Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Heel fijn en mooi hotel. Goed schoon. Geen last van geluid van de straat. Airco aanwezig. Vriendelijk personeel. Comfortabele bedden.

If you are driving and using the parking, only with small cars. The staff was great at helping me navigate the parking but it was still stressful. We were moved to larger room in another building very close to the hotel but unfortunately one of our mornings started with the noise of sledgehammers from the ongoing Goya museum renovation. When I mentioned it at the reception of the hotel, it looked like they knew this could happened but did not tell us at check-in.

Reserved a double balcony room but it was covered with scaffolding and netting, so unusable. It wasn't the whole hotel front so they shouldn't have put us there. Hammering/construction noise wasn't that bad but woke us up one morning. Maybe check about construction status before booking. Hotel parking is in a secure garage but it's very narrow drive once inside. They accompany you each time because it's so narrow. I would park down the street and walk next time, would be cheaper also.

The bed was a little firm and you could hear some neighbors slamming doors etc at night.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everything was nice and comfortable, and a special thank you to Sebastian for helping us with the parking. Breakfast at the café was very good, and Ariel (from the café) was really friendly and helpful with getting out of garage. Overall, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.
