We liked everything about Bamboo Village. This was our third time staying there and we found the amenities, the staff and the food excellent.

We couldn't fault the resort.

The resort was perfect! Ideally situated within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and spas, making it a great base for our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the grounds team and restaurant crew through to the front-of-house staff. Breakfast offered an excellent variety of choices, made even better by the beautiful view overlooking the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this resort to any of our friends visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Bien situé au centre de Mui Ne, cet hôtel a été très bien conçu avec une nature florissante. Les chambres étaient très confortables et propres et le personnel adorable.

On a été déçus par l’absence de kids club, et il est dommage de ne pas avoir créé de bar sympa au bord de la plage.

L’hôtel est super bien placé, c’est un havre de paix dans la ville . Il y a deux piscines, une pour adultes et l’autre pour enfant et c’est très appréciable ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, chacune son intimité

מקום משגע ביופיו!! מטופח וקסום, גינון ברמה גבוהה!! חדרים מרווחים ונוחים, מקלחת מעולה. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת, חדר כושר חביב. מיקום מצויין, במרכז העניינים אבל לא מרגישים את זה בפנים. צוות מסביר פנים, דובר אנגלית טוב ומאוד מועיל.

האינטרנט והטלוויזיה קצת אכזבו. וגם הים, אני לא יודעת אם זה בגלל מזג האוויר, העונה או מה, אבל הים היה כל הזמן סוער ובמשך שלושת הימים שהיינו לא היה נעים להיכנס אליו.

Het ontbijt was fantastisch, erg uitgebreid. Ze hebben 2 zwembaden, 1 voor enkel volwassenen en 1 ook voor kinderen.

De ligging van het hotel is fijn, maar houd er rekening mee dat het in een erg Russisch georiënteerd dorp ligt. Op het resort is dit overigens niet te merken.

Wenn man von der Rezeption entlang seiner Unterkunft zum Strand geht, befindet man sich in einem Paradies. Die Schönheit des botanischen Gartens innerhalb der Anlage und abseits vom Trubel der Touristen ist so wunderschön, dass man sich in einer eigenen Welt befindet. Ganz besonders schön ist in der Früh auch der Blick vom Frühstück was hervorragend ist mit vielen frischen Früchten auf das Meer. Wer hier surfen möchte, bekommt ihr auch voll auf seine Kosten gleich rechts befindet sich eine Kalt Schule, bei der man auch das Material mieten kann und der auch sehr nett ist und einem hilfst beim starken und landenden.

Excellent place! What we liked best is the greenery and flowers around the hotel! All the hotel is a very quiet and beautiful place. The beach is good, room was very clean and comfortable. I like the hotel and the place around it. Would like to come back next time.

From the moment we step in we loved it, the stage, the place, the atmosphere, so beautifull every where, the food was amazing, fresh and tastfull. Right by the Beach, it is a little piece og heaven👌

My mother and I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! We booked an 8-day, 7-night stay and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Bravo! Our very first impressions of both the hotel and its staff were simply wonderful. We were warmly welcomed at reception with refreshing drinks, and everything around us felt so spacious, peaceful, and inviting that we instantly thought, "Yes... this is it. You're finally on vacation. You can finally relax!" The hotel grounds are exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, with an abundance of lush tropical greenery and picturesque ponds filled with fish. One of the most important things for us was staying somewhere that truly felt tropical, and Bamboo Village exceeded all our expectations. We were absolutely delighted. :) We stayed in a Deluxe (Nova) room, which was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony, complete with comfortable lounge chairs, was another lovely bonus. Housekeeping was excellent every single day. One thing that impressed us the most was the incredible attention to detail shown by the staff when caring for the property. On several occasions, we noticed employees literally using small brushes to remove dust from the tiny gaps in the decorative concrete so that everything remained perfectly clean. Every day they watered the plants, removed dried leaves, and carefully trimmed branches. It is obvious that the entire resort is cared for with genuine love and dedication, and we would like to give the team a huge round of applause for that! The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay. There was an excellent variety every morning, and we never once felt that the selection had become repetitive. Everything was always fresh, delicious, and constantly replenished. The choice of drinks was equally impressive. We would also like to highly recommend the Saturday BBQ dinner accompanied by live music. We absolutely loved it! There was an incredible selection of seafood, and what we appreciated most was that everything was prepared without excessive amounts of oil, unlike what you often find in restaurants outside the hotel. The desserts, fresh fruit, salads, and soups were all fantastic. The live music, which occasionally turned into a cheerful karaoke session with the guests, created such a warm and joyful atmosphere. It was a delicious, beautiful, and incredibly fun evening. We sincerely recommend attending — it is absolutely worth the price, and you certainly won't regret it! We would especially like to thank the wonderful Thanh Thuan, who introduced us to the Water Lily Spa during breakfast. She was incredibly kind and attentive. She explained all of the spa services in detail, told us how the Happy Hours worked, and even gave us a brochure in Russian. Beyond that, it was simply fascinating to talk with her about life in Vietnam. She recommended several beautiful places to visit near the hotel, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting about the cultural differences between our countries. Every time we met her, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like visiting old friends. People like her are exactly what make a vacation truly unforgettable. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the warmth and hospitality she shared with us. :) As for the beach, the sun loungers were always in excellent condition, and the staff worked hard to keep everything clean, regularly removing sand after other guests had left. The beach itself was also kept spotless throughout our stay. Some people might notice the sandbags in the photos, but we would like to reassure future guests that they do not spoil the view at all and never interfere with swimming. In fact, without them, the tides would likely have eroded the hotel's beachfront, including the areas with the loungers and restaurant. Their presence is completely understandable. The entrance to the sea is very comfortable as well, with no large rocks, pebbles, or sudden drop in depth, making swimming both easy and enjoyable. Those eight days flew by before we even realized it. Everything was so cozy, delicious, beautiful, and thoughtfully organized down to the smallest detail. The only minor disappointment at first was that we couldn't choose an all-inclusive or even a half-board package when making our reservation. However, the staff kindly explained that these options are available when booking through travel agencies or directly via the hotel's website. Since we organized the trip ourselves, we simply overlooked that possibility. No worries — we'll definitely know for next time. ;) We would like to express our deepest gratitude to every single member of the Bamboo Village Beach Resort & Spa Mui Ne team, from every department, for making our stay so wonderful. We enjoyed our stay in the Bamboo Resort. Everything was perfect. The room is quiet and very clean. The garden is the most beautiful i have ever seen in a resort. All the staff (room service, garden, beach, restaurant) are very kind and helpful. The beach and the sea are in the front of thé resort. I recommande this resort and i will bé happy to come back with my family.

The best resort experience I've had in Mui Ne. This was my third trip to Mui Ne, and Bamboo Village completely exceeded my expectations. I've stayed at several 5-star hotels before, but the warmth and hospitality here were on another level. From the gardeners and housekeeping staff to the security guards, everyone greeted me with a genuine smile every single day. Special thanks to Quang, Tiến, and Hồng for making my stay even more memorable with their kindness and professionalism. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The tropical gardens are beautifully maintained, and simply walking around the property feels like escaping into a peaceful paradise. I spent my days relaxing on the private beach, listening to the waves while enjoying drinks and desserts from the beach bar. What made this place truly special was the atmosphere. Instead of traffic and motorbike noise, I woke up to birds singing and the sound of the ocean breeze. It was exactly the kind of peaceful retreat I was looking for. In fact, I already had a hotel booked in Nha Trang, but after staying here, I decided to give up two nights of that reservation and extend my stay at Bamboo Village instead. That says everything about how much I loved this place. If you're looking for a beautiful beachfront resort with exceptional service and a relaxing atmosphere, Bamboo Village is the perfect choice. The manager was rude. After arriving with two small kids from a 4 hour car journey, he tells me he needs to verify my card even though this will charge me, and to be honest I’m already annoyed as I had to use a card that charges international fees because prior to coming to Vietnam, they had not accepted a different card of mine (which I always use for international travel as it doesn’t incur charges and no other hotel on our trip had had a problem with) because it only had my first initial on rather than my full first name (this is common in the uk). He was patronising and rude and basically told me we would have to leave if he was unable to verify my card. Having travelled extensively around south east Asia (where I grew up), I have never had this problem in any other hotel nor this level of “computer says no” rudeness. This was very disappointing for an otherwise lovely establishment and I must say all the other staff were lovely, it was just the manager who was unacceptably rude- and for this reason I wouldn’t stay again because it was stressful to deal with him. BUT! If he can be polite and professional in future then I would recommend it overall.

The rooms and bungalows are set in beautifully kept jungle like grounds.. the bungalow we stayed in was excellent.

The beach... not good.

I stayed here for a week to relax after 6 weeks travelling and it was a perfect experience! I had a very nice room either a view an a balcony, light and very quiet AC Spa was super, pool great, beach perfect Excellent restaurant and a delicious breakfast included. I want to thank Miss Thuán especially, who served during breakfast, for her kindness and thoughtful attitude during my stay. All the stafmembers are very nice and everybody makes your stay unforgettable Thank you

Eine wunderbare grüne Oase mit wunderschönen Blumen, Palmen, Pflanzen aller Art, die von einer grossen Anzahl von Gärtnern gepflegt wird. 2 Swimmingpool, sehr sauber. Es hatte sowohl am Strand wie auch im Poolbereich immer genügend freie Liegen. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Oft Live-Musik am Abend. Eine tolle Auswahl an Gerichten auch fürs Abendessen. Stets freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein toller Ort mit direktem Strandzugang. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

The Bamboo Village ticked a lot of boxes for us , if you don't mind the 3 hr journey frim Ho Chi Minh then it's a gem of a find, beautiful gardens , peace & tranquillity & the location , close to lovely restaurants & bars which are very good value for money. To top it all the staff are lovely, nothing was too much trouble..Hottai & his team in the restaurant & Hieu , Thuan all together a great team.

My family was pleased. I booked 2 beachfront bungallows and it is a really nice and comfortable place, service is good too, although the food wasn't that great for my tatse, except the yougurt. Yogurt was peak hehe.

We live in Vietnam for 4 years and this is the best place we stayed at. The highest level of hospitality and perfect location. Great food and fantastic garden. The stuff is so kind and friendly, they will help you literally with any request. Everyone seems to be your friend here. I would like to mention Hung and Quang specially, they paid so much attention during our stay. If you plan to visit Vietnam I highly recommend to go to Mui Ne and stay at Bamboo Village. That would be the best vacation ever. Thank you for being so cool, we will definitely return to your lovely resort ❤️❤️❤️

There are lots of reasons to choose Bamboo Village for a holiday , this was our first visit to Mui Ne & the start of our holiday so it meant a tiring journey to get here , so mostly we have enjoyed the relaxation in a perfect setting. The peace & tranquillity of the resort was fabulous, the adult swimming pool so peaceful & the garden beautiful, a pleasure to enjoy. However the staff have been hands down wonderful , helpful & smiling. A mention here for customer care from Huyen & Thuan but honestly all staff treated us with a smile , nothing too much trouble Location great , a fabulous spot right on the beach . We hope to return

Любимый отель в Муйне! Второй год подряд бронирую для отпуска нашей семьи. Шикарные завтраки, все вкусно. Прекрасное обслуживание и в ресторане, и у бассейна, и на пляже и в номерах. Красота невероятная на территории отеля, кусочек Рая на земле) За 2 отпуска удалось пожить и в бунгало у моря и в номере у бассейна: оба варианта понравились, но в бунгало ванная отдельный шедевр) Действительно достойнейший вариант, рекомендую 100%

Все понравилось, но вот все жду когда в отеле появится какое то мероприятие с тренером типо йоги или пилитеса по утрам на постоянной основе для гостей отеля. Есть вариант с заказом тренера индивидуально, но это дорого и неудобно. Хотелось бы эту функцию в ежедневное расписание. И тогда это отель станет лучшим для меня во Вьетнаме))))

The staff!! Everybody that works for this resort adds to your experience. Special shout out to the staff of the restaurant: Vu, who makes the best cocktails and is always willing to learn to make new ones. Huong and Tuan who have been there for over 20-25 years and really do know how to help make your stay incredible. The bell boy, who’s name I forgot but who’s English was amazing and he made us feel so welcome from the beginning and all the gardeners that keep the place lush and green.

The amount of Russians that overtook all the beds by the pool with their towels! They would reserve the beds for themselves while they went to the beach or town

We enjoyed our stay a lot, and we would like to return again in the future. The beach, food, nature, and room was really great, and we recommend this resort to anyone that want to stay at the beach in Mui Ne. All of the staff is very friendly, but I would like to mention Hung Van Bao who called the bus company and made sure we were gonna be picked up at the resort at the end of our stay.

Die Gartenanlage war üppig und gepflegt. Die Lage am Meer gefällt.

Das Frühstücksangebot war äusserst dürftig. Die Bungalows sind in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Viersterneresort stelle ich mir anders vor. Preis-Leistung stimmte für uns gar nicht. Bestimmt haben wir viel mehr bezahlt als die Pauschaltouristen, welche dieses Hotel vornehmlich bevölkern.

Bamboo Village Resort is een prachtig resort. De ligging aan de zee, de prachtige tuin, de service van de medewerkers en de faciliteiten, aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. De kamers zijn ruim en hebben goede bedden, een ruime badkamer en zijn allemaal van een goed werkende airco voorzien. De tuin is werkelijk prachtig. Het is alsof je in de jungle verblijft. Prachtige bomen en planten die goed onderhouden worden. Elke wandeling is een genot. Ook de faciliteiten zoals het restaurant, de spa en de zwembaden zijn heel goed. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en service gericht. Toen wij door een calamiteit langer moesten blijven werden we geholpen aan een nieuwe kamer. Speciale dank aan Tam (Sarah). We hebben een heerlijke vakantie bij jullie gehad.

Hotel located in Mui Ne, not far from restaurants and shops. The hotel is ssurrounded by a beautyful tropical garden with many flowers. No matter in which building you live the distance to the beach in no longer than 150 m. There are no noices so the atmosphere is good to enjoy full rest. On the area you'll find a restaurant ofering tasty dishes at moderate prices. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable enough.Air condition works quietly and doesn't disturb in sleeping. The rooms are kept clean but small tips are well seen of course. Generally, the hotel service is very nice, friendly and helpful. It regards cleaning stuff, waiters and people at the reception desk. The hotel buildings have lifts.

Das Hotel ist eine Ruheoase in einem fantastischen, tropischen Garten. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit in der ganzen Anlage ist außergewöhnlich. Das Restaurant ist am Strand, mit Meerblick. Super Frühstück, kein Andrang…ausreichend Liegen am Strand. Wellness Center, Yogaraum. Und ja, es waren Russen da, na und…sie haben genauso Urlaub gehabt wie wir.

We had a fantastic time at Bamboo Village. All the staff, especially Hung, Trang, Bich, Bailey, Long and the restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly. The grounds are stunningly maintained and give a mini jungle feel. The rooms, even the basic ones were lovely. The sea is a bit rough but good fun to play in and there are two stunning pools Our flights were cancelled due to the war so we had 6 nights to stay in HCMC. We decided to get a taxi to the beach and take pot luck where we stayed. We were so lucky to have picked Bamboo Village. I cannot recommend it enough!

The hotel is beautiful. The lush, colorful garden is very well-maintained. The rooms are beautifully and impeccably clean. The food is delicious. Live music is played daily. The spa is wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfasts are varied. Every meal and drink served at the hotel is top-notch. Everyone is helpful, smiling, and there's a family atmosphere. Everything is spectacular, from the rooms to the atmosphere. The customer service is a top-notch, all of the staffs are so helpful and energetic. I would recommend this place to any expats, who plan to take on a trip to Mui Ne, Phan Thiet and enjoy your precious moment with ur family and partner. To overseas friends around the world, do not hestitate by the language barrier because of those well-trained staffs are ready to support y’all. A huge shout-out to Thuy Trang, such a nice staff with full of elegance and patience in recapturing our family pic, we appreciate u alot! The gardens and staff were excellent. Check in and out very efficient. It was a 3 hour drive from Ho Chi Minh city but we needed some relaxing time after our tour of other places in Vietnam. Sadly, the beach has massive sandbags as the beach is eroding but there was sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas. It is windy so ideal for kite surfers. The sea is quite rough all day. Excellent Spa which I would recommend.

Beautifully landscaped grounds at this lovely hotel. We stayed in the Nova Deluxe rooms and they were spacious and clean. Pillows could have been fresher but they changed mine when requested. Breakfast has a massive variety - all the food is very fresh. Staff are lovely. Lots of comfy sunbeds at the top of the beach and plenty of shade. Unfortunately, the beach had suffered erosion and massive sandbags are in full view - but you can still swim, stroll further along the beach and happily watch the dozens of kite surfers who are there every day. Don’t let the beach erosion put you off staying at this great hotel. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.

We did not stay here but decided to have a meal here. Very pretty resort but I found the food and service well below par. I ordered a Vietnamese dish which I had eaten elsewhere in mui ne and it was so bad I could not eat it, the meat should have been thinly sliced but was basically sinu, grissle and vein tubes and had raw meat in it. My husband's dish was seafood thermadore which he classed as ok, but it comes to something when you have to put your fingers in your food and pull shell and tail off your food. It wss not busy but had to wait half hour for your food, if you wanted another drink trying to get the attention off staff was a joke my husband was waving for about 5 mins before someone came over. Had a good pianist playing but his speaker was so loud you had to raise your voice to have a conversation. Sorry how you were given this rating beggars belief sorry.

The facilities were excellent, clean, comfortable and beautiful garden
