Die Lage vom Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, das Hotel selbst ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen, Sauberkeit ist beispielhaft, das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und einfach köstlich, das Personal freundlich und sehr aufmerksam und auch kommunikativ, besser geht’s nicht, CHAPEAU

A parkoló kicsi ès le kell adni a kulcsot, hogy ha kell arrèbb tudjanak àllni, hogy más kiférjen, fizetős, de ha ügyesen lehet parkolni a kis utcában a hotel mellett is. 😉

Soggiorno davvero meraviglioso! Era la seconda volta che tornavamo all’Hotel Alisei e ci siamo trovati nuovamente benissimo. Dopo una settimana abbiamo deciso di aggiungere un’altra notte e, con nostra grande sorpresa, ci hanno fatto un upgrade in una splendida suite al quarto piano, dotata di una terrazza enorme e di una vista mozzafiato sul mare! Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, la colazione ottima e la pulizia impeccabile. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Bagni Libra, il top!

nota: alcuni balconi e infissi esterni avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, così come la piscina. Per il resto, soggiorno davvero piacevole

It was very close to the beach and in walking distance to a big selection of restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with everything very tasty and fresh. The rooms are air conditioned which was a wonderful necessity during the constant high temperatures in Italy at the time.

There was nothing which we didn’t like.

Die Lage zum Strand

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – für uns kein 4-Sterne-Niveau Wir sind mit dem Auto nach Rimini gereist und haben uns ganz bewusst für das Alisei Palace Hotel entschieden, weil uns ein sicherer Parkplatz besonders wichtig war. Nach dem Check-in wurde unser Fahrzeugschlüssel vom Hotelpersonal übernommen. Da die Parkplatzkapazität sehr begrenzt ist, werden offenbar mehr Fahrzeuge angenommen als Stellplätze vorhanden sind. Dementsprechend wurden die Autos regelmäßig vom Personal umgeparkt und standen fast jeden Tag an einer anderen Stelle. Am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir leider eine Beschädigung an der hinteren Stoßstange unseres Autos feststellen, die vorher definitiv nicht vorhanden war. Als wir den Schaden an der Rezeption meldeten, wurde jede Verantwortung abgelehnt. Uns wurde gesagt, wir müssten selbst zur Polizei gehen, Anzeige erstatten und erst danach könnten eventuell die Videoaufnahmen überprüft werden. Sollte ein anderer Gast den Schaden verursacht haben, müssten wir anschließend selbst gegen diesen Fahrzeughalter vorgehen. Diese Reaktion ist für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar und inakzeptabel. Wenn ein Hotel den Fahrzeugschlüssel übernimmt und die Autos seiner Gäste selbst regelmäßig umparkt, erwarten wir auch einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit den Fahrzeugen. Den Gast bei einem Schaden einfach mit dem Problem alleinzulassen, ist aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Vom Hotel kam weder ein ernsthafter Lösungsversuch noch irgendeine Form von Entgegenkommen. Leider war das nicht der einzige negative Punkt. Beim Check-in wurden wir zunächst freundlich empfangen, danach waren wir jedoch weitgehend auf uns allein gestellt. Es wurde weder Hilfe mit dem Gepäck angeboten noch erklärt, wo sich unser Zimmer befindet. Wir bekamen lediglich die Zimmerkarte und die Etage genannt und mussten unser Zimmer mit dem gesamten Gepäck selbst suchen. Auch der Zustand des Zimmers entspricht unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr einem 4-Sterne-Standard.

Das Hotel liegt nah am Stand. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sauber.

Es gab kein SPA Angebot im Hotel. Sauna war geschlossen. Der Pool liegt nahe an der stark belebten Straße. Das Frühstück ist um 10:00 schon ziemlich ausgedünnt. Einige Leistungen kosten extra.

Genau gesagt war alles ode und langweilig wie vor Jahren nichts verbessert oder verändert.

Die Zimmern haben nach starken Reinigungsmittel gerochen das man Kopfschmerzen bekommen hat und kaumschlafen konnte. Hotel wurde als wellnesshotel angeboten mit innen Pool und Sauna leider keins davon war vorhanden.Die eigene Liegen am Strand müssten wir 48 Euro am Tag bezahlen und Parkplatz 15 Euro am Tag pura abzocke.

Das Bad war sehr unsauber, die Badetür war aufgeweicht und das Wasser stand im Bad nach dem Duschen. Aus der Klimaanlage kam extrem viel staub. Das Doppelbett waren einfach nur 2 einzelne Betten zusammen geschoben, die immer wieder auseinander gerutscht sind. Von dem Balkon waren die Plastikwände richtig eklig und aufgeweicht.

Piscina molto bella e comoda, peccato fosse proprio di fianco alla strada quindi non troppo silenziosa

Staff e titolare disponibilissimi, sempre col sorriso e pronti a darti informazioni su posti dove mangiare (suggerisco Stella Marina e Cala46) o soddisfare le tue richieste. Camera pulita e spaziosa, piacevole anche la vista mare laterale dal balcone (di fronte o di lato, alzarsi e vedere il mare è sempre piacevole!). Colazione ottima, buffet piuttosto ricco con mini pancake e mini waffle, uova strapazzate, omelette, bacon, frutta, salumi, 3-4 tipologie di torte, croissant e altro, tutto buono e rifornito più volte durante la colazione, che termina alle 11 (altro notevole plus per chi fa serata e vuole dormire un po' di più). Parcheggio interno sia all'aperto che coperto. Per il resto, che dire, la spiaggia è letteralmente a 30m dall'hotel e c'è una convenzione al 10% con la spiaggia Libra (proprio di fronte). Super promosso!

Sala per la colazione un filo troppo calda, poca aria, andrebbero aperte tutte le vetrate. Ma è proprio l'unica pecca trovata.

Alcune cose erano un po trascurate, tipo la doccia che il doccino non stava dritto e girava da solo o il tappo del bidet rotto!

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Man bekommt bei den Liegen Rabatt. Frühstück war nichts aussergewöhnliches, aber alles da was man braucht.

Verlangen 15 Euro für Parkplatz. Jeden Tag aufs Neue könnte ich mein Auto Um parken. Es gibt bessere hotels. Zu kleiner Parkplatz, Frühstück hat nicht geschmeckt. Einzig gute hotel ist am Strand

mais…chambre 3 étoiles: douche étroite, ils ont oublié de faire les lits un soir ou changer les serviettes 😡, wifi très très instable, parking lilliputien (il faut laisser les clés à la réception) pour 15 euros , il y a à peine 20 places qui dont en boites à conserve. Das Hotel ist modern und praktisch ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind schön und die Bäder groß! Der Pool hat angenehme Temperatur und ist ausreichend groß. Die Lage direkt am Strand super. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und es wird ständig nachgelegt, der Raum sehr schön mit ruhiger Atmosphäre.

Zum Zentrum ist es leider etwas weit und die Straße beim hotel sehr turbulent. Ansich ist das hotel sehr ruhig!

A szobák nagyon tiszták voltak, a személyzet nagyon kedves!! Minden a leírtak szerint volt.

Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, und waren groß. Man kann die Badetücher für 10,00 Euro / Stück leihen. Man bekommt das Geld bei Abgabe wieder zurück. Pool findet sich im hinteren Teil des Hotels, ist eher schattig. Bei Mieten von Sonnenschirmen und Liegen am Strand bekommt man 10% Hotelnachlass. Frühstück war auch reichlich, und für jeden was dabei.

Parkplätze sind im Aussenbereich und in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Schlüssel muss jedoch abgegeben werden.

Hotel zlokalizowany pomiędzy główną ulicą, a promenadą - kilka kroków od plaży. W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy, a kilka minut spacerem do stacji Metromare. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. To wygodne jeśli planujesz zwiedzanie okolicy. Przy hotelu basen z leżakami - wygodna opcja, ale liczba leżaków niewielka, a sam basen w cieniu (dla jednych plus, dla innych minus). Hotel czysty, klimatyzowany, pokoje całkiem ok, choċ dość podstawowe wyposażone. Łóżko duże i wygodne, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Okna dobrze wyciszające - nie słychać ulicy. Śniadania bufetowe smaczne, choć niezbyt urozmaicone - przez tydzień pobytu nic się nie zmieniało. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna.

Warto urozmaicić nieco śniadania - dodać więcej warzyw, bo tego nieco brakowało. W pokojach jedna szafa to mało na dłuższy pobyt - brakuje miejsca na ubrania. Prysznic dość wąski - mała kabina. Darmowe plaże w znacznej odległości - te przy hotelu są płatne (dla jednych minus, dla innych plus).

The staff were incredibly helpful, with a special shout out to the reception team, who were always welcoming and friendly. They were happy to answer all of my questions, provided helpful local advice, and arranged a taxi for me without any hassle. The hotel's location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, and it was within easy walking distance of the marina and the centre, making it a great base for exploring the area. I felt safe throughout my stay, and the hotel was kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. Each day I returned to my room, it had been beautifully cleaned and presented, which made my stay pleasant.

I was disappointed to be told on arrival that the Wellness Centre would be closed for the duration of my stay. This wasn't communicated before I travelled and was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. While access to another hotel's facilities was offered, it wasn't something that appealed to me. The room felt too small for a seven night stay and became cramped over the course of the week. I was also unable to control the air conditioning, and the room often felt stuffy, especially at night. This made the later charge for bottled water (see comment below) even more disappointing. The balcony was spacious but only had two chairs and an old deck chair, with no table, and it overlooked neighbouring rooms, offering very little privacy. The swimming pool itself was clean and well maintained, but the surrounding area was too small for the size of the hotel and there weren't enough sunbeds. The ladders at both the shallow and deep ends also felt loose and could do with maintenance. The 10% discount at Libra Beach Club was only honoured once. On a later visits I asked again but didn't receive the discount. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming. If you arrived after around 9.00am, despite breakfast being served until 11.00am, the choice was noticeably reduced and items were not always replenished. My biggest disappointment was being charged €18 at checkout for bottled water from the room fridge. Having stayed in many three and four star hotels across Europe, the USA and the Middle East, I've become used to complimentary chilled bottled water being provided, especially during a heatwave. The charge left a disappointing final impression. Rimini is a fantastic destination and one I would happily recommend, especially now there are direct flights from Manchester. Unfortunately, despite some positives, I don't feel this hotel lived up to its four star rating.

Das Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber.wir hatten ein Balkon mit Sicht auf den Strand.Der Strand war direkt vor dem Hotel man musste nur eine kleine strasse überqueren.Es gab auch einen kleinen aber ausreichend großen Pool zum Hotel. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack war gesorgt. Das Personal waren alle samt sehr freundlich ,viele konnten auch sehr gut Deutsch sprechen. Parken konnten wir auf dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz.

Der Urlaub war zu kurz.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, right on the seafront, with everything you need within easy reach. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a great start to each day. What impressed us the most was the exceptional cleanliness. The rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping service deserves special praise—it was thorough, consistent, and kept everything in perfect condition throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The absolute biggest asset of this hotel is its staff—everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Another major highlight was the breathtaking view, which made our stay very special. The breakfast selection was standard and perfectly adequate.

The hotel parking is a paid service with very limited capacity, and the reception requires guests to leave their car keys for vehicle management, which was not entirely comfortable for us. Additionally, the air conditioning in our Superior room was out of order. Due to high occupancy, it took two days to arrange a room change, which was a bit challenging with a family.

Lokalizacja hotelu fantastyczna, basen przy hotelu, parking trochę za mały z uwagi na liczbę gości. W recepcji należało zostawić kluczyki, aby w razie konieczności umożliwić wyjazd innym gościom. Tuż przy hotelu plaża , morze, sklepy, bary , restauracje.

Klimatyzacja sterowana centralnie, nie ma możliwości regulacji. Dla nas trochę za zimno. Jeśli otworzysz trochę balkon, od razu się wyłącza i wtedy jest duszno. Było to trochę problemowe. Śniadania, pomimo tego że były urozmaicone, szybko znikały z bufetu i długo się czekało na ponowne uzupełnienie. Trochę to dziwnie wyglądało jak obsługa przynosiła z kuchni po jednym widelcu albo kilka szklanek, a talerze i bemary stały przez 10 minut puste. Warzyw prawie w ogóle nie było.

I liked the location, walking distance to the beach , restaurants and stores. It is a family oriented environment, you see multigenerational families enjoying life. The hotel staff is wonderful, the air condition has a good temperature. Breakfast is good too. We love the hotel so much that we are extending our stay two more days !!!

Goed en schoon hotel. Direct aan de boulevard en strand. Eigen parkeerplaats direct achter het hotel. Meertalige receptie. Goede airco in de kamer.

Het zwembad ligt direct aan de voorkant van het hotel, vrij klein en weinig ligbedden. Het eigen strand is eigenlijk een gedeelte van een prive strand. Je krijgt hier 10% korting. 2x ligstoel en parasol kost 25 euro voor 1 dag in juni. Wel een gezellig gedeelte van het strand. Het hotel en boulevard ligt aan een drukke straat. In het hotel merk je dit niet.

Świetna i pomocna obsługa, pokoje sprzątane codziennie a śniadania bardzo smaczne. Doskonała lokalizacja - restauracje, sklepy, przystanki są pod ręką i oczywiście plaża 2 minuty od hotelu. Okolica bawi się do późna ale pokoje są doskonale wygłuszone i chronią przed upałem, a darmowa klimatyzacja pozwala komfortowo spać.

No rītiem apkopēja skaļi tīrīja istabas, kaut ko dauzīja, tīrīja ar putekļu sūcēju. Blakus istabā dzīvoja ģimene ar mazu bērnu, kas bļāva agri no rīta. Pagulēt šajā viesnīcā nezidosies.

For Italian standards, the breakfast offered a surprisingly wide and varied selection of food. The hotel provides private parking, which is a great advantage, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

One minor drawback was the noise from the street, which could be noticeable in the pool area, particularly during busier periods of the day.

La camera era spoglia, una lampada da lettura non funzionava, abbiamo dovuto chiedere un doccia schiuma. Carina ma non all’altezza di un 4 stelle

Posizione, colazione e soprattutto pulizia ottima. Camera e hotel di ottimo livello.

Una perdita sotto il lavandino, può capitare ma, dopo averlo segnalato prontamente, avrei apprezzato un feedback sulla risoluzione del problema. Suggerisco di includere nel prezzo della camera la zona spa/area benessere, dovrebbero rientrare nei servizi a disposizione di un hotel di questo livello. Credo che un hotel del genere debba e anzi voglia puntare al massimo. Comunque nel complesso molto positivo ma avrei dato volentieri 10 se non avessi trovato queste imperfezioni. Complimenti comunque per il lavoro che c'è dietro!
