Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Everything was wonderful. The location was very convenient and the property had a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. The views were beautiful, and it was very easy to get around, including convenient access to Tröpolach and the Millennium Express cable car. Our apartment was very clean and well-equipped. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome from dear Gabor, along with a delicious breakfast. He also gave us very helpful recommendations and information about the area. We truly enjoyed our stay and the whole trip, and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer! 😄
There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything was wonderful.

A kv híg kv volt (amerikai jellegű). Ilyennel nem találkoztam még a reggelit biztosító szállásoknál. Eszpreszó felár ellenében volt elérhető.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Obiekt położony w miejscu idealnym na spacery z wózkiem, nad malowniczą rzeką Gail. Była możliwość pomoczyć nogi. Spokojna okolica blisko głównej drogi-bardzo łatwy dojazd. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny właściciel. Serwuje śniadania z własnych wyrobów. Podobno obiady również. Niestety nie mieliśmy okazji spróbować. 10 minut samochodem do jeziora i wyciągów narciarskich. W okolicy park z wodospadami i trasa na szczyt Gartenerkofel.
Z subiektywnego punktu widzenia, jedyny odczuwalny dla mnie minus, to brak mocnej kawy z rana, choć podejrzewam że gdybym poprosił przy śniadaniu to i ten mankament by zniknął

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Velmi milí hostitelé, usměvaví a vstřícní. Vynikající snídaně v ceně. Ubytování je blízko k lyžařskému středisku. Všechno bylo připraveno k naší spokojenosti. Byli jsme v okolí Nassfeldu ubytovaní víckrát, ale tohle ubytování mělo nejlepší poměr ceny a nabízených služeb. Určitě doporučuji!

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Obiekt oddalony jest od głównej drogi dzięki czemu było cicho dzięki czemu bardzo dobrze się spało (łóżka są bardzo wygodne a po zasunięciu zasłon było całkowicie ciemno). Bardzo szybki dojazd do wyciągu narciarskiego jak i do pobliskiego miasteczka. Pokój czysty i przytulny, wyposażony w podstawowe udogodnienia. W obiekcie jest suszarnia na buty narciarskie tak więc rano zabieraliśmy wygrzane buty. Największą zaletą obiektu jest gospodarz który troszczy się o gości i dba żeby niczego im nie brakowało. Śniadania może nie były bardzo urozmaicone ale za to do wyboru były świeże produkty. Na uwagę zasługuje smaczne pieczywo wypiekane przez gospodarza. Warto zamówić kolację u gospodarza (zdjęcia w załączeniu). Gabor uwielbia gotować i robi to bardzo dobrze. Dwa razy zamówiliśmy kolację i raz była to pyszna kaczka po węgiersku z deserem a drugim razem zupa czosnkowa z rybą z ryżem i sosem tatziki. Do tego gospodarz proponuje dobrze dobrane wina. Koszt takiej kolacji to 18 euro co jest bardzo dobrą ceną w porównaniu do cen pobliskich restauracji a jedzenie jest tu o wiele lepsze. Gabor jest bardzo zaangażowany aby jego gościom niczego nie brakowało. Proponuje sposoby spędzenia wolnego czasu oraz pomaga i doradza swoim gościom. Z przyjemnością spędziliśmy kilka dni u Gabora i napewno jeszcze tu wrócimy. Dziękujemy za pyszne wino (prezent od gospodarza)

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026I servizi (per il deposito sci e scarponi), la struttura si trova nel verde (seppur innevato- è inverno) ad 1 minuto dal parking di risalita della millennium); Il paese è tranquillo, calmo ottimo per rilassarsi e stare fuori dal viavai del traffico seppur hai tutto a 2 minuti; i proprietari cordiali, simpatici e disponibilissimi. X chi vuole 1 vacanza in relax senza troppo affollamento è ottimo (o quandi scendi dalle piste da sci e vuoi rilassarti) punto a favore che ce silenzio e calma, se esci a vedere il bel panorama senti solo la natura e gli uccellini e puoi goderti dei bellissimi colori di albe e tramonti. Cibo discretamente buono (abbondante per chi come noi non è abituato a mangiare tanto la sera)

Rich and filling breakfast, They also provide a fantastic dinner made by themself which in my opinion is very nice. Our room was quiet large, very clean and warm, it also had a balcony with a mountain view. Car parking is free. There is a ski depot heated room which is very useful for your ski equipment. Gabor and his family are wonderful people. I highly recommend this guesthouse, we will gladly return when we have the chance.
No TV in the rooms. The mattress is very worn.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2024The accommodation was amazing. Gabor and his wife provided us with everything we needed with a nice welcoming drink and snack. Hotel is a real family based hotel very close to the ski area (5 min by car to gondola or 20 min to top of the mountain). Breakfast was good with some special homemade salami or sweets to choose beside normal buffet options. They also provide a fantastic dinner made by themself which in my opinion is very nice. Our room was quiet large, very clean and warm, it also had a balcony with a mountain view. Car parking is free. There is a ski depot heated room which is very useful for your ski equipment. All in all, if a way brings me to that part of Austria i will definitely book with them again! Keep the good job running this business with your heart!

Breakfast is very good, and if lucky you'll be able to taste some of Gabor's own-made food. Highly recommend the dining here as well, where you'll be able to share typical Hungarian food while chatting with other guests. The room was warm and spacious, the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend for solo travellers, couples or families!

Reviewed Feb 9, 2023The hosts made us feel very welcome and sorted all of our needs. The rooms were simple, clean and spaceous. Perfect size for a couple. In the morning you wake up to the beautfiul view of the mountains. Breakfast had a nice array of items, with a really great homeamde sausage. The accomodation has a cool cozy chill out area, with a fireplace and a variety of boardgames to choose from, so you can relax afer long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend and I really hope we visit this lovely area again.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2023I was staying here on a ski holiday. The guesthouse is close to the ski bus stop (about a 5-10 minute walk) and the ski bus runs here very regularly. The guesthouse is equipped with a ski storage room, including a place to dry ski boots. The rooms were simple, but cozy and very clean. The breakfasts were good, I didn't miss anything. I recommend paying extra for dinners, as it is a great opportunity not only to eat well, but also to meet the SUPER great owner. He is an incredibly likeable person who took SUPER great care of us and served his own delicious Hungarian wines during dinner, including an expert explanation. The staff speaks Hungarian and English, the owner speaks English really well. I highly recommend this guesthouse - I felt at home here and SUPER well looked after. I would definitely love to come back in the future.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2023Excellent location, just 6 min driving from Millenium Express, about 10 min from Hermagor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for this price point, with fresh fruits & veggies and even including freshly cooked eggs. It is a quiet location, which we liked, but be aware there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity (the chalet offers dinner, though). Plenty of free parking at the property.
The bedding could use an update. Wifi is a bit slow, but that didn't really bother us.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2023Chalet in a small, quiet village between Hermagor and Troepolach. The room was clean and warm and the owner is friendly and helpful and will let you sample his home-made schnapps and wine. The village is served by an hourly bus in each direction, which connects with the train station at Hermagor (10-15 minutes) and the Millennium Express ski lift (5 minutes). The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the property. (There are more frequent ski buses in the peak ski season.)
Being the first week of the ski season there was not the possibility to have the evening meal in the chalet.
