Reviewed Sep 11, 2026It’s a hostel with an excellent location, very close to all the main tourist attractions while still being in a quiet area. The rooms are clean, quite cozy, and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The guy at the main reception was very friendly and helpful. The price is also very affordable, making it very good value for money.
I honestly have nothing negative to say. The accommodation was exactly what I expected, and the rooms are just as they appear in the pictures. They’re not very large, but they have enough space to rest comfortably.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026I was shocked at the high quality of the room for the price. I cannot imagine a more comfortable stay for such a reasonable rate
The check in process was a bit bizarre, and accidentally quite inconvenient since we were coming by car: We were instructed to do the check in process not far away but at a different hotel altogether, located on one of the narrow, eventually impassable streets on the Jewish quarter, but this only became clear once we'd followed the map to the address provided, at which point it was necessary to reverse and try to park somewhere, all of which ended up being extremely difficult. Once inside this other hotel, we were informed that the room would not be ready until 15:00, and I was scolded for parking where I had. We moved the car to a parking garage and did some sightseeing before finally returning to pick up the keys to our actual hotel room, which turned out to be perfect, but very little about the check in process was simple.

The AC works very well in a very warm city. The room and hotel is lovely and perfectly clean in a quiet area. The staff is very nice and helpful if needed and keep your luggages safely before and after your stay. I had a problem with the shower and it was resolved even before I had the time to walk from the reception to my room.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The air conditioned rooms were great and also the presence of tv and hairdryer, the mattresses were comfortable and with some embedded room for luggage. The location close to parkings and the center of the city is also great.
The shower had little room for bathing and the curtains let water flow into the bathrooms for several of us. One of the showerheads (the one in room 8) needed fixing, since it sprayed all over. The fact that the reception was not in the hotel itself was also a bit troubling, even if not that far. It also had few electric outlets, in order to charge the phones we had to unplug the bedside lamps.

NOBODY ON SITE and this was NOT made clear in the listing. NO STAFF ON SITE. They make you schlep to a different location to get checked in. VERY INCONVENIENT. Bad communication. Only sent this info via WhatsAPP, which I never use. Did not use the Booking.com platform (until after the fact, to cover their tracks). Almost missed the midnight cut-off for check in because of their surprise b.s. Also, THE TOILET DOES NOT FLUSH. room 31. Five attempts, each time letting the tank fully recover. I finally had to file up a waste basket with water and dump that at the same time as flushing. It worked after three attempts. THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! No elevator. Dragging luggage up three flights can be very difficult. Final complaint: Apple Maps calls this hotel something very different - and uses the supposed name for a completely different hotel. Makes navigation aggravating.

No es gustar, porque no me causó problema, es más para que lo revisen si es posible. El desagüe de la ducha vacia muy lento, muy muy lento, no se si al ser tercera planta es un problema normal y de díficil solución o si es solo la habitación en la que estuve.
