Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Está muy bien ubicado, justo en el centro de la ciudad. El personal es amable y el cuarto estaba limpio. El baño parecía ser nuevo y estaba limpio también.
Se puede escuchar el ruido de afuera, tanto de los cuartos vecinos como del club que está a unas cuadras, al cuarto le faltaba un poco de luz también. El desayuno también podría ser más variado.

La habitaciones, aunque se ven remodeladas, no me dieron sensación de que sean las más bonitas. Su baño con cortina, no me agrado. Pero en general para una noche de descanso y el recibirnos en un horario de madrugada, vale la pena.

El cuarto con cama matrimonial es muy chico y la cama incómoda, no cuenta con ganchos para colgar la ropa, un ruido proveniente del baño te despierta cada hora y tiene espacios reducidos para guardar las cosas, la recepcionista no solucionó las peticiones y a pesar de ofrecer estacionamiento el hotel no contaba con disponibilidad al tener solo 5 cajones, por lo que tenías que dejar la llave o estacionarte en la calle, cabe referir que al dar nuestra llave al personal y usar nuestro coche al día siguiente, el cofre estaba abierto. Tuvimos que hacer el check out una noche antes de nuestra fecha programada, por no encontrar lugar para dejar el coche

Varias cosas, las enlisto: 1. No vale el costo-beneficio de la habitación más cara, es demasiado pequeña, igual que las normales solo que con una cama grande 2. No tienen cobijas extras, el lugar es frío y si solicitas una, te dan sábanas ya que no tienen cobijas extras 3. Almohadas, terribles, se hunden, no cómodas 4. No tienen jaboneras, es un detalle tonto pero necesario ya que el jabón se pega al lavabo y es difícil de despegar y toda el agua se escurre 5. La regadera, muy vieja, como todas las instalaciones, muy mala presión 6. El baño no tiene ventila y el extractor es insuficiente 7. Las cortinas no funcionales, dejan pasar luz y no dormir

Room was a little small, TV didn't work and a little noisy, but these were small problems. Overall great!

La cortina de la habitacion no servía y las toallas que ponen de servicio estan muy maltratadas. Si llevan personas adultas con problemas de movilidad es mejor que lo hagan saber al hotel porque sus escaleras son muy pesadas para condiciones asi

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025En la recepción todo bien, el área de comida muy sucio, le señora que atiende muy apática, no fue mi para saludar, pedí tortillas y ni siquiera me contesto, lo que si nos percatamos es que estaba calentando comida para sus compañeras camareras y para ella y les estaba ofreciendo "doraditas" por lo que asumimos que era más importante atenderlas a ellas que a los huéspedes, pareciera que le molestaba que estuviéramos ahí ya que casi inmediatamente que nos levantamos ellas se sentaron a desayunar. La verdad me arrepentí de haber comprado el desayuno ahí, uno espera mínimo que no hagan malas caras o que no incomodemos a los empleados!

Reviewed Apr 30, 2025Estuvo muy bien la estancia, solo que en la madrugada a las 2 am se escuchó mucho ruido que parece ser venía de la recepción, eso no estuvo bien, además es necesario poner la cortina de la puerta más gruesa porque la luz del pasillo se mete, el desayuno la verdad no muy bueno, faltaba pan de dulce y alguna salsa para acompañar los huevos, pedimos hielo y no tienen, en el estacionamiento al salir hicimos maniobras para salir por otra puerta porque los dueños de un auto salieron y no dejaron las llaves, es necesario avisarles que las dejen para dejar salir, por lo demás muy buen lugar

On arrival I was charged more than the quote from booking, we made the calculations manually and after confirming that the quote was correct they still charged me more. On the first day the toilet flooded the room. We were given a smaller room than the one I booked.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2024Let's start with check in. They flexed as we arrived early. Thank you. Hotel is a bit dated, but bed was comfortable.2nd night ac stopped working. They offered fan. Eventually they were able.to get us a room with newer AC after we refused fan. No elevator, so first day lugged luggage up three flights of stairs. Request room end floor. Avoid all rooms that face cathedral, as the bells drove us nuts first two days. No sound proofing on 2nd and third floor rooms..street noice was also loud. Avoid rooms 300, through 304thqt includes 2nd floor. We're were transferred to 1st floor facing dinning hall. Bad idea. You'll hear and see everyone, as rooms don't have curtains, just light shading cloth. So 2nd floor facing interior is best options. Parking was horrific. They don't tell you they have it. Three spots in front and 6 spots down back alley way. We had to keep asking till they allowed us to park back there. Do not park on street unless you pay at booth meters. The fine is 50 pesos and a 10 minute drive to police station to get your.front plate. Do not pay for breakfast, was not pleasant. There are several breakfast spots in town center with better food. They did turn room every night, and did leave one bottled water, two would have been nice. Overall not bad for price. Service could be better, as we caught front desk asleep at 4am on couch and you g lady at desk was always talking to her boyfriend who always visited her. Short Latino male with buzz cut was not friendly.

Access to my room was through the garage. It would not be difficult to put in a wall between the garage and make a hallway from the main hall to the back rooms. It would be much less industrial that way. The sliding door to the room would not stay locked. If anybody had climbed over the railing from another room, they could’ve easily opened the door. A simple fix would be to put a dowel at the base of the door in the track so that the window could only open a few inches , and nobody could climb through. Also, the retracting mechanism on the blinds would not work.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2023No facturan si pagas por la aplicación, cuando en el check in es un contrato de prestación de hospedaje entre tú huesped y el hotel. Le dejan la responsabilidad a Expedia, cuando solo es un intermediario de reserva y pago. Que el SAT sea quien determine que es lo que aplica.

The reception staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The breakfast was TERRIBLE to say the least. Our room was on the street and it was terribly noisy into the night with lots of noise up to 3:30 AM. If we were not overly tired, we would probably have slept very little at all.
