Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Les dames de l'accueil et du ménage sont très sympathiques. La piscine est top, avec souvent peu de monde ce qui permet d'en profiter pleinement. En effet, l'hôtel ne possède que deux étages et pas trop de logements, ce qui permet de se sentir un peu comme chez soi. Le balcon avec vu sur la piscine était aussi très apprécié, notamment pour mettre du linge a sécher.
Le plus gros point noir, c'est le bruit... malheureusement nous avions la chambre collée à l'ascenseur, le bruit des portes qui s'ouvrent et se ferment ainsi que la montée et descente de l'ascenseur étaient à la limite du supportable, surtout le soir. Également de nombreux chiens proches de l'hôtel qui aboient. Le parking de l'hôtel est également utilisé par le restaurant d'à côté ce qui fait que le soir il était compliqué de s'y garer, nous avons du nous garer dans la rue un soir. La kitchenette est équipée du minimum, il manquerait au moins des bols. Également pas mal de fourmis.

The bed was very comfortable and so was the room and the balconies. The pool was excellent and very clean and the gardens the same many thanks.

Tariffa e prezzo: Il costo della camera è stato di 230€ a notte, una cifra decisamente sproporzionata rispetto allo standard della struttura. Già nel pomeriggio dello stesso giorno della prenotazione la tariffa era scesa di oltre 100€ e, su un altro portale, la medesima tipologia di camera era offerta a 152€ in meno. Mancato rimborso: A seguito di quanto espresso e previa presentazione della documentazione richiesta su Booking, abbiamo ricevuto conferma del rimborso. Tuttavia, l'importo promesso con tanto di mail non ci è mai stato accreditato. Servizio clienti: Segnalo inoltre la difficoltà nel contattare l'assistenza Booking, gestita esclusivamente tramite risposte automatiche che non hanno risolto il problema. Faccio presente che il personale del ricevimento si è dimostrato molto gentile, ma la qualità complessiva dell'hotel e il disservizio legato al rimborso richiedono una vostra immediata verifica.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Wir wurden so so so herzlich empfangen! Sonja, die herzliche Dame an der Rezeption ist Klasse!!! ...sie hat uns auch gleich ein Handtuch für den Pool in die Hände gedrückt. Wir sind mit Rucksack unterwegs und hatten ein kleines Problem in unserer Logistik. Sonja findet glaube ich für alles DIE Lösung :-) Das Team sehr freundlich..alles mega sauber und auch komfortabel. Wir würden, werden wiederkommen.
Es gibt nichts was nicht gefällt.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026das Hotel war für uns die Basis für Erkundung der Algarve. Von hier aus starteten unsre Tagesausflüge nach Sagres (letzte Bratwurst vor Amerika), Tavira (Salinen und Pelikane) und Fuseta mit seiner Ria Formosa. Unser Motorrad konnten wir auf dem geräumigen Parkplatz des Hotel abstellen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Pool mit Naturschatten und Liegewiese. Das Frühstück war gut. Unser Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon. Zum Nächsten Supermarkt und verschiedenen Restaurants sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. andere Restaurants im der Nähe vom Hotel hatten Anfang Juni noch nicht geöffnet. Stefen und Claudi aus Leipzig
in der Nachbarschaft kläffen in der Nacht sehr laut und lange verschieden Hunde.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Basen ogólnodostępny. Obok świetna restauracja - niestety trzeba rezerwować miejsca wcześniej - przynajmniej w sezonie. Śniadania są lecz monotonne i z zimną jajecznicą.
Niestety ale czystość w pokojach to prosi się o pomstę. Pleść w łazience oraz szafki spuchnięte od wilgoci, Pełno mrówek w pokoju oraz łazience. W pokojach obok w nocy imprezy odbywały się a personel nie reagował na zgłoszenia o zakłócaniu ciszy nocnej.

If I have to point something out is just that location is not walking distance to anything of interest, but by car you are very close to Quarteira and Vilamoura.

Pequeno-almoço muito fraco... o aspeto geral do Hotel poderia ser melhorado, como pinturas, entrada (tem uns tapetes podres que até acrescentam pior aspeto). De manha, é recorrente ouvir as Senhoras da Limpeza a bater com portas e a fazer muito barulho, muito cedo. Acho que podiam ter mais cuidado. Geral, o Hotel é simpático, mas caro para as condições que disponibilizam.

No estacionamento, devido ao facto de ser também usado pelos clientes do restaurante Floresta, é difícil encontrar lugares disponíveis a certas horas do dia. Deveria ser encontrada uma solução mais satisfatória.

The pool is amazing, breakfast is lovely with so much choice. Staff are very friendly and make you feel so welcome. Room was lovely - nice bed, good kitchen facilities and a decent shower. Overall such a good stay and will definitely stay again.

The pool table outdoors was not in the best shape and there were some ants around the joint.

Un peu loin des supermarchés, et pas de trottoirs par endroits pour marcher en sécurité.

Reviewed May 3, 2026The staff went out of their way to halp us. We were upgraded from a studio apt to a one bedroom apt. The building could use a coat of paint but other than that it was very clean. The pool area was beautiful but unfortunately too cold to swim. This was the worst winter they had in 40 years so it was colder than usual with only 3-4 warm sunny days out of 30.
They were renovating the rooms while we were there. I believe our apartment was renovated but didn't get painted yet.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026We booked 2 studios that were very large with comfy beds for EU100 total. Great value. Staff were very nice. Clean rooms with kichenettes. 15 mins to the airport. Right next door to a very good restaruant.
The key card must be inserted in the interior card slot to power all the lights. Unfortunately a mid-night visit to the bathroom ended up with all the lights suddenly turning on. Someone was not too happy.
