Very friendly staff. Excellent location very close to the beautiful old town, and to a metro station (and only 2 short stops from central station). Quiet and clean.

Due to the location close to a station and some bars and restaurants, there can be noise on the street during the night (not from cars, but from people talking loudly). Of course, this is not the hotel's fault. Sensitive sleepers should, however, take earplugs just in case.

Einfache Unterkunft in 1a Lage

N’était pas représentatif des photos que nous avions vu sur internet. La salle de bain commune avait une odeur d’urine et nos draps étaient pleins de poils d’animaux. La personnel nous a dit ne rien pouvoir faire.

Wir, 2 Freunde, haben hier 2 Nächte übernachtet, um uns Lausanne auf der Durchreise anzusehen. Der Check-In verlief problemlos und zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit, bis dahin durften wir kostenlos unser Gepäck in der Rezeption lagern. Auch der Check Out verlief entspannt und alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die kostenlosen Tickets für den ÖPNV wurden uns schnell zugesandt. Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne WC und Dusche gebucht, diese waren über den Flur zugänglich und von beidem gab es jeweils nur eins für alle Apartments auf der Etage. Da einige Apartments allerdings selbst über Bäder verfügen, kamen wir uns wenig mit anderen in die Quere. WC und Dusche waren relativ eng, aber ausreichend. Das Selbe trifft aufs Zimmer zu, kein Luxus, aber den haben wir auch nicht erwartet. Neben einem Fernseher verfügte das Zimmer auch über eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, welche täglich nachgefüllt wurden, sowie ein Waschbecken. Die Matzratze vom Bett war leider sehr hart und daher etwas unbequem. Die Lage zur Stadt war super und wurde dadurch, dass man den ÖPNV kostenlos nutzen durfte, noch verbessert. Fazit: Erschwingliche Unterkunft mit guter Lage und guter Ausstattung für den Preis. Ich würde wiederkommen!

S.O, die Matratze war leider unbequem, sonst alles wie erwartet gut.

The location was good and the reception staff were polite.

However, the cleanliness could be improved — there were hairs on the duvet inside the sheet. The shared bathroom and toilet were very small, and the toilet wasn’t very clean and had an unpleasant smell.

The room was cozy, the staff were very friendly and helpful to me and my baby. They had set up a travel cot for us and explained the way to stair free access and helped with the pram.

I knew I was booking a room with a shared bathroom, which is never the ideal, but it was the best value for money I could find.

That I don’t have a bathroom inside the room and i have to go outise to do my things.

Close to the city centre

The staff member at the front desk appeared disinterested, providing no sense of hospitality or warmth whatsoever. It honestly feels like I was invisible. Additionally, I was disappointed to see the same staff member spending time socializing and smoking with his friends outside on the sitting area for reserved for guests . It made me feel uncomfortable as I attempted to enjoy the hotel’s outdoor space.

Arrivés après les heures de réception, la récupération du code d'entrée et de la chambre n'ont pas été facile. J'aurais du recevoir ces codes par email, de même que les billets de transport gratuit mais je n'ai jamais rien reçu (spam compris).

En la habitación de tres, el sofá cama no era muy cómodo. Hay baños en cada piso, el baño del primer piso tenía olor y estaba un poco sucio, mientras que en el segundo piso estaba limpio.

La réception n'arrive qu'à 14 heures, ce qui, le spectacle pour lequel nous venons commençant à 15 heures, a rendu notre arrivée stressante.

I decided to purchase breakfast last minute as almost nothing was open Sunday, and it was good. This hotel is a rare bargain for Lausanne and excellently located for viewing the Cathedral , City museum, and Rumine museum. No frills but useful. There is a back entrance if you want to avoid stairs at entrance. Close to metro stop to get to train station or waterfront, and the hotel gave me a metro pass. Not a lot of restaurants close but the Cafe des Trois Places was good.

There is no lobby.

No salía agua caliente Para conectar el wifi es horrible, no pudimos Te dicen que tienen parking y son 3 plazas (obviamente cuando llegamos estaba lleno). Aparcar por la zona es muy complicado.

Wygodnie zlokalizowany, nieopodal stacji metra. Hotel daje gościowi kartę na bezpłatne przejazdy miejskie, ale trzeba tego przypilnować z wyprzedzeniem, ja otrzymałam maila z kartą dopiero w dniu wyjazdu

Really economical place in a beautiful and often overlooked city. Right on the edge of the touristy and gritty part of the city.

Security at this place was non-existent. Strangers got into the building during the night and tried to get us to open our door at about 4 or 5 am. It was perhaps the most frightening experience in any hotel in our lives. In the morning when staff finally arrived I told them about it but they kind of brushed it off.

The room was large, as was the bed, and there was a large sink in the room. It was close to a train station and there was a lift in the building. There was a coffee-making machine with coffee provided. The room was very light and, in all, it was good value for money.

An electric jug would have been welcomed.

It's two stops by subway. Hotel will help register city bus card.

There was a strong smell of curry in the room. The TV and coffee machine were not working. The sound insulation was poor. The noise from walking upstairs was almost 1 o 'clock. The cash was left at the hotel, and the phone calls and messages were either not answered or not replied to.

Super Lage, gut zu Fuss erreichbar, freundliches Personal. Hatten das Familienzimmer (grosses Doppelbett und Stockbett für Kinder) mit eigenem Bad und WC.

Das Bad ist mit altmodischen Kacheln, zwischen deren Fugen sich teilweise schwarzer Schimmel ansammelt. Es ist dringend eine gründliche Reinigung - oder Renovation der Nasszelle - notwendig!

Lage war ok. Man war schnell in der Innenstadt. Frühstück hat den Zweck erfüllt und die Zimmer waren auch passabel. Da wir nur eine Nacht in Lausanne blieben, war es auszuhalten.

Lausanne befindet sich an einem Berg. Man geht in der Stadt also entweder bergauf oder bergab. Ebene Wege gibt es wenige. Wenn man mit der Bahn kommt, sollte man gute Ausdauer haben. Mit einem 20kg-Koffer hinter sich gleicht der Weg einer Bergwanderung. Das Personal hat sich lieber mit Freunden unterhalten als die Rezeption zu besetzen. CheckOut um 14 Uhr ging leider nicht, da der Rezeptionist schlichtweg nicht anzutreffen war. Er kam dann um 14:20 Uhr und wir hatten Mühe unseren Zug zu bekommen. Gott sei Dank ging es auf dem Rückweg nur bergab.

Номер был чистый и вообще милый. Расположение отеля отличное, в центре и в пешой доступности от вокзала.

На какой-то время исчезла вода, совсем, даже туалет не смывался. Но это было 1 раз и больше не повторялось.

Équipement un peu abîmé (lampe de chevet grésillant, avec une prise rafistolée). Toilettes et douches communes un peu vieillottes.

Pas des sèche cheveux dans salle de bain, mais si vous là demande ça va être fourni . Le petit déjeuner ça vous pas le prix.

Une autre personne a pris ma valise de lors son passage à la réception , j’ai dû changer mon train et rester sur place 4h de plus en attendant que l’autre personne revienne avec ma valise

Very quiet there. Good location. The room is nice.

The shared shower and the loo were tiny and dirty. Mould in the shower. Nowhere to hang up your towel. Really , a health hazard in my opinion. Refurbishment is needed. You also need to arrive by 8pm at the latest.

The location of the hotel was good.

The staff were very cold. They did not seem to care much either during check-in or check-out. The reception person seemed very disinterested and very cold in behaviour! I mean u are in the hospitality industry, the least expectation is for the staff to be welcoming and being vested in customer comfort. The room and amenities were shabby, the coffe machine was spitting out dirt, the cups and coffee holders had a layer of dust on them so clearly no body cared to inspect the room prior to customer arrival to make sure things are spick and span. The price of the room is therefore not justified at all, way overcharged. I have stayed in hostels that are better maintained than this. Very disappointed.

Troppo rumorosa, la mattina il rumore provocato dallo staff per le pulizie soprattutto al piano sopra la mia camera mi ha svegliato ed è stato fastidiosissimo il rumore provocato dallo spostamento dei letti ecc….ma in generale tutta la struttura essendo molto âgée e in legno, anche semplicemente i passi degli altri ospiti si sentono tantissimo. Insomma camere per nulla insonorizzate.

Очень приветливый персонал. Чисто и хорошо. Приятно, что в номере есть кофемашина. Порадовали плотные шторы - можно спать в любое время суток. Абсолютно не почувствовали неудобств, что туалет и душ на этаже. Всё чисто и индивидуально. Есть парковка отеля. Рядом круглосуточный магазин. Расположение - в самом центре города. До метро и автобуса менее 5 минут. До ближайшего супермаркета 8 минут. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, а так же магазинчиков с сувенирами. Недорогой и продуманный отель. Всё очень понравилось.

Sarebbe cosa gradita indicare in maniera chiara i costi in euro che il cliente paga. In termini di valuta, quello che il cliente paga in euro, non coincide con l'importo che effettivamente viene erogato alla struttura. Ho chiesto fattura del mio soggiorno, prontamente consegnata all'accueil, ma ho notato con dispiacere che l'importo incassato era diverso da quello che effettivamente ho sostenuto.
