Hanno messo una persona in sedia a rotelle nell'unico piano dove presenti scale per raggiungere stanza e sala colazione giustificandosi " ma io non vado mai ai piani". Nonostante questo reclamo e un altro , non hanno ancora ora risposto

Very good and beautiful converted hotel from a cotton factory in Rho. The rooms and bathroom were spacious. Beds were very comfy and staff at reception were amazing.

La litrie et la climatisation ainsi que le restaurant et sa belle terrasse

Le manque de propreté du parking et devant l'hôtel. Les oreillers sont trop fins et ne sont pas assez confortables

Er is voor het hotel ingebroken in onze auto. Zeer ongure omgeving, geen betrokken personeel, verlaten en bovenal oude meuk.

De goede en ruime kamers. De mogelijkheid van de kamers met tussendeur voor onze meiden was super! Ontbijt was goed geregeld, zeker voor Italiaanse begrippen. Parkeren prima, ook electrisch. Gewoon voor de deur.

De menukaartt voor het diner had iets uitgebreider gemogen maar was verder smakelijk en prima. Drankjes bij de bar was niet veel op voorraad maar dat kan ook pech zijn geweest. Er was bijv. nog één blikje Lemon Soda en geen cola ,ero meer.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient, especially if you’re visiting the Rho Fiera area, while still being well connected to Milan by public transport. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we had a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

There wasn’t anything major to dislike. The only minor suggestions would be to include a water bottle or two for free (right now everything is charged) and also kettle needed to be added to the room. Otherwise, everything met our expectations.

We (a family of 4) booked two double rooms, that were joined together with an inside door. Rooms were huge, high ceiling and outstanding, modern bathroom (double showers in each room). It looks and feels so much better, than in photos. Hotel personnel speaks fluent english. Breakfast was good. There is a big, easy to park parking place on the street and a supermarket just around the corner. I highly recommend, beautiful building (with an interesting history) with high quality, comfortable rooms.

The air conditioning was set really cold (you can adjust it only 2 degrees).

La bâtisse de l'hôtel est magnifique ancienne cordonnerie. La chambre quadruple communicante est grande mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement... Les joints de la salle de bains sont à refaire. Un coup de peinture pour rafraîchir et nécessaire. Grand parking. À 20 min du centre de milan en voiture

Le petit déjeuner très basique manque de choix pour un hôtel de cette taille. Un rafraîchissement général est à faire. Bien pour une ou deux nuits de Passage

Comfortable beds, quiet in the night, room was available early.

Powdered fake scrambled eggs for breakfast c’mon, for this amount of money thats a no go, no normal bread, very tiny croissants, and not a lot to choose from in general, rooms are old, ours was not completely clean, sticky floors, dirt on the walls, a lot of limescale in the showers, funky smell in the showers aswell, i expect more from a 4 star place.

Det er dejligt at værelser var sammenhæng og stor familie værelse med to toiletter. Vi kunne holde vores bil foran hotellet.

Tv var lille og det var svært at bruge den. Der mangler en elkander.

Het waren communicerende kamers maar de deur tussen beide kamers kon niet dicht gezien deze anders opnieuw gingen sluiten en doordat er geen klink op de deuren was kon je die dus niet opnieuw openen maar moest je dus terug naar de receptie om de sleutel te halen

Das Hotel ist super. Aber: Auf dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz 20m von der Rezeption entfernt wurde unser Auto aufgebrochen und bestohlen. Andere Fälle dieser Art wurden uns mitgeteilt. Das Hotel weigert sich Überwachungsmassnahmen zu treffen.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel, da die Lage für den Besuch von Mailand ideal ist. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig, die Züge fahren regelmäßig und die Tickets sind sehr günstig.

Das Hotel ist vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Bedden waren prima.

Bar en restaurant waren dicht, hele hotel voelt aan als vergane glorie.

Todo perfecto para lo que buscaba, bellas las instalaciones todo muy limpio buen y abundante desayuno. Sin duda alguna volveré si lo necesitará.

Para mí gusto un poco duro el colchón.

Schönes Sauberes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, und hatte im badezimmer sogar ein Fenster. Gratis Parkplätze direkt neben der Unterkunft.

Das Frühstück könnte besser sein, mehr Brot auswahl, die Früchte waren aus der Dose.

De hele entourage. Prachtige kamer met beschilderd plafond. De tuin met verschillende zithoekjes. En de eigenaren bijzonder vriendelijk!

Struttura nel complesso molto bella, esternamente molto particolare, vicinissima alla fiera ed anche per raggiungere le zone di maggiore attrattiva turistica di Milano. Camere ed ambienti comuni molto puliti ed accoglienti, letti confortevoli, bagno di dimensioni perfette. Struttura silenziosa. Colazione a buffet varia, in un ambiente ampio e luminoso, adiacente ad un grande terrazzo panoramico attrezzato con tavolini e sedie. Personale alla reception molto gentile, sorridente, veloce nelle pratiche di check in.

Comodo per la fiera, buona la qualità generale della struttura e delle camere, colazione adeguata.

Frühstück, Parkplatz, geräumiges Zimmer

Unser Auto wurde aufgebrochen auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Schulterzucken des Personals an der Rezeption (3 Mitarbeitende), überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit, die Polizei zu rufen, bei der notdürftigen Reparatur der eingeschlagenen Scheibe zu helfen (Pappe und Klebestreifen sollte in jedem Büro vorhanden sein), und wurde äußerst ungern die Adresse der Polizei mitgeteilt. Keinerlei Betroffenheit gezeigt. Der Parkplatz ist öffentlich. Absolut nicht sicher, es wurde nicht viel entwendet, aber der Ärger ist groß wegen des kaputten Fensters

Sam obiekt, dlatego że była to kiedyś stara fabryka, bardzo ciekawy hotel. Ponadto bardzo czysto, codzienne sprzątanie, wymiana pościeli i ręczników, naprawdę bardzo duży plus za to.

Zbyt monotonne śniadania, m.in.mało warzyw, codziennie to samo. Ale nigdy nie zabrakło, także to też na plus.

Ik had blijkbaar geboekt op de verkeerde dag. De baliemedewerker vond dat blijkbaar heel grappig. Hoewel ons italiaans meer dan behoorlijk is, bleef hij verder gaan in een slecht soort Engels. Hij wilde ook direct nieuwe kamers voor ons boeken en dat zou ons dan 240,00 € kosten. Omboeken was niet mogelijk hoewel er kamers vrij waren. Ik heb de fout gemaakt om de reservering niet goed te controleren, maar met enige empathie en een eventuele beperkte opleg, was voor alle partijen beter geweest. Wij hebben direct een ander hotel geboekt en gevraagd via booking voor een deel terugbetaling. We wachten nog steeds op antwoord van het hotel....

I arrived with two small kids, the room was perfect for us, well enough space. The breakfast was celebrated all the way back to bologna.

The TV did not work. The shower wasn't the best and the nozzle was broken.

It was really close (walking distance) from Rho train station, which was easy to move around. The room was clean and very nice and the bed was super comfy. It included breakfast and it was good!

Everything was great. Just consider that Rho is kind of far from Milan and after 10pm there are not many things to do or eat

Vista al frente muy buena. A 3 cuadras de la estación de Tren.

Lejos del Rho feria. No hay infraestructura en esa cuadra o cerca. Poca oferta de comida en el menú de la cena. Poca iluminación en el comedor en la cena parecía un lugar deshabitado. Ruido de la calle en las habitaciones que dan al frente.

Het King size bed 200x200cm, top! Compleet ontbijt, fris en fruitig! Dakterras met mooi uitzicht!

Die Dame beim Frühstück war die erste lächelnde Person, die ich vom Hotelpersonal gesehen habe.

- Mangelnde Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption - 1 Schlüssel für 4 Personen (man brauchte allein schon 2, damit der Strom funktionierte) - in die Jahre gekommen, gute Basis, schlecht gepflegt - Frühstück war nicht gut

Poca cura nella pulizia della stanza, bagno con lavello rotto e ventola di aspirazione sporca e non funzionante.

Sehr grosse, schöne Zimmer mit riesigen Fenstern. Trotz vieler Gäste ist es extrem ruhig. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig. Gratisparkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Praktisch ist auch, dass sich im gleichen Komplex ein Supermarkt befindet.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hat aber nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl und insgesamt ein umfangreicheres Frühstück gewünscht. Die Bahn ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und bietet eine gute Verbindung ins Zentrum von Mailand.

2ème séjour et nous y reviendrons. Dans un endroit calme, les chambres sont spacieuses, nous avons eu une très belle salle de bain, avec une douche double. Jolie terrasse où l'on peut admirer la chaîne des Alpes enneigées. Petit déjeuner correct. Hygiène irréprochable. La gare se trouve à 5mn à pied. En 20mn vous êtes à Milan. Des allers-retours dans la journée, sont tout à fait gérables, vu les prix des hôtels à Milan. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
