Een echte aanrader, parking auto , 3m van onze hotelkamer, proper kamers , 7 dagen achter elkaar netjes als we thuis kwamen, zeer goed ontbijt, werd ook direkt aangevuld, restaurant ook dik in orde. Wij hebben geen min punten, verzorgd buiten zwembad wat moet een mens nog meer, 1,5km wandelen en we waren in het mooie stadje Beaune, geweldige vakantie beleefd.

Everything was great from the minute we arrived very late at night we were greeted by a very kind receptionist who was more than helpful. Breakfast was lovely and room very clean and cleaned daily to a very high standard.

Beautiful vineyard scenery around the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurant and bar. Bed comfortable. Easy access to room with dogs and welcomed into the restaurant with well spaced tables. Restaurant and bar nicely decorated and smelt lovely. Drinks good prices.

Furniture in room appeared new which we appreciated. Effort had been put into the room with lamps, chair but walls showed touching up, bit scruffy. Perhaps ‘non-dog’ rooms are nicer. Slight smell of drains in room that was dreadful by morning- reported.

In de badkamer was een bad waar je je ook kon douchen De instap was erg hoog en er waren geen handvaten of iets waar jezelf aan kon vasthouden Dat kan voor sommige mensen die wat ouder zijn en niet zo goed ter been best wel gevaarlijk zijn Om veilig uit het bad te stappen

Die Lage der Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf die Weinberge ist hervorragend. Der Service insbesondere beim Frühstück hat uns alle sehr positiv beeindruckt.

Die Nähe zur Autobahn

Das Essen wurde uns lauwarm serviert. Die Restaurantleistung hat nachgelassen wir sind schon zum dritten mal Gast in diesem Hotel .

Ci siamo trovati bene.Ottimo cibo e tutto la star molto gentili. Stanze comode ed accogliente con il posteggio davanti alla stanza.

J'ai déjà logé plusieurs fois et à chaque fois c'était génialissime de l'accueil à la chambre mais aussi au restaurant le petit-déjeuner était formidable .Un grand bravo

Hôtel bien placé dans le vignoble au calme avec très jolie piscine

Located on the edge of Beaune, surrounded by vineyards. The staff were very helpful, the room and facilities were very comfortable. We had a nice evening meal and breakfast all of good quality.

De locatie was prachtig. Het terras van het restaurant op de eerste verdieping zodat je een prachtig uitzicht hebt. Goede airco en een ruime douche

De kamers oud, klein. De kwaliteit van t eten was gewoon slecht.

Nous avons aimé, le calme du lieu et sa proximité de la ville. Notre chambre était moderne et agréable ainsi que la coursive qui nous y conduisait

Les escaliers difficiles pour les personnes âgées à l'accueil et surtout pour accéder aux chambres. Le peu de propreté des toilettes à l'accueil !

De persoon die ons incheckte was zeer behulpzaam. We kregen eerst een kamer met een zetelbed .Ze heeft dit onmiddellijk aangepast en zeer vriendelijk geweest zodat we een heel goede nachtrust hadden. Ook een aanrader is het ontbijt voor maar slecht 11€ is alles aanwezig

Helaas was de toilet niet schoon gemaakt. Het personeel baalde enorm en boden een andere kamer aan en een drankje van het huis. Foutje kan gebeuren

Très bien situé, notamment avec les bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques et la vue face aux vignes. En revanche, l’hôtel aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, notamment pour revoir les problèmes d’odeurs d’humidité et d’égouts. Kyriad Prestige ne porte pas vraiment bien son nom, mais l’établissement possède un réel potentiel grâce à sa situation géographique.

La chambre ne sent pas le frais , odeur d’égout et d’humiditée….

La situation et le concept

First time returning from the south of France via the Rhône valley, and was a great halfway stop towards Calais. Very easy access (5 minutes) from the motorway, and parking directly outside your room. As shown in the publicity photos, it is surrounded (80%) by vineyards, and very peaceful. We didn't use the pool, although it did look tempting! Very clean, very helpful staff. Restaurant is brilliant - go hungry! PS And a petrol station just before you return to the motorway (Elerc)

Tea/coffee facilities in the room? A minor gripe really.

Air con worked well, and the place was roomy. Shower was excellent, and breakfast was a reasonable price. Free parking, and the motel-like building is surrounded by vineyards. Staff was very helpful for recommendations.

Room could use some maintenance. The threshold was missing some screws and repairs on the bathroom door were poorly done. But the shower was brand new?

Wandtegels onderaan douchewand staat bol en zijn gescheurd, denk dat er vocht, dus schimmel achter zit.

Ontbijt, parking dichtbij kamer zodat fietsen veilig op de auto konden blijven. Op wandelafstand van centrum Beaune. Groot zwembad.

L'hotel mérite son nom car le panorama est magnifique. Personnel accessible et sympathique. Petit déjeuner très agréable sur la terrasse le matin et buffet fourni et très bon.

Odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, service un peu désorganisé au restaurant le soir, avec attente notamment pour la prise de commande ..

Parkeren voor de deur kamer. Oplaadpaal kon wat duidelijk worden omschreven hoe het werkte. Moest er personeel bij halen voor uitleg. Ontbijt was goed. Wat er moest zijn was er. Een 7

Diner Was opgewarmt in de magnetron Brood was oud Kamer + ontbijt tov prijsverhouding,… te duur.

Praktische Unterkunft, neues Bad.

Die Gebäude sind nicht neu, ebenerdig und die Fenster haben keine Insektengitter.

Hotel con un affaccio spettacolare sulle vigne circostanti. Camera molto confortevole e della giusta grandezza, con un comodo posto auto sottostante.

Die Lage direkt am Weinberg ist sehr schön. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ladestationen jetzt anders als früher, aber vorhanden.

L'amabilité du personnel

Je m'attendais à un repas un peu plus élaboré ou du moins mieux présenté dans l'assiette pour le prix proposé.

Midden in een wijngaard . Hotel lobby en restaurant zijn weinig sfeervol. S-avonds een drankje doen is er niet bij .

Personeel mag allemaal wat vriendelijker ( vrij klinisch) . In de avond/nacht trekt er een onaandoenlijke stank lucht door de kamers (riolering ?)

Perfect stopping off place en route to Italy. Easy to find and location very pretty. Would definitely use again.

La propreté, le petit déjeuner et la sympathie du personnel

Le petit frigo dans la chambre est placé sur une étagère et il vibre plusieurs fois sur la nuit en se relançant, petit détail qui pourrait vite être résolu en le replaçant dans le coin de la chambre, nous sommes des habitués de la chambre numéro 6

Mooie propere kamer en de badkamer was prima ! Personeel…iedereen was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij gaan in oktober terug.

Très bel emplacement, belles chambres familiales refaites à neuf. Belle literie , coussins très confortables. Personnel extrêmement aimable.

Il nous a semblé que l’insonorisation entre les chambres n’était pas idéal. On a entendu le réveil du voisin sonner :)

La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la chambre, les bornes électroniques et le côté «motel » de l’établissement (nous sommes garés devant la chambre)

Très bien située pour visiter Beaune entre autre Très belle vue dégagée sur les vignes. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec son jus d'orange frais. Piscine. Parking.

Dommage que l'on ne fournisse pas de serviette pour la piscine.

Geen terras/ buiten ruimte. Vrij gehorige kamers, vooral als je kamers boven je hebt (niet aan te bevelen)

Kamer stonk naar schimmel, schimmel in de badkamer. Riooolgeur in de wc. Het restaurant is eerder een snelweg restaurant van 20 jaar geleden. We hadden nod een tweede nacht geboekt maar hebben deze gecanceld en een dag sneller naar huis getrokken.

L'environnement

Easy to locate and well situated. It is in the vines and it is a short walk into Beaune. The car can be parked close to your bedroom and wine villages like Pommard are close at hand. It is close to the Motorway. We enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast was plentiful.

Déçu du restaurant, plat arrivés froid, entrecôte demandé saignante servis plus qu'à point, Bourguignon à la limite du brûlé. Le rapport qualité prix est décevant

Personnel très accueillant, l'hotel est bien situé, les chambres spacieuses et avec une très jolie vue. La literie est très bonne. La chambre est au niveau d'un **** plutôt qu'un ***

Un seul gros défaut pour les gens sensibles au bruit: isolation phonique pas super. On entend les portes claquer, le bruit en provenance du parking et des chambres et couloirs au dessus.

Laadpalen voor de Tesla is interessant voor mensen die op doorreis zijn. Een zwembad is dan ook lekker.

Outstanding for four-legged family members. Lots of grassy area for walking dogs. The printer in the Web Center didn't work, but the very friendly young man at the front desk kindly printed my files (about 20 of them) on the office printer at no charge.

The rooms (not real rooms but old 'motel style rooms' in a different building) were old and dirty, airconditioning was not working properly and made a lot of noise, bugs everywhere, location of the hotel is not at all like on the pictures, very overpriced for what you get, pictures on booking are deceiving

Hôtel propre, bien situé avec parking devant la chambre. Bonne literie et bon petit déjeuner varié. Accueil agréable.

La chambre était un peu triste. Il faudrait la rendre un peu plus chaleureuse avec quelques notes de couleurs.

L' hotel dispone di parcheggio gratuito davanti alla camera. È dog friendly. Facile da raggiungere dall' autostrada. Colazione ok a buffet.

L' arredamento della camera è abbastanza datato. C'è una persistente puzza di tubature di scarico e di umidità. Purtroppo gli asciugamani erano sporchi, come se fossero caduti a terra, raccolti e posizionati senza accorgersene sulla mensola del bagno. La signora delle pulizie ce ne ha forniti di nuovi quando richiesto.

The location was lovely and the parking outside the room was excellent, especially because we had a roof box on the car.

I found the condition of the room shabby and especially for the price we paid. The door handle to number 10 was not straight, there were scratches and marks on the paintwork in the room and especially on the doors and on the threshold between the bedroom and the bathroom. There is no rail near the sink to hang a hand towel. At breakfast. Some of the fruit was not at its best- there was a very black banana in the fruit bowl and a couple of bruised apples (just puts you off the rest of the food generally because of the overall impression you get). My husband asked for ketchup to have with some scrambled eggs -bearing in mind we ate breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant - and they couldn’t find any, he was offered mustard or mayonnaise instead. I would not be complaining if I had paid €130 and not €230. My point is this stay was overwhelmingly overpriced.

De badkamer is nieuw (wel jammer van de schimmel op het plafond) en mooi. Het bed was comfortabel.

De kamers zijn wel gerenoveerd maar de salontafel was echt oud en beschadigd en het schilderwerk was niet naar de huidige maatstaven. Voor een nacht prima.

Tolle Anlage insgesamt! Wir konnten unser Auto direkt vor unserem Zimmer parken und unsere Koffer direkt Aus - und wieder Einladen. Alles in Parterre. Die Ablage ist sehr gepflegt und angenehm ruhig und erholsam. Familienfreundliche und Hundefreundliche Anlage. !!! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nur ein kleiner Tipp. Stellen Sie einpaar Bänke vor den Zimmern oder auf den Wiesen. Macht sich bestimmt sehr gut !

Emplacement calme, proche du centre de Beaune. Literie confortable, propreté +, set the/café agréable, petit déjeuner complet.

L'emplacement et la recharge de la voiture électrique dans la cours

Le restaurant, très moyen pour le prix. Il faut vraiment être fatigué pour ne pas reprendre la voiture et retourner à Beaune!

Boekten voor een tweede maal op weg naar Frankrijk. Perfect hotelletje, rustig en toch goed gelegen aan snelwegen, halverwege BE en FR. Zwembad en restaurant zijn grote plus! Frigo op de kamer en rolluiken zijn top!

Kaart van het restaurant was bijna gelijk aan jaar voordien. Jammer ook dat we niet buiten mochten dineren met prachtige zomerweer en mooie uitzicht.

Le WIFI insuffisant, difficulté de se connecter.

The location was fine the rooms we had reminded me of American condo set up, clean with parking 🅿️ outside. The let down was mouldy bread at breakfast, ok coffee, yoghurt, pretty passed sell by date of fruit. Bread ok scrambled eggs were constituted and powdered I’d say. Ok for one night back to Eurotunnel- but perhaps an Ibis is better value .
