El único problema es que la cama era extremadamente dura, los muelles producían dolor, realmente te despiertan, una pena porque personal, ubicación es muy buena. A un paso de todo el centro histórico.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026È il secondo anno consecutivo che scegliamo questo hotel e ci troviamo sempre molto bene. La posizione è centrale, perfetta per visitare la città e la pulizia è davvero impeccabile. Molto comoda anche la convenzione con il parcheggio, situato a circa 50 metri dall'hotel. Abbiamo apprezzato la recente ristrutturazione della reception e della sala colazioni, che rende gli ambienti ancora più accoglienti e moderni. In camera è presente un kit di cortesia molto completo, con saponi, limetta per unghie e altri accessori, un'attenzione al cliente davvero gradita. Un soggiorno sempre piacevole.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026location for being close to city center was great. however, being near city center did make for a noisy night if you like to sleep with windows open. but that is expected/comes with the location. room was a bit small to be able to have room for packing and unpacking luggage, but it served our needs as we didn't spend much time in the room. breakfast was what we needed and the hotel was clean with friendly staff.

1) Il rumore. La nostra stanza al primo piano affacciava su un vicolo ove sono presenti alcuni locali con dehor. Malgrado i vetri insonorizzati, fino all'una e mezzo di notte non abbiamo chiuso occhio. 2) Uno scomodissimo piumino. Invece delle lenzuola tradizionali con eventuale piumino o coperta, il nostro letto matrimoniale aveva in dotazione due piumini singoli di dimensioni talmente ridotte che non era possibile rimboccarle ai piedi (o, se lo facevi, ti trovavi con le spalle scoperte) Risultato: abbiamo passato la notte litigando con il piumino, trovandoci sistematicamente scoperti

Reviewed May 18, 2026La posizione dell’albergo è eccellente, a pochi minuti dal centro. Il personale si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile, mentre la colazione ha pienamente soddisfatto le aspettative.
La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato si trovava di fronte a un bar e, purtroppo, il rumore proveniente dall’esterno è stato molto intenso fino a circa le 2 del mattino, rendendo difficile riposare adeguatamente.

Purtroppo, nonostante avessimo pagato una stanza con aria condizionata, abbiamo sofferto il caldo (la stanza era mansardata e le finestre non avevano zanzariere). Il condizionatore c’era, ma mancava il telecomando, che abbiamo richiesto subito. La ragazza alla reception non ne sapeva nulla e ha provato a contattare il proprietario. Alla seconda richiesta ci è stato detto che un collega stava portando i telecomandi, ma a noi non è mai arrivato. Abbiamo lasciato correre per una notte, ma se il soggiorno fosse durato due notti o fosse stato pieno luglio saremmo stati costretti ad andare via.

Pretty decorations in the halls. Friendly staff that served a lovely breakfast and we’re helpful with shopping suggestions.

L'hotel est assez vieillot mais semble encore en travaux. Le problème est qu'il donne sur une rue ou il y a un bar de nuit : beaucoup de bruit , en semaine jusqu'à 1h00, le week end jusqu'à 3h00...

Assenza di disponibilità a rispondere a piccole richieste: indisponibilità a fornire una piantina della città e a tenere in deposito i bagagli per 2 ore dopo il check out (a ripetuta richiesta ripetuto diniego, è assolutamente la prima volta che mi capita, assurdo)

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, le bar voisin fait du bruit jusqu'à 2h du matin et les camions passent à partir de 6h. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage.
