard

We stayed here for 4 nights with Leger on a Battlefields tour. The rooms were clean. Care is needed using the showers as they are quite slippy. Breakfasts more than adequate with plenty of choice. Staff friendly

Super vriendelijk personeel. Fijn appartement, compact maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Wij waren op doorreis en dan is dit echt perfect. Heerlijk ontbijt ook. Ook handig dat er een laadpaal is!

We waren op doorreis en het was fijn dat onze auto in de afgesloten garage kon staan. Ontbijt was verrassend goed.

We stayed at the hotel whilst on a leger tour of western front battlefields between the 13th and 17th of July, without doubt one of the nicest hotels we have ever been too. The room 218 was also the honeymoon suite, wasn’t our honeymoon but what a room. It was spacious and clean throughout and the bed was huge, as was the bathroom which contained a walk in shower and a bath that was also a jacuzzi, we also had an electric operated toilet which fascinated me as its not something ive ever seen before. The breakfast was excellent, there was a hot choice of bacon and scrambled eggs and fresh eggs to cook if you wanted them. The continental side to breakfast was first class and everything was fresh and absolutely clean. I can’t recommend this hotel high enough, the staff were all excellent, always friendly and accessible, a first class experience, thankyou to everyone involved, would definitely stay there again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Hotel Alize in Mouscron. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, making what was only a layover into one of the most enjoyable parts of our trip. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding—far more substantial than we expected, with a generous selection that easily kept us going for the day. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've enjoyed. Despite being located immediately adjacent to the pub district, the hotel itself was remarkably quiet. We had a peaceful night's sleep with no disturbances at all, which speaks volumes about both the location and the quality of the hotel. I truly could not have hoped for a better stay anywhere. If I ever find myself back in Mouscron, Hotel Alize will be my first choice without hesitation. Thank you to everyone on the staff for your outstanding hospitality!

We stayed here for several nights as part of a tour to the WW1 sites in the region. The hotel's location could not be better, it is around the corner from the main square in the town where practically all of the bars and restaurants are located. My daughter and I had single rooms and were not expecting a great deal of comfort, but in practice the accommodations were quite spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel has a bar but no restaurant, it does provide food at the bar but I think this is brought in from elsewhere-in any case there are plently of dining options a stone's throw away. The people at the desk were especially helpful, one of them recommended a course of action to deal with a medical concern I had. Overall a charming place to stay in a charming small town.

Couchage excellent, équipement complet, y compris de quoi faire un repassage. Petit déjeuner continental tout à fait dans la normalité. Parking disponible quoi que difficile à y manœuvrer avec une voiture de 5m de long, c'est la faute de la voiture. ;-) Personnel très agréable.

Stayed here 1 night on way back from Switzerland on a coach trip, the welcome was really friendly and check in well organised, rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern, nice bar area and breakfast was very good with plenty of of choice, it’s in such a good position, right by a central square with bars and restaurants, we ate in a Chinese restaurant on the square which was very good and reasonably priced

Stayed here for four nights during a Leger Battlefield Tour. Lovely hotel with great staff who work hard to make your stay pleasant. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, plenty of room and coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was good with a large selection to choose from. Modern and clean interior. Only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Stayed in many different hotels during Leger tours and this was the best by far.

Le manque d’accès à l’extérieur quand on est dans la chambre,il y a une porte vitrée qui donne sur un parking mais on ne peut pas y accéder.
