Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Excellent staff, always ready to help. The housekeeping was outstanding and, especially considering the hotel’s star rating, exceeded all our expectations. And then there’s the location - right on the beachfront, in the city center, with everything you need within easy reach.
The view from the window is something many guests rave about in their reviews, but unfortunately, we were not so lucky. Our room overlooked old rooftops. A lot has already been said about the breakfast. We would have appreciated more vegetables, olives, and a greater variety of cheeses and cold cuts. The pastries, however, were very tasty. One more thing worth mentioning is that we were charged an additional tax upon check-out, even though Booking.com stated that the tax was already included in the total price.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026O San Francisco é um bom hotel, simpático e muito bem localizado. No geral, tivemos uma experiência agradável, principalmente pela localização e pelo ambiente.
Porém, a limpeza deixou bastante a desejar e o café da manhã também poderia ser muito melhor, tanto na qualidade quanto nas opções oferecidas. São pontos importantes que, se melhorados, fariam bastante diferença na experiência.

Wat we minder vonden was het ontbijt. Dit was op het dakterras. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar prima. Hier kwamen veel wespen op af, die ook op het eten zaten. We sliepen op de vierde etage, waar het ontbijt dus boven was. Hierdoor rook het in de kamer ‘s ochtends vroeg naar eetlucht.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Die Klimaanlage war nicht die stärkste, aber durch aussenrollos war das Zimmer mit direktem Blick aufs Meer sehr gut geschützt. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber da man ja eher im Badeurlaub ist stört das überhaupt nicht. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und der Blick aufs mehr atemberaubend. Laut war es eigentlich nur bis 24 Uhr, danach hat man vom Trubel gar nichts mehr mitbekommen. Frühstück findet auf der Dachterasse statt und ist total ausreichend, man wird satt. Außerdem ist der Ausblick einzigartig. Die Liegen am Strand sind nicht unbedingt günstig am Beach Elisabetta aber durch eine Kooperation mit dem Hotel trotzdem bezahlbar. Wir fanden es schön und würden wieder kommen :)

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Die Lage direkt am Strand, das schön renovierte Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick (Klimaanlage top!), die Frühstücksterrasse, das Frühstück, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Wir konnten früher einchecken, ein Parkticket wurde sofort organisiert. Kennen einiges in Viareggio, hier werden wir definitiv wieder buchen.
Nichts! Haben auch die Musik von der Strandpromenade geliebt. Das ist Sommer in Italien!

Wir waren bereits zweimal in diesem Hotel und das Frühstück war bisher immer gut. Leider waren wir dieses Mal enttäuscht. Die Auswahl war sehr gering: Es gab kein Gemüse, die Eier mussten wir selbst kochen und beim Käse wurde nur eine Sorte angeboten. Im Vergleich zu unseren früheren Aufenthalten hat das Frühstück deutlich nachgelassen. Wir hoffen, dass sich die Qualität beim nächsten Besuch wieder verbessert.

Het ontbijt mag echt wel aandacht aan gespendeerd worden. Koop een ei warmer ipv een bak kokend water . Zelfde geldt voor de broodrooster. Koop een fatsoenlijke toaster. Echt 1 voor de horeca.

Booking.com messed up my booking and I had to rebook and pay more for the room. When we arrived we got a tiny dark room not the original room. I asked to be moved and they said it was booking.coms fault not theirs. We made the most of it but room was terrible 😔 booking.com never responded to my emails and I will never book with them again ..

Es könnten mehr Haken zum Aufhängen der nassen, bzw. feuchten Wäsche vorhanden sein. Abstellfläche im Bad ist kaum vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend aber leider einfallslos und mit wenig Abwechslung.

Camere piccole e un po' datate. Aria condizionata con molto caldo, non del tutto adeguata. Colazione con pochissima scelta, ed alcune cose non buone. Con i livelli di oggi, molto molto scarsa, mi spiace. Peraltro la stanza singola è stata pagata 106,00 euro, non poco.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto non mi è piaciuta tanto la colazione offerta. La location invece sulla terrazza era invidiabile.
