אהבתי את מתקני המלון את הספא. את החדרים הגדולים ומרווחים.

לא היה לי נוף מעניין לא אהבתי את הכניסה לאמבטיה , למבוגרים זה לא נח ואף מסוכן, יכולים ליפול ביציאה או הכניסה הגבוהה לתוך האמבט.

Nice room, large TV, large bed, modern, great breakfast, fantastic spa

First day, there was some company event and large group of people were outside of the hotel right in front of our windows smoking (smoke getting into our room) and very loud, which was really disturbing if you come for silence, tranqulity and fresh air. Waiters seem to be a bit overworked/stressed (especially on the first day). English menu was available on first day, but not on second day...we were explained that the english menu was there because of the large corporate group (so otherwise they dont care about foreign guests?) . But while on the first day there was semi-a'la carte, on the second day smorgaasboard was available so it did not really matter too much.

לא אהבתי שהעזיבה מוקדמת ככ גם לא את ארוחת הערב וחדר הרחצה עם האמבטיה בעייתית מאוד עבור אנשים מבוגרים. יש צורך ממש לטפס לתוך האמבטיה מה שגרם להורי להחליק כמעט ביציאה מהאמבט כמו כן גם הכניסה לתוך האמבטיה בעייתית מאןד לאנשים מבוגרים. חובה לדאוג עבורם לחדר עם מקלחת

Долго кружили, вокруг не могли найти заезд к рецепции. И не мы одни. 🤷‍♂️🙂Малоинформативные указатели к отелю. Объезд через поля, трассу, поля🙂

Příjemné, čisté, klidné prostředí.

This is a beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel with very pleasant and welcoming staff. The thermal baths are wonderful, and the Silent Spa is an absolute highlight, offering a truly exceptional experience. Another practical advantage is the large, convenient parking lot. The only downside to our stay was the dining experience; both the breakfast and dinner options were quite limited. Overall, it is a lovely place to relax, and we would highly recommend it for the spa facilities alone.

Krásne prostredie, veľmi príjemný a pokojný hotel, skvelé jedlo, milý a všímavý personál.

Boli sme skutočne spokojní.

Jídlo bylo vynikající, vyvážené chuti, nápaditě složené a příjemně servírované. Snídaně obsahovala vše potřebné a vybere si každý. Hotel i po letech provozu působí velmi čistě, udržovaně, stále moderně a nadčasově, služby si drží kvalitu po celá léta. Ochota personálu a příjemné vystupování velmi oceňuji. Služby v rámci Silent Spa jsou perfektní. Velmi příjemný a osobní, byť stále profesionální přístup např. paní Ivany v baru s občerstvením v Silent Spa nebo saunéra Marka jsou přesně těmi momenty, pro které se chcete vracet. Nejde než nevzpomínat. Díky!

Ceny v bufetu jsou zbytečně vysoké

Klid, pohoda a vstřícnost. Výborné jídlo a profesionální obsluha. Byli jsme moc spokojeni a rádi se někdy vrátíme.

Výborný výběr jídla. Snídaně probíhala v klidu a měli jsme na ni dostatek casu .

Beim Abendessen hätte eine größere Auswahl von Nachspeisen sein können und es war nicht so gut wie in anderen Thermen

Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war ausgezeichnet. Der hoteleigene Saunabereich war super, vor Allem die verschiedenen Aufgüsse.

Es war für mein Empfinden sowohl in der Therme als auch in den Zimmern zu kalt. Der hoteleigene Pool würde auch wärmer gehören. In die Therme selbst zu gehen war nahezu unmöglich. Ja, es waren die Weihnachtsferien, aber so überfüllte Becken wie hier hab ich noch in keiner Therme zu Weihnachten erlebt. Das Bad im Zimmer war nicht barrierefrei. (Für uns egal, aber für Senioren wäre duschen nicht möglich gewesen.)

Es war wirklich toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war ein Traum und das Service Personal überaus freundlich .

Eventuell ein zweiter Bademantel wäre nicht schlecht gewesen da er doch lange zum trocknen brauchte .

Zimmer, Essen, Therme waren angenehm und schön wie immer

Service; Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett, aber beim Abendessen und an der Bar war das Personal wirklich unfreundlich; Teller weg bevor man mit dem Essen fertig war, unfreundlich bei der Bestellung, man wollte gar nichts fragen, um nicht angeschnauzt zu werden. Wir waren schon oft hier und genossen das Service, da alle sehr aufmerksam waren, schade, dass sich dies so verschlechtert hat. Kein Mitarbeiterengpass und keine Vielzahl an Gästen entschuldigen auf eine freundliche Anfrage mit Unhöflichkeit zu antworten. Trifft sicher nicht alle Mitarbeiter, da wir natürlich nicht alle kennengelernt haben, aber es trübt einen Urlaub...niemand kann sich in einem Job Unhöflichkeit leisten

Péče, hodně českého personálu, který byl velmi příjemný na rozdíl od paní při objednání procedur, která se tvářila mírně znuděně, když jsem se jí zeptal anglicky, protože očekávala nejspíše němčinu, soudě podle jejího výrazu. Nicméně jsme se domluvili :-). Celkový dojem tedy vynikající. Doporučuji.

Прекрасные термальные бассейны, изумительные сауны,огромная территория, очень доброжелательный персонал и главное везде очень чисто. Хорошие завтраки!

Я путешествую почти 40 лет и объездил почти весь мир, но с такими ужинами никогда не сталкивался. Представьте себе,вы идете на ужин, завтракали утром и все (город такой маленький, что днем нет ни кафе ни ресторанов где можно поесть), и вы приходите на ужин. Ужин (оплаченный), только из 3-х блюд. В меню -закуска , в основном салат, далее блюдо или мясо или рыба и десерт. Что же вы получаете , салат из старых овощей с очень маленьким количеством, просто еле видно, далее рыба 20 грамм хвостика и 2 маленьких картофелины и десерт, только 2 вида , панакота со вкусом манной каши, которую есть невозможно или узенький кусочек тортика 05см на 2см. И это все весь ужин , можно конечно взять сыра и каких то солений. Можно конечно на следующий день заказать мясо, но вы получите 2 тоненьких кусочков свинины и ложечку картошки ,но все остальное тоже самое. Думаю такому прекрасному отелю срочно надо что менять с ужином или шефа или бюджет на ужин. Никогда столько не писал, но это того стоило, может помогу людям в будущем.

Our stay was nice (albeit to short) and particularly the silent spa is a perfect place to leave daily stresses and worries behind instantly. General facilities are great and everything is clean. The rooms are comfy, spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

The pricing is though! Unfortunately this is generally true for spas in Austria, but 65€/person extra for a day's entrance to the silent spa after already paying a steep price for the stay is a bit much. Also the fact that despite having had a set dinner included in our stay we had to pay ALL drinks extra is a bit insane. At this price point at least basics such as simple non alcoholic beverages and maybe an apéritif should have really be included. Also there was a fixed dinner and also a buffet for the people who didn't have half board. But the set dinner included certain items (such as the soups and the cheese buffet) from the general buffet. This was a bit confusing and not at all communicated clearly by the staff. Another general consideration for the hotel direction: maybe focus less on wanna-be-fancy and stiff and focus on being helpful, warm and easy going.

Badewanne - ich mag lieber Dusche

Badecoach sehr unmotiviert. Sehr lautes zusammen klappen der Liegen obwohl noch Badegäste anwesend waren.

The hotel was nice, staff was extra friendly and welcoming - to both humans and and dogs!!!

Generally, we stayed at the hotel to be able to access the thermals, and that, unfortunately wasn’t worth it. Staying for one night gives you access to it for only a few hours (if your don’t want to miss the prepaid dinner or breakfast). All in all the cost and effort of traveling to LAA wasn’t worth the value for us. Also - the restaurant has a dress code. I understand they didn’t want people to show up in bath robes and slippers, but on the orher hand - it’s a spa hotel for god’s sake. This should be an option! I would prefer to have a snack at the pool than a pseudo fency dinner where our waitress got a talk from the manager because I was in slippers - the only shoes I brought with me - going to a SPA!!! Ridiculous. Anyway. Not coming again, despite the extra friendly staff.

Accomodation - rooms very clean spacious luminous, service excellent, wellness facilities great, food great, staff helpful, weather perfect even not booked nor extra charged🙂

Nice options for sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and swimming. My room (panorama) had no carpet - which was great). The restaurant is very nice, lots of food options for dinner and breakfast, elegant atmosphere and very respectful and friendly waiters. I keep coming back to this therme also because it has a good train connection. Only 10 min to walk or you can call the reception and ask for a free shuttle.

I don't understand why we have to wait in cold on the corridor in front of the Loft Sauna until it gets ventilated, when we could just wait inside with the windows open. Also an aufguss there would be much appreciated. At least an automatic one. The panorama room has no view but just a garden view. Also the window in the bathroom could not be opened.

Everything was very good except the massage experience. Very plain & simple even for 50 min. A bit pricey for that kind. But it wasn't totally bad either. Just that, we didn't feel anything improved after. Not relaxed, not refreshed. Nothing 😏.

Everything! The rooms, the food, the spa area just for hotel guests was perfect. I also haven't met staff this friendly in a very long time. We will be back!
