Beautifully presented with an excellent restaurant. Room size super and bath with shower over. Fluffy towels and good bedding. Lovely walk around the village following a trail given by hotel. Decent breakfast ingredients and selection. Helpful staff.

Our room was cold and no heating available but did bring us a heater which helped. It lacked any general areas to sit except outside. No lounge and the bar area with sofas only opened at 4pm. The breakfast is all self service - even the coffee machines and so the place lacked any atmosphere or soul. You came, ate and that was all they offered. Basically Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. Good but could be a lot better.

Eine tolle Lage, sehr ruhig. Ein Landgut, das sehr schön angelegt ist. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, am Besten war der fröhliche und freundliche Mann im Frühstücksraum, da ging bei der freundlichen Begrüßung die Sonne auf.

Friendly and helpful staff, a quiet and peaceful location, daily cleaning, comfortable beds, a well-maintained garden, and a delicious breakfast.

You probably need to enjoy staying in old, historic properties to fully appreciate this hotel. Our room had stone floors and walls and small windows, like most rooms in the hotel, which made it feel cold and dark. There was also a musty, old smell in the room and in the furniture, so we did not feel comfortable storing our clothes there. Although the beds themselves were comfortable, the duvets were extremely heavy.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en het lekkere eten.

De kamer, nr 100 is een echte tegenvaller. de slaapkamer kan men enigszins nog authentiek noemen passend bij de oude boerderij maar de badkamer is een serieuze teleurstelling. Een douche waar je ook als slanke persoon amper in kan bewegen, en een enorme rioolgeur na het douchen. de kamer was zijn prijs niet waard.

La struttura è bellissima, curata e con un’atmosfera davvero piacevole, perfetta per un soggiorno in Normandia. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e pulita e abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’attenzione riservata anche al nostro bebè, per il quale era stata preparata una culla apposita. Ottimi anche i prodotti da bagno e per il corpo messi a disposizione. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e consiglierei assolutamente la struttura.

Unica nota negativa riguarda il ristorante, che purtroppo, a nostro parere, non è assolutamente all’altezza dell’hotel. La nostra esperienza a cena non è stata positiva e personalmente non lo consiglierei. Tornerei volentieri a soggiornare qui, ma sceglierei un’altra soluzione per la cena.

Such a stunning place and food was absolutely ridiculously phenomenal! Out of was from main cities but definitely worth driving there.

Would be amazing to have motorcycles parking spots next to disabled parking as using car park could be tricky in the main carpark even tho mentioned by staff it’s pretty safe there.

Да норм. Очень хотелось отметить коллегу из Казахстана. Очень приятно видеть соотечественников и самое главное приятное общение на русском языке. Это все минусы закрывает.

Lage sehr gut; von der vorbeiführenden Straße bekommt man nichts mit. Das Zimmer ging zum Innenhof und hatte eine ausreichende Größe für 2 Personen. Durfte aber auch nicht kleiner sein. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Zimmerservice. Qualitativ hochwertige Speisen im Restaurant. Preislich top!

Es gab nichts zu kritisieren. Wie immer gab es es jedoch die Hotelgäste, die wohl der Meinung sind, alleine im Hotel zu sein. Laute Gespräche im Hof vor 07.00 Uhr am Morgen. Da kann das Hotel allerdings nichts für....

à l'accueil du restaurant nous avons attendu un certain temps avant d'être pris en charge chef de cuisine assez désagréable tout au long de notre expérience

Le restaurant est très bien et, le personnel très sympathique.

La chambre est spacieuse mais, pour ce qui est des salles de bain, pas terrible, aucun petits accessoires de dépannage pour les soins du visage et autres..du jamais vu dans un 4 étoiles, même pas un rouleau de papier de toilette de reserve, obligé d'en demander car celui installé était presque vide. Une douche a peine accessible, la porte bute contre les toilettes. C'était une chambre supérieure de luxe....je n'ose imaginer les autres.

Concernant le resto, nous avons pris des Huîtres et la présentation des Huîtres était négligée...Le commis en cuisine ne devait pas être habitué à ouvrir des Huîtres.. Il débutait dans le métier.

Had dinner twice. It was ok but a bit overpriced for the rather average quality of the dishes.

De uitstraling van het landgoed. Goed onderhouden gebouwen, mooie inrichting en prachtige tuin.

De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel in de receptie van het hotel was ver te zoeken (slecht). Zij ontkenden volhardend een probleem bij een serieuze klacht. Wij hadden de laatst beschikbare kamer via Booking.com, de zgn. Kleine ‘cosy’ tweepersoons kamer voor 2 nachten met ontbijt € 460. Een pittige prijs voor 12 m2. Het bleek een zolderkamer te zijn, waarvan het raam niet open kon. De vrijstaande airco-unit stond op 50cm van het bed op de grond. Je stootte continu je hoofd tegen de dakspanten en wij zijn niet echt niet lang. Toen we hierover klaagden werden we niet serieus genomen met allerlei uitvluchten. Dit was zeer teleurstellend. Voor de 2e dag konden we met bijbetaling een betere kamer krijgen.

A beautiful well maintained property with a lot of history in the quaint village of Crépon We had a superior room which was very comfortable & well appointed. The reception was efficient, friendly & welcoming

The welcome in the restaurant was again friendly and the staff genial. Unfortunately we waited a long time to order our food with long waits between courses. Other tables were served much quicker & had arrived after us & left before The food was mediocre and was really style over substance. At breakfast there was a good choice of items and great to have freshly squeezed orange juice

The entire hotel location and facility exceeded our expectation. The room was fantastic and the room facilities were great. Staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar were both good and helpful. Breakfast was very good with many options.

I have no complaints.

the shower was over a bath with no grab handles to assist in getting in or out would have preferred a shower cubilcle. No room had a separate shower

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was wonderful. The property is beautiful; the rooms are quaint and charming and full of character. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.

If we had any disappointment, it was with the food. The breakfast has significantly changed from 10 years ago, and though it was fine, it was very basic and it wasn't like it used to be. We did have dinner there one night and I would rate it as a 7/10. There are plenty of good restaurants within 10k, so finding good places to eat is not an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and we will be staying there again.

L’environnement est exceptionnel, personnel parfait

Dommage isolation phonique (entre la chambre et le couloir) un peu léger pour un quatre étoiles. Sinon pour l’hôtel rien à dire. Par contre très grosse déception sur le restaurant : mauvais accueil (tables trop proches les unes des autres, quand on demande une autre table on nous répond que c’est complet alors que des tables sont restées vides). Tartare de Saint Jacques non assaisonnées une seule Saint-Jacques, ris de veau trop cuit, … Erreur sur l’apéritif servi. Obligé de réclamer des olives pourtant distribuées sur toutes les tables avec l’apéritif. Impossible d’avoir un conseil pour un vin. Bref je ne recommande en aucun cas le restaurant. Dommage pour l’hôtel

Die Unterkunft liegt ländlich nahe Bayeux, das Ambiente ist ansprechend und gepflegt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Im Restaurant mussten wir länger auf das Essen warten, da das Team noch neu und nicht ganz eingespielt war. Dafür wurde sich aber entschuldigt und es wurde wieder gut gemacht.

Very beautiful hotel, perfect spot for a romantic vacation in a historical environment. We were upgraded to a superior room which was extremely nice and lots of space, the bed was comfortable and also a comfy bathtub! We had a really good dinner in the restaurant, food was delicious!

I would have appreciated more cozy and softer lights, also candle lights and why not light a fire in the fireplace?!

We arrived after several days of busy travel to a restful paradise! The architecture immediately started relieving the stress of travel and the beautifully maintained grounds and peaceful atmosphere helped us regain a sense of peace in the busy hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away from stress and just breath freely for a few nights. We felt completely safe the whole stay and were treated with great kindness and deference.

Beautiful property. The restaurant is superb. It’s very easy to take an UBER into Bayeaux where you can walk, eat, shop, and visit the beautiful cathedral.

L'ensemble des bâtiments est magnifique, le site très calme avec beaucoup de charme et de cachet. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Nous avons juste été surpris de ne pas avoir été accompagnés jusqu'à notre table. "Choisissez une table de 4" nous a précisé la personne à l'accueil en montrant le fond de la salle du doigt. Un amuse-bouche aurait été bienvenu pour accompagner nos apéritifs (les cocktails maison). La WIFI ne passait pas très bien mais les murs de cette vieille bâtisse sont tellement épais que ce n'est pas étonnant. En dehors de cela tout était très bien.

Almost nothing left at 8.30am Restaurant second rate, served cold undercooked served cold undercooked food and no improvement once complained and it was returned!! Don't book this establishment based on the attractive pictures and expect it to be quality. Not even up to standard of a budget chain!!

Zeer mooi gerestaureerd oude vestingboerderij. Kamer is erg mooi en ademt historie uit terwijl al het comfort aanwezig is dat nodig is. Restaurant is bovendien aan te bevelen; eten is erg lekker. Fietsen in de omgeving is zeer goed te doen en aan te bevelen waaronder vele historische plaatsen, bijvoorbeeld Bayeux en Omaha beach. Mooie tour van ong. 55km. Vergeet niet het restaurant bij de booking al te reserveren
