Ruido por obras en el edificio de al lado. Desayuno muy sencillo

The hotel is nice, very clean, and well located; the beds are comfy, and they have a nice breakfast.

When I made the reservation, I specifically requested a quiet room at the back of the building. Instead, they gave me a room on the first floor at the front of the building, which means you can hear and feel the metro passing underneath every five minutes, as well as the noise from the busy street.

Das Frühstück war lecker, es war sehr angenehm, Zeit auf dem Balkon zu verbringen, und der angenehme Duft im gesamten Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen kleinen Kühlschrank bzw. keine Möglichkeit, Getränke kühl zu halten.

Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt an der Metro und zu Fuß waren die wichtigsten Sachen erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Die Auswahl und Geschmack waren ausbaufähig. Außerdem waren die Räumlichkeiten zu klein und überlaufen.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, czysty i pachnący :) Śniadania były dobre, lokalizacja hotelu również na plus - blisko metra, ale my głównie poruszaliśmy się pieszo.

A szálló nagyon jó helyen van akár gyalog is, de metróval, busszal, villamossal könnyen, gyorsan elérhető minden! A személyzet barátságos, segítőkész...

Tudom, hogy csak két csillag, de a hűtő nagyon hiányzott... Az ablakon az elsötétítő függyöny szakadt, a mosdótálba, nem volt "dugó", a hajszárító hálózati kábele sérült!!! A reggeli: széles választék, jó volt, de... nem volt friss pékáru, az összetétel széles, de minden nap ugyanaz...

We booked at short notice and only stayed for one night due to our flight being cancelled. The staff were very helpful with sugestions on places to eat and tried their best to accomodate us for a second night but were fully booked. The room was very comfortable and well equiped.

Mala insonorización, se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle. Desayuno escaso y poco variado, no reponían los alimentos cuando se terminaban. Nuestra habitación la limpiaban sobre las 16h. Si estás fuera genial pero si decides descansar un poco te interrumpía la señora de la limpieza ya que no había carteles de no molestar.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, stacja metra jest dosłownie pod drzwiami hotelu, przystanki autobusowe są rozmieszczone w odległości paruset metrów, jest to dobrze skomunikowane miejsce. Do wielu atrakcji można dojść w około 30 minut spacerem, w okolicy sklepy spożywcze, drogeria, restauracje. Szczególnie polecam włoską restauracje artigiano, która jest obok hotelu - dobre jedzenie, najlepsza sangria, wspaniała obsługa. Pokoje czyste, panie codziennie sprzątają. Nasz pokój nie był gigantyczny ale zadowalający, z małą szafą, balkonikiem. Łazienka wygodna, z dużym prysznicem. Pokój jest wyposażony w klimatyzację. Śniadania bardzo dobre w formie szwedzkiego stołu, są propozycje zarówno na słono jak i na słodko. Jest też możliwość zjedzenia na ogródku. Obsługa przemiła, pomocna, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Hotel dosyć kameralny, nie za duży, ze swoim własnym portugalskim urokiem.

Doskonała lokalizacja. Wejście do hotelu tuż przy wyjściu z metra, idealny dojazd na lotnisko. Pokój mały, ale wygodny. Funkcjonalna łazienka. Przyjazna obsluga w recepcji - wychodzą naprzeciw życzeniom gościa: np. w standardowym wyposażeniu pokoju nie było czajnika, ale na życzenie mi go przyniesiono.

Monotonne śniadania. Serwis sprzątający stoliki działa zbyt wolno - np. na tarasie na zewnątrz były wolne stoliki, ale wszystkie nieuprzątnięte, więc nie można było skorzystać. Serwis sprzątajacy pokoje powinien również oceniać stan techniczny wyposażenia pokoju - czy dobrze działają kontakty elektrycznne, jak działa spłuczka w łazience, a nie czekać na sygnały od gości - np. w naszym pokoju była żle zamocowana deska sedesowa(naprawiono po moim zgloszeniu).

The staff were very friendly; they answered every question we asked with great courtesy. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and tidying the rooms, and the kitchen staff always worked hard to ensure we had plenty to eat and that nothing was missing. I am very happy with everyone. Our days in Lisbon were wonderful, thanks in part to the pleasant stay you provided. The location—right by the metro exit—was very convenient, and there are plenty of shops nearby for food and drinks. It is a very practical location; I highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again. Thank you very much.

Strutta pulita, ordinata e comodissima per prendere tutti i mezzi! Soprattutto la metro proprio sotto l’hotel! Li consiglio a tutti!

Localização excelente, limpeza e camas ótimas

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was nice. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is right next to the metro, so it’s very easy to get to the city centre or the airport.

We missed having power outlets by the bed, and we weren’t particularly fond of the fragrance used to freshen the room after cleaning.

Soba je bila vrlo, vrlo loša. Riječ je o sobi 505. Najveći problem bio je neugodan i izrazito jak miris koji je dolazio iz WC-a. Smrad je bio toliko intenzivan da je bilo gotovo nemoguće boraviti u sobi. U WC-u voda curi iz tuša po podu. Soba je također dosta mala i nema hladnjaka, što je dodatni nedostatak. Klima je, s druge strane, radila dobro, a televizor je bio sasvim u redu. Što se tiče hrane, doručak je bio okej. Nije bilo ništa posebno ni pretjerano raznovrsno, ali za doručak je bilo dovoljno i sasvim korektno.

El personal es muy amable. La relación calidad -precio es buena, teniendo en cuenta la ubicación del hotel y el desayuno incluido.

El único inconveniente fue que nuestra habitación era muy pequeña, pero como la mayor parte del tiempo lo pasábamos fuera no nos supuso un problema.

La atención del personal muy buena. Esta a 18 minutos del centro dando un paseo. La habitación tiene una terracita para poder fumar y la cama es muy cómoda.

Falta una pequeña nevera en la habitación para guardar medicamentos o bebidas frescas. El desayuno esta bien,mucha gente para un comedor tan pequeño y si bajas a las nueve faltan un montón de cosas y no reponen. Las toallas para ducharse son demasiado pequeñas. No tiene parking 🅿️,así que tienes que poner OTA cada 4h menos el fin de semana que es gratuito.

Yan binadaki tadilat sesleri ve periyodik gelen metronun gürültüsü... Gün içinde otelde bulunmadığımızdan bunlar bizi çok rahatsız etmedi.

Staff simpático e acolhedor. Pequeno-almoço estava bom e era variado. O quarto estava limpo e cama é bastante confortável. A receção está aberta toda a noite, o que facilitou a nossa entrada durante a madrugada.

A janela do quarto não consegue mitigar o ruído produzido pelos automóveis que passam na Almirante Reis durante a noite. O metro ouve-se e sente-se constantemente.

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé dans le sens où il est assez proche, à pied, du centre ville de Lisbonne. Il y a même une station de métro à 5 mètres de l’hôtel. D’un point de vue extérieur, l’hôtel fait très chic et sophistiqué. Le constat est le même à l’intérieur. Les chambres sont très propres, aérées. Tout comme les couloirs et le hall d’entrée de l’hôtel. Nous avons même eu la chance d’avoir un petit balcon dans une des chambres réservées. Concernant le petit déjeuner proposé par l’hôtel, rien à dire non plus, il était assez varié et les personnes qui s’en occupaient veillaient à ce qu’il soit toujours bien fourni. Honnêtement, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous recommanderons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation !

Nous n’avons rien de négatif à relever.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanze pulite e confortevoli. Buona colazione. Buona la posizione. La stazione della metro (Anjos linea verde) e sotto l'albergo. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fino al pomeriggio senza nessun problema.

Strada un pó trafficata e rumorosa e ovviamente si sente la metro quando passa.

The breakfast was very mid. Also the street where the hotel is located felt kinda unsafe.

Everything was great. The rooms super clean, the location 10/10, the door of the hotel was in front of a metro station. The bathroom was modern and super clean. The breakfast was nice, a good start for the day. All in all, worth it!!

Lokalizacja ma swoje plusy ale również minusy. 5 kroków od stacji metra, ale gdy przejeżdża pociąg wszystko drży. Blisko pogotowie/szpital/policja i całą noc słychać samochody na sygnale.

Śniadanie było paskudne.

Ottima posizione, stazione metro a pochi metri. Camera pulita e buona colazione. Consigliato chiedere camera ad un piano alto, in basso è possibile che il rumore della metropolitana sia fastidioso.

Hotel con stanze molto curate, pulizia e buona colazione internazionale, posizione eccellente fuori dalla fermata della metro comodo per raggiungere tutti i punti della città.

The room: very small, unconfortable bed and pillows, small tv(for who matters). The sheets not change from previous century and has very bad smell that will get into your clothes and did not dissaper until you wash them or burned them. The bathroom was ok, big but still with lot's of problems. 3. Breaksfast: there is no breakfast, you cannot put 3 things on a plate a call it breakfast. Pigs eat better than that thing staff called breakfast. The place for breakfast is very small, smells like in the room(very bad) the staff is very slow with everything and very understaff( not their fault probably who owns this place lives bettet and does really care). I knew that from begining this was a 2 star hotel but the reality ia very different. Maybe at first was cleaner and nicer but now is better to sleep in a tent than this....whatever is this place. Lisbon is a big city choose anywere than here.

La ubicación es perfecta para moverte en transporte público, la limpieza de las habitaciones, camas cómodas y personal muy amable , buen desayuno.

Me sentí muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica y bien comunicada. El personal fue súper amable y atento en todo momento. La habitación estaba súper limpia y las instalaciones muy cuidadas. El desayuno también fue un gran punto a favor, súper variado y con muchas opciones.

No tengo nada negativo que destacar, todo estuvo muy bien.

The room was modern and clean. Also the location was great; a metro station is literally right in front of the hotel. The surrounding area is also very nice, with lots of local wine bars, a cool burger place and a pizzeria.

The breakfast was okayish; I guess this is what is expected at a 2-star hotel. So no major issue; the food was good, just a little underwhelming in terms of selection and quality.

Όλα καλά, απλά θα μπορούσε να υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο ένα μικρό ψυγείο, το οποίο είναι απαραίτητο όπως σε όλα σχεδόν τα ξενοδοχεία.

Le personnel était appréciable , en particulier le personnel de l’accueil qui était tous sans exception aimable, souriant, compréhensif.. au top. Dommage que les agent d’entretien ni soit un peu moins .. ne répondent pas au bonjour ou à rien ..

La chambre été sale à notre arriver avec des peintures pas propre comme des champignons dans les murs et la salle d’eau était extrêmement sale avec des cheveux dans la douche des traces de moisissures sur le mitigeur des remonter d’égouts en continu qui embaumer la chambre ce qui nous a même obligé à dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Est pour finir de la lingeries sales. La chambre n’a pas était correctement lors de notre arrivée.. et pour le premiers jours il est juste dommage que les chambre soit faite aussi tardivement.

The place was in a great location and affordable. The room was big enough for my sister and I, and everything we need was inthere.

I basically like everything about it, except I couldn't figure out how to tuun on the light, and had to go to the main dest to figure out the system which is great because using your card to turn on the light, that also turned it off when you leaving the room is a great system, and I learned something new.

El desayuno podría ser un poco mas variado por ejemplo el caliente! Siempre había salchichas, huevo revueltos y champiñones! En los 5 dias que estuve!

That was an amazing stay. First, we were allowed to store our luggage before the check-in since we had an excursion in the city. Then, the location is quite convenient - metro station is right near the hotel. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, room service was done the next day which we didn't expect (we stayed for 2 nights only). Breakfast was great - they even offered famous pastry which we loved. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Receçao quarto e pequeno almoço

Estava tudo bem

É exatamente como aparece nas fotos. Todo moderno e limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom: pastéis de nata, croissants, bolos, sucos, frutas. A estação do metrô fica em frente ao hotel. Além disso, é possível ir caminhando até o centro porque está localizado próximo ao centro. A limpeza é muito rigorosa. Há uma água saborizada na recepção e no entorno há algumas conveniências para compras de snacks leves e até alguns restaurantes.

O espaço do café da manhã é pequeno, mas não chegou a ser um problema porque as pessoas comeram rápido e o espaço é bastante rotativo. Uma dica é pedir ajuda à recepção, caso a sua bagagem esteja pesada, porque existem alguns lances de escada para se chegar até ela ou para acessar a rua. O recepcionista se ofereceu para me ajudar na saída, mas na chegada os hóspedes ficam fora do campo de visão dele.

Quartos agradáveis, limpos e muito cheirosos.. Pessoal muito simpático. Chegamos antes da hora do check in e já estava tudo preparado. Fizemos check in sem problemas. Pequeno almoço muito variado.

Na hora em que fomos tomar o pequeno almoço estavam algumas mesas ocupadas e com a chegada de mais hospedes à zona de pequeno almoço a reposição de alimentos foi um pouco lenta.

Es war Ziemlich laut auf dem Zimmer. Man hört Straßenverkehr und die Metro. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist aber OK.

Близько до метро. Зручне ліжко. Вночі тихо і можно виспатись після довгої дороги чи важкого дня.
