Close to Forio Porta to get ferry so you can walk easily with luggage. Great variety of breakfast options with freshly baked goods , hot breakfast and continental, always fresh fruit ! We stayed for 5 nights with pleasure !! Luigi Organized scooter on arrival he was very friendly and helpful . Excellent service Luigi Grazie Mille
We booked an excursion through the hotel with Sun and Sea Excursions and it was NOTHING like the brochure was advertised. We were taken in and out of ports like a ferry collecting people . Then they turned around after Ischia Port and dropped us off again and Forio port. We stopped for a swim in the middle of nowhere for 10 minutes . The pre recording information was all wrong . We never went around the island and got no aperitif, prosecco or snack as advertised. Total waist of time and money . This was not hotels fault at all they were very unhappy to hear about our bad experience . Don't use this company for excursions they lie and give bad service pessimo!

Migliorerei solo un po’ la pulizia delle camere. Farei un po’ più di attenzione, sopratutto ai pavimenti. Poi manca giusto un po’ di manutenzione generale. Per il resto straordinario!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The property is great walking distance to Forio shops and restaurants. The breakfast had good variety of food options, and the coffee made by the staff was delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially in organizing a scooter for the island. They provide a map and recommended many great places to visit.
The hotel is next to a very busy road. We had an issue with our fridge not working but it was never fixed.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Forio was my favorite place to visit. The hotel was great in every way except the bed and pillows could be a tad more softer. In all honesty, the bed and pillows were so firm. I wasn’t the biggest fan but I had no back pain. My husband on the other hand liked it. My kids thought it was a little too firm. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Location was amazing. I have read people complain about drink prices on rooftop bar but I found it to be fair. The bar is owned by a separate entity and the girls were so nice. You get a drink, some snacks and the most beautiful sunset. I feel that it was magical. The cafe right in town was the perfect to sit. I loved Forio!! And the breakfast was perfect.
The bed for me was a little too firm.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026La posizione di fronte la chiesa del soccorso. Dalle stanze vista mare si gode di un tramonto degno dei migliori spot turistici. Il rooftop è un bel posto per godersi il panorama e fare aperitivo.
Il personale seppur gentile, non fa niente per farti sentire accolto. L'aria condizionata è da cella frigorifera, nonostante abbia spento l'aria in camera abbiamo dovuto dormire con il lenzuolo. L'idromassaggio sul rooftop.. dalle foto sembra una piscina in realtà è la vasca gonfiabile dei bambini, c'entra a stento una persona.

Термальный бассейн. Отдельно хочется отметить менеджера господина Луиджи, который очень отзывчиво относится ко всем нашим просьбам. Спасибо!

Das Hotel Nettuno bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis: Optimale Lage zum Zentrum, angenehm grosse, geräumige Zimmer, meist mit Balkon, für italienische Verhältnisse u. E. ein überdurchschnittlich gutes Frühstücksbüffet, und Thermal-Innenbad sowie ein Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse. Kostenloser, abgesperrter - wenn auch kleiner - Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Erwähnenswert: Durchwegs sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen in allen Bereichen. Kompliment!

The room cleanliness could have been better and I could hear the plumbing at night, which was a bit distracting. Most hotels in Ischia also seem to share a slightly outdated aesthetic.

The wardrobe in our room smelt very strongly of damp. Which made the room smell.of damp and meant we couldn't use the wardrobe. However, everything else was great and to be honest we were not in the room that much and it didnt affect our sleep or anything like that.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026מלון מקסים, על חוף הים בפוריו, מרחק הליכה קצר מהמלון יש מספר רחובות בתצורת מדרחוב עם חנויות, בתי קפה, מסעדות. הצוות היה נפלא ושירותי מאוד, המלון והחדר מאוד נקיים ומטופחים, קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לים מול הכנסייה הלבנה. בגג המלון יש בר יפה שפועל בשעות אחר הצהרים והערב ממש מקסים לשבת שם ולצפות בים שממול. הצוות הזמין עבורנו מונית וענה על כל שאלה.
המזגן מרעיש מאוד כאשר מפעילים אותו על העוצמה הגבוהה ביותר. ארוחת הבוקר קונטיננטלית עם המון דברי מאפה ועוגות ופחות מאכלים לארוחת בוקר. הגישו ביצה מקושקשת, ביצה קשה, גבינות, לחמניות וכד'.

Great location walking distance to port and town. Great value. We were unable to get a sea view room but would highly recommended. Amazing of sunsets from rooftop bar. Ma quello che davvero mi ha lasciato senza parola è la colazione! Ma che meraviglia. Torte fatte in casa di tutte le specie e di una qualità pazzesca. Reviewed May 17, 2026Great location, reception staff were very helpful in arranging a scooter and mapping out a plan for how best we could spend our time on the island. Lovely roof top terrace (although quite pricey compared to other bars around town).
Breakfast could be improved. Cold options were fine but the hot/cooked options had been prepared long in advance, so had been sitting there for a while.

Reviewed May 16, 2026The hotel was very comfortable and clean and in a good location, we had a sea facing room with balcony and although the road outside could be a little noisy it did not disturb us . All the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Luciano and Luigi, on reception who helped with dinner reservations at local restaurants and organizing trips and Taxis etc .

Reviewed May 8, 2026Location, terrace and the view. Hotel's staff, especially - Luigi, was exceptionally friendly, proactive and helpful. Good breakfast. The hotel is compact and feels more like a holiday home at good friends. We enjoyed everyday of our stay. Will consider again, when visiting Ischia.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Soggiorno molto piacevole! Hotel curato, colazione ottima e soprattutto personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Un grazie speciale alla signora Clara e al signor Luigi in reception per la loro attenzione. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto un inconveniente, ma lo staff è intervenuto subito con grande disponibilità e professionalità. Molto apprezzato anche il gesto finale del taxi offerto per il porto. Nel complesso, esperienza positiva grazie alla gentilezza e alla cura verso il cliente. Consigliato!

relativ laut, weil Straße direkt am Hotel entlangführt, vor allen Dingen in frühen Morgenstunden. Völlig unangemessen Preise für die Gastronomie auf der Dachterasse.

La chambre supérieure vue mer était relativement petite et décevant car la vue mer est altéré par une route avec beaucoup de circulation. La literie n’est pas du tout confortable (lit très dur). Accueil assez froid .

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Totul la superlativ! Personalul foarte amabili, gata să răspundă oricând solicitărilor noastre, chiar și înainte de a ajunge acolo, prin explicații pe WhatsApp! Ne-au oferit posibilitatea unui transfer de la aeroport până la hotel, asigurând taxi și bilete pentru feribot. Ne-au dat explicații și detalii cu privire la unele obiective turistice și transportul cu autobuzele locale. S-au asigurat că nu ne lipsește nimic pentru a avea o vacanță minunată! Mulțumim! Totodată priveliștea de la balconul camerei a fost superbă! În fiecare seară puteai admira apusul, mereu diferit!
Singurul minus a fost o defecțiune la sistemul de încălzire a apei, care nu s-a putut repara imediat (fiind în vacanța de Paște, când și magazinele erau închise și nu puteau găsi piesele de schimb necesare). Dar s-au oferit să ne transfere la un alt hotel până când se remediază, ceea ce am refuzat. Drept despăgubire, am primit un voucher de reducere cu 30% pentru un alt sejur la unul dintre hotelurile din lanțul respectiv.

He secured a guide for a full day private tour at a Reasonable price that was excellent. We loved The Nettuno. Breakfast was also fabulous, home Baked goods And so much more.

Hotel is a bit dated. Bed could be more comfy and the jaccuzi on the roof is unheated. Hot water was out of service for much of the stay however this wasnt really the fault of the hotel as Easter delayed repair.
