Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Man kann an Aktivitäten teilnehmen wie zB Yoga am Strand. Außerdem kann man sich Surfbretter leihen. Das Frühstück war gut aber nicht wirklich besonders. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Zimmer waren komfortabel und wurden täglich gut gereinigt.

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und es sind wirklich sehr viele Mücken unterwegs. Je nachdem wo man sein Zimmer hat, ist die Nähe zum Strand nicht unbedingt gegeben. Die Poolbar ist überteuert und die Getränke haben und nicht gefallen

Full of mosquitoes everywhere, including the rooms. Not clean and very strong smell to humidity in the room, the bedsheets and pillows smell awful, we have a third free day and booked in a different hotel.

Séjour idyllique. En tant que famille de 4 personnes, nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes, ce qui était idéal. Les piscines sont magnifiques, très grandes et la vue sur mer est incroyable. L'hôtel est super bien placé sur une plage magnifique, les cocktails en happy hour sur la plage au coucher du soleil resteront gravés dans notre mémoire. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel toujours hyper sympathique. Séjour de rêve dans ce bel hôtel au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante. Nous y étions à la saison chaude (fin mars début avril) et l'hôtel n'était pas blindé de monde, ce qui le rendait d'autant plus agréable.

Tout était au top, rien de négatif à signaler.

Die ganze Anlage ist weitläufig, großzügig und sehr schön gestaltet, wie die Bilder auf Booking realistisch zeigen. Der Strandabschnitt ist wunderschön, ganz feiner heller Sand und bietet am Abend sprektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück bietet sehr große Auswahl und hohe Qualität der Speisen und 5 Kaffeeautomaten mit sehr gutem Kaffee, sodass nie Wartezeit entsteht. Essen und Cocktails im Strandrestaurant super lecker und wunderschönes Ambiente. Sehr viele bequeme Liegen an den Pools und am Strand. Das Zimmer großzügig und stilvoll möbliert. Trotz der unten aufgeführten Negativpunkte würde ich wieder hier buchen. Über alles betrachtet hatten wir hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt als Abschluss unserer Rundreise.

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Toilette schmutzig. Da ich sie aber gleich benutzen und nicht erst auf Personal warten wollte, habe ich selbst mit Desinfektionstüchern Hand angelegt. Sollte nicht passieren. An den Folgetagen wurde aber gut gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche und Kleidung wurde im Zimmer sehr klamm und feucht. Ich habe die Klimaanlage von Kühlung auf Entfeuchtung umgestellt und so die ganze Zeit belassen. Innerhalb eines Tages war und blieb dann alles getrocknet. Es gibt leider abends sehr viele winzige schwarze Mücken, die einen vor allem auf dem Balkon, aber auch am Strand malträtieren.

Amazing location, setting in the tropical forests with nature surrounding us. The sea view and stunning sunsets each evening. Staff wonderful and helpful. Rooms and decor were just luxurios we stayed in the hibiscus. Breakfast was plentyful with a huge choice. The entire stay was gold standard. Will return definitely.

The breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety of options, and the food overall was excellent. The location is excellent, and the beach is very beautiful. The rooms in the Oceanic building had a damp and moldy smell; however, when we requested a change, the staff were very kind and promptly resolved the issue.

We would have appreciated more empathy and understanding, as we were in a difficult situation beyond our control due to the war. Our flight was changed, and unfortunately, the hotel did not agree to refund the nights we could no longer stay.

Der Strand und die Lage. Top

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Dies war mir klar. Soll aber ab April teilweise renoviert werden und bekommt einen neuen Namen. Fertigstellung angeblich OKT/NOV 2026. Ich bin gespannt und möchte wieder kommen. Beim Frühstück hat mir die typisch asiatische Suppenauswahl gefehlt. Schade!

Le petit déjeuner est proposé a des prix exorbitant pour le pays mais heureusement avec genius il est inclus. La partie administrative de l'hôtel avec pour 8 nuits, 3 réservations et un passage a l'Office 3 fois.

Elite Pool Villa war Klasse, mit eigenem Pool, dessen Poolwasser sogar angenehm gekühlt wurde. Sehr schöner, Strand. Mittag und Abendessen direkt am Meer möglich. Es gibt auch direkt neben dem Hotel am Strand noch ein Restaurant, welches lecker und günstiger als im Hotel ist.

Essen im Strand Restaurant war ok, aber haben in Thailand auch schon besser gegessen. Hotel ist etwas abgelegen. Dafür ist es viel ruhiger im Vergleich zu Bang Niang, was wir als angenehm empfunden haben.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt, an vielen Ecken jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben erfahren, dass es demnächst 5 Monate schließt und rundum erneuert wird. Wir hatten jedoch keinen Grund zur Beschwerde, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut top und das Personal wirklich superfreundlich.

Ich habe leider meine Badehose eingebüßt, die mir am Pool entwendet wurde.

Relativ große Anlage mit 2 Poolanlagen.Frühstücksbuffet super.Alles sauber,Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett.Restaurants und Geschäfte sehr gut zu erreichen.Weiterempfehlung ja 👍

Loved the location, the beach, breakfast, the swimming pool and the hotel in general.

We tried 4 different rooms due to very damp mouldy smell, hotel staff very helpful though.

We really enjoyed the pool with the view, especially at sunset. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. We were also very satisfied with the location, very central and extremely convenient to explore in the evening.

I would say I didn't really like the bigger pool with the slide. It's a nice pool however, it seems it was not cleaned as much as the one with the sea view on the other side.

The furniture is quite old some of the electrical sockets in the room are ripped out. The floors weren't very clean. It's not cheap either.

At its peak this would’ve been a great hotel but can see how it’s been neglected. Swim up bar is empty and non functional, pool bar is rarely open and the slides at the children’s pool can’t be used until 4pm as there is no water on them and therefore too hot to slide down. Shame really as you can see how beautiful the hotel once was. Had to change rooms due to a termite infestation but Reception quickly moved us. Breakfast was fine and various choices. Lots of fruit options and coffee was decent. Whether it’s Khao Lak or this hotel I’m not sure but it was overly expensive in comparison to other places for what you get.

Khao Lak Seaview Resort was a solid 5/5 stay. My garden bungalow offered a comfortable, private spot amid large gardens with nice tropical plants, close to the beach. The staff, including friendly Noi, provided good service, along with tasty seafood meals, a relaxing spa, big pools, and family options like a kids’ club. Great value overall—recommend it.

Multiple pools and a nice big one by the beach. Plenty of sunbeds and a nice beach in front of the hotel. The room were also comfortable.

Some of the rooms are quite far back, so there's some walking, but nothing bad.

The property is huge and very well situated for the beach and easy access to the town with great restaurants and shops. There are two big pools, one at the beach and a bigger one in the main part of resort. Our room was a garden view room which was big with two double beds. Staff were all lovely and welcoming. Being such a big place it never felt overcrowded. Breakfast was lovely with lots of different choices.

Our first room had a very noisy air conditioning unit. I didn’t sleep for 4 nights because of this. I mentioned it to the receptionist who moved us to a new room which was much better. Lots of mosquitoes 🦟 by the garden rooms so need to keep doors firmly closed.

Resort se nám strašně líbil jak polohou , tak zelení . Pokoj jsme měli pohodlný , postel skvělá . Vše čisté .

Bohužel celý resort extrémně zamořený komáry . Po měsíci v Asii jsme tohle nikde nezažili . Dokonce jsme bydleli předtím na druhé straně vesnice v jiném resortu nebo bydleli v džungli u řeky . Po jednom dni a noci jsme byli strašně doštipaní. Škoda , jinak moc pěkný hotel . Ale fakt jsme se těšili až odjedeme .

The staff were great, and the location was very convenient. They let us check out late for free also. Common places were always clean.

Lacking some attention to detail, there was a little mold on the shower ceiling, the power outlets didn’t hold very well, etc. Also, not many options for vegetarians.

We had an upstairs room and the air con wasn’t sufficient enough it was too hot. Although staff tried to cool it down.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Ranta aivan ihana, sopii myös lapsille oikein hyvin. Rantahiekka oli hienoa ja samoin merenpohja tasaista mukavaa kävellä. Paljon ravintoloita kävelymatkan päässä. Allastuolia ei varailtu etukäteen, sitä myös valvottiin. Huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti.

Nous avons eu un souci à l’arrivée avec un surclassement souhaité par le réceptionniste par une bonne intention mais qui s’est passé moyennement car perte de temps et après le restaurant était fermé avant son heure de fermeture de cuisine. Au final malgré ce passage, tout s’est bien passé par la suite pour ce court séjour

Die Anlage ist eine Mückenzuchtstadtion, ich hab nirgends in Thailand so viele Mücken erlebt mag an dem Tümpel liegen im Resort. Auf Nachfrage wurde auch das Zimmer gesprayt und wir haben einen Mückenstecker bekommen aber die Mücken waren aufgrund der Bauweise immer wieder da und nicht zu wenig. Klimaanlage ist für die Pool Unterkünfte nicht dimensioniert daher immer sehr warm im Zimmer, Abkühlung ist schwer zu finden. Der Pool, allein das Wasser war echt nicht schön, an manchen Stellen hat sich gefühlt die gesamte Sonnencreme alles abgelagert es sah wie Gelee aus. Die Rutsche für die Kinder wäre ansich toll, mit Badeanzug oder kurzer Badehose hat man allerdings in kürzester Zeit offene Stellen da die Rutsche schon an sehr vielen Stellen abgeplatzt ist. Der Kinderspielplatz eine echte Gefahr für Kinder, wer in Thailand auf die Idee kommt einen Spielplatz mit Stahlplattformen in die Sonne zu stellen? Unsere Tocher wollte am ersten Tag raus aus dem Wasser und auf den Spielplatz, sie läuft das Stück vor klettert hoch und auf einmal brüllte sie weil sie sich die Fußsohle verbrannt hat. Der gehört meiner Meinung nach gesperrt. Für uns war es ein, einmal und nie wieder. Das Personal zum Teil sehr nett, vor allem unsere Putzfrau.

Einer der Pools war riesig, schöne Gartenanlage, Preise im Beach Restaurant nur unwesentlich höher als auswärts, genügend Liegen.

Zimmer hellhörig, Verbindungstüren dünn wie Papier, tw. abgewohnt, Zimmerreinigung tw. schlampig und Handtücher nicht aufgefüllt - das war lästig. All das muss man aber nicht überbewerten.

Direkt am Strand, super fitnessraum, tolles Personal, kleineres aber ausreichendes Frühstück

Hotel a little tired

Chambres spacieuses et très fonctionnelles Les 2 piscines dont une avec vue sur mer permettent de répondre à toutes les attentes. La vue directement sur mer est fabuleuse. Le restaurant en bord de plage est un plus apréciable même juste pour boire un verre au coucher de soleil. Le personnel très à l'écoute et très serviable

Présence importante de moustiques (répulsif obligatoire pour profiter tranquille surtout le soir) Accessibilité difficile des transats autours de la piscine (squattés par certains résidents dès l'ouverture et pour la journée) Tarif blanchisserie exagéré en comparaison des prix locaux pour le même service.

Das Hotel liegt an einem ganz wunderbaren Strandabschnitt, den man Dank ausreichender Anzahl an Liegen auch entsprechend entspannt genießen kann. Wer lieber am Pool liegt kommt hier ebenfalls auf seine Kosten, es gibt eine große Auswahl, man sollte es nicht versäumen auch von dem bzw. im höher gelegenen Pool einen Sonnenuntergang zu erleben. Das Personal war super freundlich, der Zimmerservice klasse. Das Hotel soll renoviert werden, wir hoffen, dass es dennoch bezahlbar bleibt, da wir gerne wiederkommen würden.

Das Frühstücksbufett war leider recht fleischlastig, wenig Auswahl für Vegetarier, insgesamt wenig Abwechslung. Ein späterer Check Out, um eine Stunde war nicht möglich.
