Room 108 on ground floor a bit noisy as next to stairs. We prefer staying in far end rooms on higher floors

Frühstück wird extra berechnet und ist für das Gebotene relativ teuer. Auch der Parkplatz muss separat bezahlt werden. Trotz relativ günstigem Zimmerpreis ist damit das Gesamtpaket etwas zu hoch.

Der Parkplatz. Gute Dimension auch für große Fahrzeuge. Leicht zugänglich ohne groß zu rangieren. Mit hohem Tor sehr gut vor Diebstahl / Vadalismus etc. geschützt. Kosten Lt. Booking.com 10 €, es wurden aber 13 € berechnet.

Uralte, extrem steile und sehr schmale Treppe in die oberen Stockwerke. Im Eingangsbereich eine "üble Bruchbude". Löcher im Bodenbelag werden durch alte Fußmatten überdeckt. Kloakengestank im Empfang. Schiebetüre zum Bad und Toilette im Zimmer ohne jeden Griff. Weder von außen noch von innen. So läßt sich dieser Bereich weder bei der Sicht, noch vom Geruch vom Schlafbereich trennen. Dusche mit extrem wenig Druck. Wasser pulsiert nur etwas und warm/kalt läßt sich kaum einstellen. Parkplatz teurer als bei der Buchung angegeben.

Weve stayed here a couple if times .it's a great position for the city .safe car parking aswell .the guy on the desk was very helpfull . Breakfast was good .not a massive selection but good enough.

Binnenkomst ,je staat voor een hek en heb een code nodig om binnen te komen ,die moet je binnen halen ...als je geluk heb staat er iemand buiten die je ziet. En je moet voor parkeren betalen

Quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom facilities were quite good and generally in I good order.

The approach to the flat was a little dark and dour. The kettle did not work and some of the electrical sockets were loosely fixed to the wall but still working order.

The car park was also very useful, and being able to pay by card made everything simple and convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Posizione eccellente per la visita della città. Possibilità di riservare un posto auto a prezzi accettabili ma non è stato necessario farlo perché la struttura si trova in una strada con parcheggio libero e che abbiamo trovato proprio davanti all'ingresso. La zona sembra molto tranquillo. Il prezzo della prima colazione ci è sembrato un po' alto ma non l'abbiamo presa e quindi non so cosa offre. Preferiamo sempre farla altrove e vista la comoda posizione, è stato possibile recarci in un bar.

Il bagno con lavandino molto piccolo e il tutto un po' scomodo. C'è da dire che è facile trovare una simile situazione. Al solito, le prese scarseggiano e bisogna sempre staccare le abat-jour per caricare gli apparecchi elettronici che ormai fanno parte del bagaglio. Scalinata fra il piano terra e i piani superiori un po' scomoda. Credo impossibile da praticare per persone con qualche disabilità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo un po' alto ma, anche in Francia anche questo è abbastanza frequente.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Auto hat einen sicheren Parkplatz. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist ist sehr gut. Die Stadt ist sehr schön, gemütlich, es gibt viel anzusehen. Wir kommen jedes Jahr auf unserer Rückreise in dieses saubere Hotel

L’accueil était très sympathique.

La literie est assez catastrophique et les oreillers ne sont pas vraiment des oreillers tellement ils étaient plats donc la nuit a été compliqué. Et gros soucis de propreté quand même au vu des boules de poussières et cheveux que l’on a pu voir. A un endroit de la chambre il y’avait des projections rouges comme si quelqu’un avait saigné c’était pas très ragoûtant.

Loved the gated secure parking which was an extra 15euros a night and the central location to the town centre. Room size was good and a nice big shower.

The memory foam mattresses were very thin and you could feel the solid bed base through the mattress. In the morning you were woken up by the sound of next doors shower running and people walking around upstairs. Soundproofing could be improved. Reception also closed at 9pm and they charged for late check in. We just made it in time! No kettle in the room to make tea and coffee

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig zur Altstadt von Troyes. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut.

Unterkunft war nicht sauber, sehr viele Haare auf dem Boden im Zimmer und im Bad Es gab kein warm Wasser, mussten kalt duschen Gebäude sehr hellhörig

The staff at the hotel are great, we have two small dogs, that come with us, they always provide a ground floor or sometimes the 1st floor for our dogs. It's the perfect location and place to come...

De lokatie was top! Airco is fijn en het bed was prima!

The position is short walk to the center. Perfect to visit the city. Safe parking inside. The staff allow me to keep the car two hours longer then the check out to have more time for sightseeing.

Visuellement, les photos des chambres les mettent bien en valeur, et nous avons eté un peu surpris en arrivant.

L'emplacement géographique

La chambre n'avait rien à voir avec les photos proposées sur booking : petite (loin des 15m2), pas nette (sol douche + nombreuses petites mouches noires), matelas inconfortable (les ressorts), lavabo à l'extérieur de la salle d'eau ET la mauvaise foi du propriétaire qui m'affirme que toutes les chambres sont similaires !! Les photos parleront d'elles-mêmes Chambres du rdc à éviter

Hors mis le fait qu’un client m’ait accroché ma voiture en partant et ne laissant aucun message, le petit déjeuner est tout à fait médiocre

One night here on a stopover from the Alps. Clean, good enough shower but......... The walls were paper thin. The mattress was terrible. There were a lot of flies in the room, not obvious early evening but definitely in the morning. I would have slept better in the car. The receptionist was friendly.

Nothing much really other than it being a kerfuffle to leave the premises as a lone person in a car. The security gates do not open automatically from the inside when leaving. So you have to exit the pedestrian gate then enter the entry code for the main gates to open before returning to your vehicle and driving out - hopefully all before the gates started shutting again! Not a big issue but could be made easy for the lone traveller.,

Location was great, central location. Everything withing walking distance. The aircon in the room worked perfectly. There's facility for secured parking for 9 Euro. Friendly and professional staff.

The bathroom was a joke - the size and the state! There was dust and dirt in several places. The pillows were too flat for our liking.

De airco is een losstaand apparaat wat best veel herrie maakt, maar fijn dat die er is.

Er was een garagebox beschikbaar om de motoren (2 stuks) veilig te kunnen stallen. De kamers waren totaal keurig gerenoveerd. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het historisch stadscentrum met vele barretjes en restaurants. Levendige stad!!

Alles qua kwaliteit/prijs prima in orde.

Private parking on site for €10 per night. We stayed in room number 2 on the ground floor of the building opposite. It doesn't look as nice as the ones in the hotel's pictures. This room is good for a handicap or people with less mobilities as there's an extra bathroom for them. There's a portable air conditioning which can cool the whole room but made noise as well. We didn't have the breakfast but saw people having it and it looked good for only €7 per person.

The pillows were so soft and flat. The bed is a bit too low and the mattress is a bit thin, considering that this room is for a handicap/less mobilities. There's no wardrobe or at least a clothes rack in the room. But with the price we paid, we don't t expect much.

Zimmer war geräumig, Bad sehr klein. Die Lage war gut, man war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel mit sehr guter Lage zur Innenstadt. Parkplatz im Innenhof und ausreichend ausgestattetes Frühstücksbuffet zum Start in den Tag sind extrem praktisch. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen zur Stadt und zu Ausflügen. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel und würden es wieder wählen.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Wet room flooded as the floor was flat. My husband slipped over and damaged his hand. Room was infested with mosquitos. THE most basic room and place imaginable. Paid for breakfast as the receptionist said we needed to pay straight away. Place was absolutely awful so didn't stay. Asked for breakfast to be refunded. Said it couldn't be done. Emailed owner who didn't respond. Emailed Booking.com who said negotiations reached no conclusion. Beware, awful place and Booking.com were less than helpful. The place needs inspecting.

Tout. Sale dans l'ensemble , sans parler de la literie et serviettes tachées. Salle d'eau/wc séparés de la chambre par un simple rideau : intimité zéro. Aucune insonorisation ni au niveau du couloir ni des voisins. Eau de la douche qui ne s'écoule pas : une raclette est à disposition pour aider mais cela ne fonctionne pas vraiment. Des insectes partout (mouches d'égout selon Google Lense). Petit déjeuner très sommaire. Prix super élevé.

Location, price, parking, air conditioning, everything worked. It is perfect for a one night stop. We’ve been going there for years.

The flies, no kettle for morning tea but the kitchen gave us some hot water.

De mensen aan de receptie waren heel vriendelijk & behulpzaam.

We betaalden €164 voor een comfort kamer en eens aangekomen bleek dat we toch wel een pak te veel hadden betaald voor wat het uiteindelijk slechts was. Achter de chauffage viel de plakkerij van de muur, er zat een vlek op het gordijn en de kamer leek in niets op de met AI bewerkte foto’s die via Booking.com te vinden waren. Om nog maar van de geur te zwijgen die doorheen het gehele gebouw hing. Voor ons was dit, gezien de prijs, geen goede ervaring.

We travelled on two motorbikes and booked a garage. We arrived early about 10:30 and had access to the garage immediately. This meant we could change (30 degree temperature) and explore the city. Hotel is very close to the centre. Clean, comfortable and helpful staff. Highly recommend especially for bikers.

Ideale ligging op 5 min stappen van het mooie centrum. Wij kregen onverwacht een studio ter beschikking. Heel ruim en proper. Garagebox voor de auto, 10 euro.

De code die je krijgt is voor het voetgangerspoortje, niet om door te rijden met de auto. Niet zo praktisch. De dag van vertrek wilden we de auto iets langer laten staan (tot 12u - 13u) waarvoor we 5 euro bij moesten betalen
