Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Wij hebben in het hotel geslapen nadat we van de boot vanuit Griekenland kwamen en het is zeer aangenaam om dan zo bij het hotel te zijn, zonder moeilijkheden te hebben met het parkeren. De toeslag voor de hond (15u) vind ik heel erg veel voor een korte overnachting. Maar ik snap dat dit een heel makkelijk verdienmodel is. :)

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Le camere sono ben organizzate e non manca praticamente nulla. La posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere il porto che l'aeroporto. Nel servizio invece cose fatte bene e cose fatte male, perlopiù dovute alla persona con cui si interloquiva. Forse non è bello fare distinzioni, ma credo che sia anche giusto dare a Cesare quello che è di Cesare. Una nota di merito a Maria al Ristorante, guarda caso l'unica di cui conosco il nome, proprio perché persona affabile che ti fa sentire a casa, altri con cui non c'è stata la stessa confidenza ma che in maniera diversa hanno fatto il loro bene, e altri che appena seduto ti ricordavano solo che la cucina chiudeva alle 21.30. Ho usufruito spesso del ristorante a cena e anche lì si è passati da piatti squisiti (sopratutto i primi, una fetta di bovino arrostita eccelsa e gamberoni freschissimi) a piatti meno convincenti o immangiabili (come nel caso di una orata che non ho capito di cosa sapesse). Non credo sia stata responsabilità del cuoco, ma proprio della materia prima che gli è stata data o che ha provveduto ad acquistare. Stessa situazione si è verificata alla Hall, dove persone, nonostanti i problemi che si sono verificati con la stanza sin dall'arrivo, si sono mostrati realmente dispiaciuti e hanno cercato di risolvere nel migliore dei modi, e chi invece, chiedendo di pagare il conto di una cena, mi ha mandato in cucina a prendere personalmente la comanda, quando credo che sarebbe dovuto avvenire il contrario, a chi, chiedendo di saldare i conti, mi dice di aspettare che doveva fare prima il check in a delle persone che stavano arrivando in quel momento. Non credo che funzioni così. Sono una persona di larghe vedute e comprensiva ma credo che certi piccoli accorgimenti vadano fatti.

The hotel is a little far from Brindisi center(2.5 km). There is a bus that goes near the hotel(5 minutes walking from the bus stop). But there is an issue with the busses timetable. The last one departs from railway station)stazione) at 21:00. There some other "similar" busses(same identifier) but they have a shorter route, "cutting" the part of the route toward hotel. If you stay more days, you will find exactly the same options for breakfast. They are not serving any vegetables on breakfast(missing tomatos, chili, olives, cucumbers etc)

Nu, Wi-Fi, Nu TV, cica lipsa semnal. Am facut reclamatie in prima seara la receptie dupa 10 minute s-a rezolvat si cu TV-ul si cu WI-fi-ul. Apoi urmatoarea seara acelasi lucru. Fata TV, fara Wi-FI. Mic dejun - omleta ouale si baconul reci. cafeaua se trece contra cost pe camera. Apa calda nu este dimineata, desi am lasat sa curga 20 minute. Un hotel horor.

After my flight was delayed by over three hours, I arrived in Brindisi with no transportation to Porto Cesareo and found myself stranded. By pure luck, I managed to book the last available room at the hotel after a cancellation just minutes before. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible kindness. The staff looked after me so well, offering me complimentary breakfast and making me feel more like a friend than a guest. A very special thank you to Damiano Fiorentino, who truly went above and beyond. The following day, he personally drove me all the way to Porto Cesareo, making sure I arrived safely. As a solo traveller in an unfamiliar place, his kindness, generosity meant more than I can put into words. He showed me around, helped me get my bearings, and reminded me that there are still wonderful people in this world who help others simply because they can. Thank you also to the restaurant team and reception staff, who were equally welcoming and caring throughout my stay. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a beautiful memory thanks to the incredible people at Best Western Nettuno. If you’re visiting Brindisi, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. You won’t just find a hotel, you’ll find people who genuinely care. With heartfelt gratitude, Nona ❤️

Einfach große Klasse diese Menschen dort. Auch mit Blick aud die Panne meiner Vespa: Das Personal suchte mir nach einer Werkstatt. Bewegend.
Die Entfernungsangabe zum Stadtzentrum: 800 Meter - das ist Luftlinie. Ich hätte durch den Hafen schwimmen müssen. Real: 3 Kilometer.

Some people might not enjoy the somewhat industrial surroundings.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Hotel in posizione discosta dal centro città, quindi in posizione tranquilla. Servizi ottimi, staff cordialissimo, accogliente e disponibile. Ristorante ottimo alla sera e colazione ottima al mattino. Posizione strategica per le aziende del circondario.
Forse un po' scomodo da raggiungere, ma è un fattore già noto al momento in cui si prenota.
