Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The toilet and shower had clearly not been cleaned at all. There was dust on all the furniture and surfaces in the room. The only thing that seemed to have been taken care of was making the bed. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Helpful staff, great bed and bedding, lovely shower. Handy free local bus for Salzburg ventre. Also train station 15 mins walk away. Excellent restaurant S'Winterteller a few minutes' walk away. Free tea and coffee in lobby between 12.00 and 20.00.
If you want to take advantage of Salzburg nightlife you might want to stay nearer the centre.

Leider haben wir erst am zweiten Tag durch Zufall erfahren, dass der ÖPNV im Hotelpreis inkludiert ist. Den ersten Tag haben wir noch Tickets gekauft. Es wäre schön, wenn das Personal es direkt zum Check in sagen könnte.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026In general all was good, the AC was soooo good, room was clean. Reception is great as well, they explained and helped us throughout.
Parking is there and free yes, but sometimes when coming back after 5pm, there is no parking, which can be challenging. Also, we came a bit early, rooms wherent ready, so we said we will scroll around the city, we purchased a one day pass for transport, then when we checked in, they informed us that the hotel provides one for each guest, I think if this was informed prior, it would have been better. Also, the reception when there is one person only and you need help, there can be a queue. We faced this once where the queue was to the outside of the hotel, when we just needed our transportation cards, we waited almost 30 minutes. The bus station is near, but the frequency of stops can take time and if you will come back from the center late at night, better plan in advance, the bus rotation to the hotel station is not as frequent and takes loads of time.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026الغرفة فيها كرسي السرير اضافي. الشرفة مفيدة. المكان يبدو جديد او تم صيانته. وجود مواقف مجانية مقابل الفندق وتوفرت لنا بشكل دائم قرب المكان من مجمع صغير فيه سوبرماركت ويوفر الاحتياجات الضرورية.
موظفي الاستقبال ( ليس الكل ولكن الاغلب) غير بشوشين ويفتقرون الى اساسيات فن المتعامل مع العملاء. يبدوا هناك تمييز في المعاملة وعنصرية بسبب الدين ( نحن كمسلمين). مستوى النظافة جدا متدني، يوجد غبار عند بداية دخولنا الغرفة. ولم يتم تنظيفها بشكل جيد خلال ايام تواجدنا التي بلغت 7 ليالي. مما تسبب في زيادة حساسية البشرة و اضطراري لبدء كورس علاجي يحتوي كروتيزون. 😔 لا يوجد ثلاجة في الغرفة لا يوجد جهاز كي الملابس وطاولة الكي ويجب طلبها من موظف الاستقبال لا يوجد شخص (عامل حمل الحقائب) والامر كان مرهق لاشخاص لديهم مشاكل صحية. لا يوجد هاتف للتواصل مع موظفي الاستقبال بالرغم من اعجابي بالشرفة الا انه في اخر يوم لنا وفي الصباح الباكر تفاجأنا باقتحام شخص الغرفة عن طريق الغرفة المجاورة وكان الامر مخيفا ومفاجئا اربكنا وقفزنا من السرير بشل سريع ومفاجئ لتدارك الاقتحام ومنعه من الدخول اكثر وفعلا هرب سريعا ولم نلاحظ من كان الشخص هل كان طفلا او مراهقا او بالغا. تقدمنا بشكوى رسمية في الاستقبال يسمح بدخول الحيوانات الاليفة وشعرت بعدم الارتياج.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die lage war gut - nicht weit von der autobahn. Es war sehr ruhig. Das zimmer war sehr sauber, das bett war bequem. Check-in & check-out gingen sehr schnell. Ich war sehr zufrieden
Leider hat das hotel keine eigenen parkplätze. Es gibt geteilte parkplätze mit dem asia restaurant nebenan. Man wir zwar darauf hingewiesen, dass es zwischen 18-22 uhr zu engpässen kommen kann. Aber es ist trotzdem mühsam wenn man dann bei der ankunft keinen parkplatz findet.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The professional and helpful staff was simply immaculate. Comfortable beds, very clean, and just a great experience overall. A lot of parking spaces if you come by car. The bus stop has frequent busses during the day, so even if you come by bus it's a good hotel!
The location and the distance isn't a problem during the day, it's very manageable to travel by public transport. It was rather difficult to get back later in the evening though.

Im Eingangsbereich hat es einen Shop mit nützlich Utensilien wie Rasierschaum usw. falls man etwas vergessen hat. Trotz der nahen Straße war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Bett war komfortabel und das Badezimmer sauber. Freundlicher Empfang.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026I would describe the hotel as a slightly dated but well-managed business hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were ideal. It is a suitable option for short stays, and its location is excellent for easily entering and exiting the city.
The hotel’s biggest issue is its surroundings. There is a persistent smell of fried fish throughout the hotel. I am somewhat sensitive to this. If that does not bother you, you will not have any issues; however, I found it challenging.

前台服务态度一般，早上九点多客房人员直接开门进来打扫卫生，令人恼火。

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Gute Lage, Innenstadt bequem mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück im Hotel. Rund um das Hotel sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Gaststätten und Restaurants.
Die Preise im hoteleigenen Minimarkt sind leider sehr teuer.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Prima hotel. Je kan vrij parkeren. Vrije OV kaarten gekregen. Behulpzame medewerkers. Bushalte aan de overkant van de hotel en met de bus een rechtstreekse verbinding naar het centrum van Salsburg. Mooie en schone kamers. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

La localisation un peu éloignée du centre mais très accessible en bus. N oubliez pas de demander la mobility card qui est gratuite et vous permet d emprunter tous les transports en commun.

Preis Leistung passt nicht, 80€ inkl. Frühstück wäre für angemessen gewesen. zu laut, Getrammpel vom Nachbarzimmer neben und über dem Zimmer sehr laut wahrnehmbar, Fenster schlecht isoliert,Krach von der Strasse, keine Seife beim Waschbecken dafür 2x Bodylotion, Morgens das Putzteam reisst die Fenster auf damit die warme Stadluft die Gänge erhitzt, benötigen eine Schulung wofür die Klimaanlage im Haus installiert wurde. Dieverse andere Schulungen wie man sich im Gastbereich im beim Frühstüksbüffet verhält, und nein man trägt den Putzlappen für alles immer dabei.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Frukosten var bra med omelett som lagades på beställning. Väldigt hjälpsam personal när vi glömt saker på rummet, då de postade dem till oss, mycket bra service!
Tyvärr var våra rum inte städade. Vi fick dock kompensation för detta och det kanske var tillfälligt då tidigare gäster nämnt att städningen är bra.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Exceptionally comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms and very clean. Staff were incredibly helpful for any needs we had and very friendly. We opted in to the breakfast option (€15 a day) which was definitely worth it!! Aircon is phenomenal too - made a huge difference in summer. Free public transport was included in our stay as well which was amazing. We saved so much money on bus tickets, the value for money was exceptional. Even though it is a bit out of town, there are food options and supermarkets right near the hotel if you need to quickly get food/drink to have close to home.
A little bit outside of the main town (20 mins) - however, with free public transport included in your stay and a bus stop outside the hotel, this was basically a non-issue.

Non sono assolutamente per friendly come scrivono. Prima di confermare la prenotazione ho scritto chiedendo se il mio barboncino toy era ammesso nella sala colazioni. Mi hanno detto che potevo portarlo con me nel trasportino. All’arrivo ho chiesto nuovamente e mi hanno confermato quanto già comunicato e a quel punto ho acquistato anche la colazione. La mattina però non ci hanno fatto entrare e una persona alla reception continuava a insistere dicendomi che l’hotel aveva le sue regole e che non era possibile che mi avessero detto che il cane all’interno del trasportino potesse entrare in sala colazione. Anche dopo avergli fatto leggere la risposta dei suoi colleghi continuava a insistere che non fosse possibile. Capisco che un hotel abbia le sue regole, m bSta metterle in chiaro da subito e uno fa altre scelte. Mentre andavamo via un’altra persona ci ha detto di aver avuto lo stesso problema.

Silenzioso e tranquillo nonostante sia vicino a una strada trafficata. Camere funzionali e curate, colazione abbondante e varia. Distributore acqua e caffè nella zona reception molto apprezzato.
