Migliorare il servizio bar zona piscina con un coordinamento migliore del personale

Echte Entspannung bietet das Hotel, da es auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf Siena - vom Pool oder der Frühstücksterrasse aus - gelgen ist. Es gibt einen schönen Erwachsenenpool mit Bar und einen weiteren Pool für Familien und mit Spielplatz für Kinder. Das komfortable Haus hat diverse Nebengebäude, so dass sich alles verläuft und es nicht sehr geschäftig wirkt. Dennoch ist immer Service vorhanden.

Die Stärke des Hotels, die einmlalige und brilliant erhabene und ruhige Lage, kann auch eine Schwäche sein, da man fußläufig keine andere Gastronomie erreicht. Das sollte man wissen. Es führt aber eher zum "Zur Ruhe kommen" und totaler Entspannung - im exklusiven Preissegment.

Wunderschöne & sehr gepflegte Anlage

An der Anlage selbst gab es gar nichts zu bemängeln. Man sollte aber aufgrund der exponierten Lage, den Weg dorthin mit einer gewissen Anfahrtszeit mit berücksichtigen - nach einer anstrengenden Sightseeingtour in Florenz , ist das selbst mit dem Auto nicht ohne - das eLaden vor Ort hat mit meinem Genesis eGV70 dort leider nicht funktioniert.

Der historische Bau, die ruhige Lage umgeben von wunderschönen Weinbergen inmitten einer märchenhaften toskanischen Landschaft, das extrem freundliche Personal und der wunderschöne Garten mit 2 Pools und Tennisplätzen. Essen hervorragend.

Abbiamo condiviso una struttura accogliente, organizzata e molto bella . La suite ineccepibile, perfetta nella sua divisione interna. Il personale è stato molto gentile e contemporaneamente professionale. Un’esperienza che ripeteremo a breve.

Piccolo neo il parcheggio tipo strada bianca molto polveroso (ma siamo sui sentieri dell’eroica !).

Stunning hotel in a peaceful setting with incredible staff. The tone of beauty and luxury is set as you arrive down the impressive cypress tree-lined driveway, and we enjoyed delicious dinners with excellent locally-produced wines, great service, cocktails overlooking nearby Sienna and relaxation by and in the two pools. We had a huge room, (the family room had two doubles with en suite bathrooms and our own sitting/ reception room with extra WC). Everything was wonderful and we didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful property in a great location. Excellent facilities (swimming, tennis etc). We borrowed mountain bikes which were low-spec, but perfectly good for a 13m tour of the local gravel roads. E-bikes were also available.

Expect that you need to walk only in sport shoes , even for dinner- all areas have a lot of dust around. So need to wash a car a all shoes) not convinient. For the eggs Benedict at the breakfast you have to pay separately extra 8 Euro… it is not expensive- it is so funny offer after you have paid room charge 500 euro..)

Beautiful place that’s peaceful to walk around; super attentive and professional staff; comfortable bed and bedsheets; very well managed wellness center; excellent breakfast every day; great bar and dinner restaurant.

Strangely the AC in our room is placed right next to the headboard of the bed so cold air was blowing straight at the head area. We had to use a towel to block off the air when sleeping.

A piscina da família poderia contar também com um bar, assim como a piscina de adulto. E também mais áreas de sombra e mesas e cadeiras. Mas isso é uma sugestão e não um defeito do hotel, que é simplesmente espetacular.

Beautiful winery, exceptional room with great facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this type of stay. The pool was somehow the most perfect ambient temperature we’ve ever been in !

We did the VIP wine tasting which wasn’t good value for money, felt a bit let down by that experience. 90€ pp for 3 small glasses of wine each.

Beautiful property in the middle of the Tuscan region. Had their own lavender fields and orchards along with being in the middle of their vineyards.

Não sei se porque choveu na nossa hospedagem, mas acabamos não aproveitando muito o Borgo em si. No final achamos que pagamos muito pelo que usamos e ficamos no Borgo.

Borgo Scopeto Wine & Country Relais was everything we hoped a stay would be. The views were unreal, the property was peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the food and wine were outstanding. We loved spending mornings overlooking the vineyards and evenings relaxing on the property.

Our room was kind of small and there were no chairs to sit in other than one small desk chair.

I injured my knee prior to coming to the hotel. They helped me to my room, ice on request and they were pleasant and efficient. I would recommend and go back again for sure.

I can not name one thing.

Wunderschöne Anlage, tolle Zimmer selbst die günstigste Preiskategorie bietet viel Platz und eine tolle Ausstattung, das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben ein Zimmer inkl. Frühstück gebucht und trotzdem wären die à la carte Frühstücksgerichte nicht inkludiert gewesen, das haben wir bei dieser Preisliga schon anders erlebt.

Es un hotel en el campo, a unos 20 minutos de Siena, muy bello y con unas excelentes instalaciones. El personal sin igual. El desayuno excelente.

We highly recommend both the restaurant and the wine tasting—such memorable experiences. While the property feels luxurious, the atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, with no hidden costs or pressure to spend more. Breakfast each morning overlooking Siena was an absolute highlight. The tennis courts and pool are fantastic, and the location makes it easy to explore—just a simple drive from Florence and convenient for visiting nearby towns.

The place is amazing, you feel like you're inside a movie. The food was extremely good, and everyone was super kind and helpful.

This hotel is very unique by its location and hospitality. Great food and even better selection of wines on the list.

Only one hard surface road to get there which navigation is (for me for unknown reason) trying to avoid. Other roads are dusty.

Forse nel weekend di Pasqua c’era un po troppa gente e non sono stati in grado di gestirli…. Da un hotel del genere non mi aspetto di aspettare 30 minuti per un drink all’aperitivo e nemmeno che mi portassero lo champagne nel bicchiere da spritz o al posto dell’acqua tonica per il gin tonic la soda (“acqua” venduta come super top a 8 € la bottiglietta e poi sbagliata)…. A cena i piatti buonissimi ma l’antipasto (uno dei quali era un piatto di affettati) e’ arrivato dopo un’ora e mezza…. Altra cosa che non mi e’ particolarmente piaciuta e’ stato che il sommelier ci ha consigliato e portato una bottiglia da 150€ quando noi gli avevamo fatto vedere che eravamo indecisi su un paio di bottiglie da circa 50-70€. Ci siamo fidati e non e’ un problema il prezzo ma di solito il cliente va avvisato del cambio anche di prezzo.

Rating 4.5/5 The location is a former fortified tower and farm which is now a historical luxury compound. The premises are stunning and well maintained and tastefully decorated. Respecting the past 1000 years of history and introducing enough modern facilities to give this hotel a beautiful and relax ambience . The staff in particular was professional , helpful , curious. Special mention to Dominique our happy bartender (ps ask him what tequila to recommend ! )The facilities are great . Super pool and workout area which we used extensively . The rooms were cozy and comfortable, just a bit noisy since we could hear the guests above . The price was per room even if one occupant was present which made it somewhat expensive. The food at breakfast was delicious , the dinner and selection of wine fabulous in the dining area. The bar food lesser so for the price charged.

Camera e bagno non sono da hotel 5 stelle. Problemi tecnici in camera. Anche se i problemi si risolvono, una persona sceglie 5 stelle e non 4 per la camera e il servizio, si presuppone che nel 5 ci sia più di qualcuno che controlla prima che il cliente arrivi e che non lasci il controllo al cliente che poi deve continuare a chiamare la reception. A colazione omelette e uova in camicia e anche il toast con prosciutto e formaggio a pagamento extra. A parere mio meglio alzare la tariffa a notte a persona di 10 euro e metterli inclusi. Ps qualcuno dello staff dice " ciao " al cliente, vale lo stesso delle camere.

The property sets the tone from the moment you enter the beautiful driveway into the estate. you immediately feel secluded from the world. It truly is a Tuscan dream. The historic building has been thoughtfully renovated, blending contemporary comfort with a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and if you prefer to stay in, the lunch options were also very enjoyable. The spa is a wonderful addition that enhances the holiday mood, and the sunsets can be absolutely magical. Also tennis courts are a huge plus as they provide all the equipment. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute drive from picturesque Siena. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to accommodate your needs. They also provided great recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. We will definitely be back.

They offer bikes for strolls around the estate, but it would be advisable to replace them or improve their maintenance. The toilet flush needed repair, as it continued running for longer than usual. The air conditioning was set to heating mode even though the temperatures were high enough to require cooling. The reception staff kindly offered a fan, which was appreciated.

Borgo Scopeto Wine & Country Relais ci ha regalato un’esperienza che rimarrà impressa nel cuore: dall’arrivo alla partenza, ogni dettaglio è stato curato con un’attenzione rara. Lo staff merita un plauso speciale: discreto e preciso, sempre pronto con un sorriso e con quella professionalità che fa davvero la differenza. La pulizia impeccabile, gli ambienti curati nei minimi particolari, la piscina circondata da un paesaggio incantevole: tutto contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera di assoluto benessere. Abbiamo avuto l’occasione di partecipare alla Wine Hour ed stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La camera che ci è stata riservata era spaziosa e in una posizione tranquilla. Un capitolo a parte merita la cucina: piatti eleganti, creativi e ricchi di freschezza, capaci di esaltare i sapori autentici della tradizione con tocchi innovativi. In definitiva, un luogo che non è solo ospitalità, ma esperienza e armonia. Anche una sola notte qui è capace di rigenerare mente e spirito.

Cudowny obiekt z zachwycającymi ogrodami i wyjątkową atmosferą. Jedzenie przepyszne, a obsługa niezwykle życzliwa. Podróżowaliśmy z psami i byliśmy zachwyceni — w pokoju czekały na nie nawet małe upominki!! To miejsce to prawdziwa oaza spokoju.

The buildings and its surrounding areas are marvelous. It was a true Tuscan dream. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool was great.

For the rooms and amenities as well as breakfasts it was a bit pricey. Breakfast was ok but nothing really special.

Beautiful 5* medieval estate in a typical Tuscan surrounding. Friendly and supporting staff. Superb rooms esp. the ones with a terrace. Perfect for us travelling with a Golden Retriever. Unforgettable dog walks through olive tree plantations and the vineyards.

We know this is certainly a personal point of view. The breakfast was - compared to the many other places we have been - absolutely disappointing and didn't make you feel like being in a 5 star resort. The buffet was just boring and not more than standard. And why 10 Euro extra for an Omelette and 5 Euro for Porridge? The resort and its premises are super nice but somehow the charisma wasn't very charming. Just "too clean" and everything felt a bit "stiff". We also missed cosy seating options around the estate...
