Frukost är ganska standard

Μα αρέσει πάρα πολύ ειναι ενα ξενοδοχείο που το διαλέγω συνέχεια καθως το προσωπικό ειναι πολυ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Έχουν πάρα πολυ άνετα κρεβάτια. Το πρωινός τους ήταν εντάξει καλό πρωινό υπήρχε ποικιλία για να διαλέξεις να φας.

Well placed. 10 minute walk to the old town. Parking close by. Spotlessly clean, comfy rooms. Great selection at breakfast.

Eirini is the nicest receptionist ever! Breakfast was nice as well.

There were problems in the bathroom - when the shower was turned on, water flowed out of the drain, which carried various dirt with it (I don't even want to think about what), so the bathroom floor was all wet, and there was nothing to collect/clean the water. At the reception we had to sign that we knew that the hotel was not responsible if any of our belongings were lost... it made us feel unsafe about the belongings left in the hotel room, and we didn't see any cameras in the hotel.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο. Πρωινό με πάρα πολλές επιλογές.

Χρειάζεται επιπλέον προσοχή σε κάποιες λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά ανάμεσα στο απλά καλό και το εξαιρετικό

The reception staff were amazing and one of the staff member that worked in the dining room was so friendly.

The Room for 3 was so tiny. The tiny fridge took for ever to cook our refreshments. There was no space to move without running into a wall or each other. The buffet breakfast even though had ample food. Either were cold, stale or over cooked(dry)

ΣΤΕΝΗ ΠΟΡΤΑ ΝΤΟΥΖΙΕΡΑΣ .ΟΣΜΗ ΑΠΟΧΕΤΕΥΣΗΣ.

Για δεύτερη φορά επισκεφθήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο και η διαμονή μας εκεί ήταν άριστη. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο ευρύχωρα, καθαρά, κάθε μέρα άλλες πετσέτες. Η τοποθεσία του στο κέντρο της πόλης, σου έδινε τη δυνατότητα να περπατήσεις όλο το Ρέθυμνο με τη πόδια. Ακριβώς δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει parking του Δήμου Ρεθύμνης 0,70 λεπτά η ώρα. Το πρωινό καταπληκτικό, πλούσιο με καινούριες γεύσεις κάθε μέρα με την κα Αμαλία να ικανοποιεί τον ουρανίσκο μας είτε είσαι χορτοφάγος είτε όχι. Πρωινό για όλα τα γούστα. Γλυκύτατη, ευχάριστη, πρόθυμη και πολύ εξυπηρετική η Ειρήνη στη reception. Με χαμόγελο και καλή διάθεση πάντα. Το ίδιο εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος ο Γιώργος. Καταπληκτικοί και οι τρείς τους ένιωθες ότι βρίσκεσαι σ ένα ζεστό και οικείο περιβάλλον. Να μας περιμένετε και πάλι!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα

Δεν υπάρχει απλώστρα για τα μαγιό και τις πετσέτες. Τα κάγκελα του μπαλκονιού τα χρησιμοποιείς για τις πετσέτες αλλά το μαγιό δεν έχεις που να το απλώσεις.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο δημοτικό πάρκινγκ και 5'απο την παραλία Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και καταρτισμένο όσων αφορά πληροφορίες για την πόλη και γενικά ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ο επισκέπτης Ειδικά η Ειρήνη στην ρεσεψιόν είναι πάντα χαμογελαστή και έτοιμη να σας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείτε

Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και πολύ αναπαυτικά μαξιλάρια και στρώμα.

Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει αντιστοιχία τιμής με ποιότητα. Το ξενοδοχείο χρήζει ανακαίνισης και δεν αναφέρομαι στο αν είναι παλιό ή σύγχρονο αισθητικά, αλλά στις φθορές. Το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που έμεινα είχε πολλά θέματα. Το μπάνιο είχε απειροελάχιστο φωτισμό, η καμπίνα του ντουζ ήταν σπασμένη με αποτέλεσμα όλα τα νερά να βγαίνουν έξω και δεν ήταν συνολικά όσο καθαρό θα έπρεπε.

Posizione e soprattutto la disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff. Devo ringraziare in particolare Irini , con la quale ho avuto maggiori occasioni di interfacciarmi. Simpatica ed estremamente disponibile. Ottima e molto ricca la colazione.

Il box doccia. Minuscolo, non ci si muoveva dentro.

Hotel carino. Buoni servizi. Posizione ottima. Pulizia discreta. Lo consiglio.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που ήρθαμε και θα έρθουμε σίγουρα ξανά...το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό από την υποδοχή μέχρι και το σερβίρισμα στο πρωινό...η κυρία Αμαλία πολύ γλυκός άνθρωπος...η τοποθεσία τέλεια γιατί είναι όλα κοντά σου... εμείς αφήσαμε τη μηχανή στο ξενοδοχείο και πήγαμε παντού με τα πόδια στο κέντρο...το πρωινό υπέρ χορταστικό... πεντακάθαρα όλα...❤️❤️❤️

Είχαμε ένα μικρό πρόβλημα με το ρεύμα στο δωμάτιο αλλά ο Γιώργος από την υποδοχή φώναξε τον τεχνικό και μέσα σε λίγη ώρα είχαμε ρεύμα... συμβαίνουν και αυτά... αλλά το πρόβλημα λύθηκε άμεσα ❤️

Le ménage de notre chambre n'a pas été fait malgré la pancarte affichée à la porte et notre départ pour visiter la ville à 10h30 ! La mauvaise foi du personnel de ménage.

Mukava henkilökunta ja maukas aamiainen. Hyvä hinta/laatu suhde.

The property is located very close to the Old Town. Finding parking is quite easy; there is free parking available until 9:00 PM at the school located diagonally across from the hotel recommended by Eirini. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We would like to thank Eirini especially for all her help and recommendations.

Staff did not provide clear instructions to park the car. I had to turn around for a while before finding a parking 2 blocks away from the hotel and walk back. The city is crazy busy with cars...pool is tiny, more a pond.

Franchement, vu la taille de l'hotel, il faut faire des efforts sur le petit déjeuner. Quasi pas de sucré pour un petit déjeuner à la Française, c'est franchement dommage ! Impossible de trouver une place pour se garer, traffic impossible avec une route passagère en sens unique juste devant.

A great asset to the hotel staff! Eirini at Reception, Titika, and Giorgos K. were outstanding throughout our stay. They were always ready to answer questions, accommodate our requests, and go the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a real difference

While the staff were excellent, the hotel's infrastructure appears to lack proper maintenance. Even without a full renovation, investing in small details such as new curtains, better bins, and general upkeep would make a noticeable difference and help elevate the overall guest experience.

Hotel mediocru, curățenia făcută superficial, parchet și mobilier învechit și degradat, mic dejun satisfăcător. În rest nu m-aș mai caza.

De locatie was top, op het randje van het centrum waar je in de avond heerlijke taverne's had, TOP Wij hadden een huurauto tot onze beschikking waar wij heerlijke rustige strandjes op gingen zoeken. Vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt

Puntje van "opbouwende kritiek " de douchecabine mag wel een kleine renovatie krijgen

Location was good to old town Rethymno. Breakfast in morning had a good spread, especially like the kataifi.

Beds were the stiffest of the vacation.

Blisko Starego Miasta. Pokój czysty wyposażony w klimatyzację oraz lodówkę. Przed hotelem stoliki i krzesełka. Bardzo dobre greckiej śniadanie.

Trochę daleko do plaży spacer ok 15min.

Dårlig lukt på badet fra ventilasjonssystemet Trange ganger, trang heis, vond seng, mye støy fra gaten, vanskelige parkeringsforhold i området For ikke å få ødelagt ferien forlot jeg hotellet etter ett døgn, hadde bestilt 4 døgn. Ingen respons da jeg fortalte resepsjonisten at jeg endret planene.

Το δωμάτιο απαίσιο.....πάρα πολύ μικρό.......το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ κοντο...,... Το στρώμα παλιό και τα σίδερα δεν σου επιτρέπαν να κοιμηθείς ............ Ντροπή να βάζετε ανθρώπους να κοιμούνται σε τέτοιο κρεβάτι

Άνεση, καθαριότητα και φιλοξενία που αξίζει να σημειωθεί! Το υπέροχο πρωινό το απολαύσαμε και με το παραπάνω! Το κρεβάτι άνετο το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Το προτείνω σε όλους!

Het ontbijt, we gaan al jaren naar dit hotel, maar de kwaliteit van het ontbijt word minder, bv croissants ed taai gebakken eieren net rubber Het personeel is altijd heel vriendelijk dus heel jammer dat het ontbijt nu niet meer goed is

Seul point ennuyeux, est il possible de régler la température. Impossible j'ai eu chaud et avec le traffic auto, pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre.

Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία δίπλα στην παλιά πόλη. Όλο το προσωπικό από το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν έως της καθαριότητας ήταν ευγενικοί, άκρως εξυπηρετικοί.

Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, έχοντας τα πάντα δίπλα σου.πολυ καθαρά δωμάτια με όλες τις παροχές. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο.
