Très bien situé avec accès direct à la mer. Excellent petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très aimable et efficace.

Por poner un pero. Un poco desorbitados los precios de los 3 restaurantes con los que cuenta el hotel. La comida estaba buena, pero el precio no se ajustaba, en mi opinión, un poco por las nubes

We stayed at Hotel Vistabella for a week in summer 2026 and had a fantastic family holiday. The service throughout our stay was excellent, the breakfast was superb, and the hotel must have one of the best terraces in the whole of Canyelles. Il Pirata bar was great fun in the evenings, while the spa was a wonderful sanctuary from the heat of the day. The setting is beautiful. The hotel is only around a five-minute walk from the main area of Canyelles and sits directly on the coastal path, which was perfect for an early morning run along the coastline. A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with genuinely excellent service. Thanks to everyone at Vistabella for such a great stay — we hope to be back!

We didn’t have sea-view rooms, but they were still a really good size, with enormous beds, excellent bathrooms and lovely toiletries. If we return and we definitely hope to someday, we’ll treat ourselves to a sea-view room next time.

J’avais déjà répondu à ce formulaire … le personnel était bienveillant le cadre idyllique.

Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit la personne au dessus a fait du bruit jusqu’à 3 heure du matin. Et le matin nous avons été réveillé par le bruit des portes environnantes qui n’avait pas de frein d sorte cela claquait en permanence . Voilà pourquoi nous sommes déçu de cet établissement.

Frühstück sehr gut, immer ein Platz auf der Terrasse. Sehr bemühtes Personal. Parkplatzservice für Leihauto war perfekt. Auto war zu jeder Zeit immer rasch verfügbar.

Das Hallenbad und Spa war super, allerdings gibt es keinen Außenpool. Zum Strand führt eine Stiege welche möglicherweise für ältere Personen ein Problem sein könnte.

Una piscina y jacuzzi que no corrrsponden al tamaño del hotel tampoco el estacionamiento,playa debiera tener quitasoles de madera permanente

La atención de todos es muy amable y cordial. La terraza tiene una vista inmejorable, es tranquila, la comida de los retaurantes (todos con vista) es excelente.

El trato del personal i las vistas

El precio de los atos del servicio de habitacion resulta excesivo trbiendo en cuenta la cantidad o la poca Complejidad del plato. La ensalada estaba fotmada x escarola i dos trozos d tomate. 12€ d ensalda, ni proteina, ni cebolla ni nada mas. Pedimos dos i solo tuvimos un sobre de aceite i sal. Los ñoquid eran contados como unos 15 ñoquis. Plato muy pequrño por el precio de 23€.

a fabulous boutique Hotel - Friendly Happy staff - Views of the blue sparkling sea and yachts creating a calm and tranquil atmosphere. Mila was the only restaurant open on a Monday but our 3 hour lunch of the Seafood platter was a sensation. We took our Spaniel (dog) who was made welcome, The buffet breakfast was up there in the top 3 Hotels we have stayed in (and this includes Mandarin Hong Kong, Negresco Nice and Chevre D'or Eze! Maitre D was super friendly and cooked fried eggs beautifully on the plancha - amazing choices. Shame there is not an outside pool and the steps to the beach are not easy! We will definitely be back in a few months

L'établissement est superbe et magnifiquement situé e bord de mer. Piscine intérieure eau de mer, jacuzzi eau de mer, hamam, sauna, salle de sport, soins corporels. Deux excellents restaurants (Els Brancs et Mila) un bar bien achalandé. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Chambres confortables avec terrasse. Calme. Et un personnel de grande qualité à tous les postes, polyglotte, particulièrement accueillant, attentif, souriant, disponible et réactif. Un séjour magnifique à refaire.

Le prix un peu élevé pour la prestation de l hôtel 5 etoiles .(manque de nécessaire pour la toilette pas de brosse à dents pas de kit couture pas de peigne à cheveux ) pas de room service j aurais voulu prendre le déjeuner en chambre.

L'emplacement est magnifique avec une vue directe sur la mer. La chambre est spacieuse avec un balcon vue sur mer . Lit très confortable. Chambre au calme ( nous y étions hors saison) Le personnel est au petit soin. Tout est parfait Accès direct au chemin du littoral est est très beau

Il faudrait peut être prévoir l'installation de groume pour retenir les portes de la chambre qui sont très lourdes et donc bruyantes si on ne les retient pas. Le café ou le thé pourrait être offert en chambre.

Alles war perfekt für eine Wellness Auszeit. Die Lage, die Aussicht, das Personal, die Anwendungen, das Frühstück, die fast private Sauna (kann man sich reservieren). Einfach alles ist perfekt und so wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Daher haben wir spontan eine Nacht verlängert, was zum Glück problemlos ging. Jamila vom Spa ist großartig! Freue mich schon auf sie, wenn wir wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal für diese wundervolle Zeit! :-)

Tolle Unterkunft an toller Lage.

The sea view room was stunning and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We stayed at 5 hotels throughout our trip and we think this tops the charts. It is clean, smells good, the linens are soft and the breakfast buffet is spectacular.

The pool and hot tub are less amazing than the rest of the facilities.

Personal super freundlich und mehrsprachig, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht, Restaurants überteuert, der Parkplatz kostet 25 € pro Nacht und man muss den Schlüssel abgeben! Gleichzeitig werden keine Schäden am Auto übernommen. Frühstück super. Ist man nicht. In einer der oberen Zimmer hört man jeden Schritt der Nachbarn.

We had had the most exceptional afternoon here. We arrived by boat from empuriabrava and had planned to visit another restaurant in the bay. The sea taxi wasn’t available to take us there as it stops at the end of August and we really didn’t want to swim to shore as we had 2 friends who weren’t strong swimmers. Luckily we saw the boat for the Vistabella. We spoke to the driver who organised us a table for 7 people and promptly took us to the shore from our boat. From there the service and food was just fantastic. A special shout to our waiter Dimitri who went above and beyond to look after us. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you for making our holiday x

Fabulous location, walked to dinner ,walked the coast on trail right out front for 8 miles. Beautiful area with a small sheltered beach with nice rocks right at the bottom of the stairs. This place gets a 10 for location

It's dated. I get it. For this prime real estate, you can't have everything, but I would update more furnishing throughout and get rid of the balustrade. The front desk was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast staff was kind and welcoming, but the bar staff was terrible. After a long hike, we just wanted to settle into the view with snacks and drinks but were treated rudely, not once but twice. This place needs an infinity pool and a serious wellness update but for the price....it's good to go! Comfortable beds and outdoor lounge area.

A l'accueil les hôtesses sont pas très agréable limite hautaine. Petit déjeuner rien de sensationnel a par le personnel qui lui est au petit soins surtout le responsable de salle qui est très bien nous avons souhaité déjeuner au pirate vers 14h et la refus sans ménagement du personnel sous couvert qu'il préparait une après midi champagne à 16h pas très commerçant car il y avait plusieurs tables qui venait à peine d être servi De plus les cafés et bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre sont payants honteux pour un 5 étoiles à plus de 500€ la nuit

La chambre avec une climatisation très bruyante et beaucoup de portes qui claquent sans cesse tout au long de la journée , nuit et matinée . Il est impossible de se reposer .

Breakfast is not bad if you stay for no more than 2 nights. Vegetables and greens are missing. There are fruits, pastries, several types of cheap ham from the supermarket. Level 3* but not 5*. The senior staff in the main restaurant are constantly irritated and people, and as a result nervousness, fuss and rudeness. There is no concept of hospitality here. It is not cozy here (during the day, most tables do not have shade, it is not comfortable. This is just a modern hotel money vacuum cleaner under the guise of advertised views. This place is not worth the money the hotel asks for. A double impression: The staff are friendly and welcoming, and others are irritated and rude. The place is good, but everything needs renovation. The prices for everything, including restaurants and the rooms themselves and other services do not match the quality. The mattresses are comfortable, but the beds wobble and creak so much that at night you wake up from the creaking of furniture on the upper floor or when you turn over on your other side.

Hotel qui n'a rien d'un cinq étoiles. Nous avions réservé un chambre double a 400 € la nuit, deux nuits. Nous avons attendu 1 h que la chambre soit prête. pendant ce temps nous avons ete mangé au restaurant, les plats étaient très mauvais. Franchement bien au dessous des cinq étoiles. Un risotto mal cuit, aux légumes. Pareil pour mon conjoint risotto aux gambas pas cuites et palourdes ridicule dans une casserole rouillée. Finalement ma chambre nous est allouée mais oh surprise me ménage très mal fait, cheveux dans la baignoire et

Amazing, we loved Ana at reception, she booked restaurants for us and gave amazing recommendations, we loved our ocean view room and the hotel breakfast and restaurant as well as the beach bar, a beautiful hotel, our second time staying and we will be back again
