I really liked the room and the location. The food was very delicious, the rooms are very clean and the staff were all polite and helpful. The lobby area is very beautiful and you feel calm and relaxed.

Food in the restaurant is very good and the pool is amazing. We were looking for a relaxing vibe away from the city, so the hotel is retired enough for us to feel good, the green areas all around the hotel make the vibe.

Service, it's not proactive at all. A few examples: There was a wedding during our stay, and service just completely dropped for guests because of this (which shouldn't happened in a "congress hotel" since these events are not a surprised and there should be ready for it). That night nobody was answering the phone from room service, the bar had a sign that said "bar is closed, if anything ask the staff in the pool bar" (not literal) and the pool was closed! It took us close to half an hour to get service (and we just wanted two coca colas). These are just some examples, more happened and not only on the day of the wedding but also on the rest of the days - and we nobody would even apologize for leaving us hanging. Beware of the bus service on Sundays, it's very limited (from and to Bologna). The bedroom area is quite old school and cold, A/C is very noisy and if the room next door is occupied, everything will shake every time their door closes. I went to the gym one morning and it smelled like a storage room, when I found spiderwebs in the running machine I just left and never went back.

Freundlich, sauber überdachte Parkplätze (es war sehr warm in Italien). Klimaanlagen sind sehr leise, tolle Anlage inklusive Pool. Zur Abreise haben wir sogar Wasser geschenkt bekommen, es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wir befinden uns in der Emilia Romagna, dem Land der Frischen Nudeln und des Aufschnittes. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das der vorgefundene Aufschnitt egal welcher, nicht besser schmeckt wenn er dünner geschnitten wird. Dieser wirkt nicht Einladend, vermutlich Fertig-Aufschnitt. Ist aber meine Persönliche Meinung….

Chambre confortable et bon petit déjeuner malgré un service qui laisse à désirer.

Accueil rude et rès impersonnel . Le week-end, ( samedi et dimanche) nous avons subi le bruit de 2 mariages juste en face de notre chambre, à la piscine. L'hôtel reçoit aussi beaucoup de groupes. ( séminaires et conferences) De ce fait , il nous a été impossible de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel . De plus, la piscine est petite et vite surchargée, d'autant que l'hôtel accueille des particuliers extérieurs moyennant finance. Il est difficile de se garer à proximité des chambres. Cet établissement est à éviter le week-end et n'est pas vraiment fait pour les séjours individuels.

Hotel/resort is mooi gelegen in een park achtige omgeving. Entree heeftwat weg van hotels op de Antillen met entree met palmen en water val, ontbijt OK, mooi gelegen naar klein zwembad. Restaurant (buiten dat er veel personeel loopt met ieder een eigen taak) geeft een verrassende twist aan de Italiaanse keuken.

Se non fosse necessario per l'ospedale non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Prezzi alti per camere che non ne valgono, è bello solo l'esterno e le zone comuni ma in camera: bagno senza finestra in una matrimoniale superior, Piccole formiche in giro, la nostra camera alle 13 ancora non era stata fatta e con un bimbo piccolo non potevo aspettare ancora. Il personale l'unica cosa che si salva al 90%. Ristorante che vuole essere di un certo livello ma senza nemmeno gli allergeni nel menù, cibo buono senza dubbio ma tutto esagerato. Camera singola che affaccia sul parcheggio senza poter nemmeno aprire la tenda. E in fine per le camere "in convenzione con l'ospedale" la convenzione è inesistente

Das Restaurant geht gar nicht, mini Portionen, Essen war auch nicht gut, Fleisch nicht durch usw. Nur ein paar Gerichte. Das Personal war sehr seltsam, lief nonstop rum wie Gefängnisswärter und beobachtete einem.

I liked the plan of the Hotel and its situation in the landscape - it was tranquille. The gardens and pool area were very much to our liking and the breakfast was great. The room was very tidy and had an A/C unit that did the work as supposed to.

If I am going to moan: Maybe a little more to choose from in the gym.

Nice location, but very poor customer service.

A €150 dog deposit was charged on 9 June 2026 and was supposed to be released within about a week. In reality, I received the money back only on 30 July 2026 — almost two months later — after numerous emails and repeated communication with the hotel manager, Angeli Carignano. During this time, the problem was repeatedly blamed on others, but in the end the money was returned from the hotel’s own account. I received no proper explanation and, surprisingly, not even an apology. I also found it unacceptable that after a 12-hour journey, as a hotel guest, I could not have dinner in the hotel restaurant because a reservation was required in advance. I had not been informed about this beforehand. I was also not properly informed in advance about the €150 dog deposit or how it would be handled. The hotel is in a pleasant location, but this does not make up for poor communication, an almost two-month delay in returning a substantial deposit, and the complete lack of an apology. I expected much more professional service from a hotel of this category.

The pool and surrounding area is stunning, clean and a fabulous,The room was pleasant, most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was freezing cold. Day and evening menu limited. 15 to 20 minute walk to small village which we found a couple of nice restaurants and bars (the beer shop) really nice bar. Too far out from Bologna if you don’t have a car. We travel a lot and this hotel could be fabulous if you just add the little extras other hotels offer- water in the room, kettle and coffee making facilities. We asked for a late check out of 4pm and told that our room was already taken? However, we then asked if there were any facilities to get showered and changed? We were then informed we could keep the room on until 4 pm for an additional €60 which we did, as it didn’t appear that there was a shower room for guests?I don’t want this review to sound negative, as we did enjoy our stay. The bars and restaurants in the village were really nice. We loved the pool area, but there was just a lack of atmosphere in the hotel and not enough food options.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und modern. Der Swimmingpool Bereich gefiel mir am Besten. Rund um den Pool begrünt schöne Liegeplätze und ein Bistro im Freien für den kleinen Hunger.

Das Personal war neutral es kam nie ein freundliches guten Morgen oder bei Tisch wurde ob Menukarte oder das Brotkörbchen kein freundliches Hallo erwähnt.

Echt een aanrader! Erg mooi hotel met moderne en zeer schone kamers. Erg mooie aankleding en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles oogt erg schoon en hygiënisch.

Enige nadeel van dit hotel was de op onze kamer continu klikkende regelaar van de airco en de verlichting in de besturingskast welke zich in de kamer bevond.

Groot complex met mooi zwembad, met een breed ondiep gedeelte, ideaal voor kleine kinderen. Prima kamer, geschakeld met de kinderen.

Er is weinig in de omgeving en het restaurant was de eerste 2 avonden vol geboekt, check vooraf de beschikbaarheid als je daar gebruik van wilt maken. Er is een enorm terrein maar nergens een kleine speeltuin, dat vonden we jammer.

Beliggenheden er lidt langt ude for Bologna og området er ikke super hyggeligt. Hotelværelserne har TV, men hvor man ikke har mulighed for streame sit eget, hvilket er ærgerligt.

Service très moyen. Difficulté à trouver des matelas au bord de la piscine car celle ci est ouverte aux gens de l’extérieur. Pas de personnel au bar, très longue attente. Restaurant de l’hôtel soit disant complet tous les soirs, alors que la salle est vide.

La piscine était bondée, II y’a des clients qui viennent de l’extérieur et très très chaude. Avec beaucoup d’interdits.

Zwembad is heel aangenaam, rustig en gericht op relax en niet op gezinnen met kinderen. Er hangt een heel rustige sfeer rond het zwembad en op de ligweide. Iedereen komt er om te ontspannen, lezen en zonnen. Kamers zijn mooi met een stille en goed werkende airco. Wij sliepen op het gelijkvloers en er was ‘s nachts geen lawaai. Ontbijt is in orde, ontbijtzaal is minder gezellig, wat refter / congres gevoel maar de tuin van het hotel maakt dit helemaal goed. Ligging: je hebt een auto nodig om verplaatsingen te doen, centrum Bologna is 20 min met auto.

Restaurant in hotel is duur. Lunch en hapjes aan bar van zwembad zijn niet uitgebreid en niet altijd vers. Caesar salade was een plastieken potje van de supermarkt. De cocktails waren wel lekker.

La tranquillità del posto, nonostante l’hotel fosse al completo, è stata davvero apprezzabile. Le stanze sono molto belle, spaziose, curate e dotate di ogni comfort. Staff sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Colazione, super abbondante, ottima la qualità e la varietà.

Il bagno è poco insonorizzato e si sentivano i rumori provenienti dalla stanza vicina, anche se fortunatamente solo in bagno. Per quanto riguarda il servizio ristorante, i posti disponibili sono pochi e non sempre è possibile usufruirne o consumare il pasto in struttura. Sarebbe sicuramente utile avere una maggiore disponibilità per gli ospiti.

Formidable, très bon rapport qualité prix: Chambres très propres, bien insonorisées, climatisées, très bonne literie, petit déjeuner avec buffet bien garni. Très belle piscine avec nombreux transats

Der Zugang, die Parkplätze waren perfekt. Es war alles super klimatisiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, alles war vorhanden, mehr als man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Pool war super.

Das Outfit einiger Gäste war nicht angemessen. So kamen manche Gäste in Pool-Kleidung zum Frühstücken. Tanga-Dessous und transparente Kleidung sind in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angebracht. Zumindest während des Essens. Das Abendessen wurde nach unserem Dafürhalten der italienischen Küche nicht gerecht.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour profiter de la jolie ville de Bologne. Un coin de verdure paradisiaque, une piscine superbe avec ses jacuzzis. De nombreuses chaises longues à disposition et un snack pour profiter des bonnes salades et boissons fraîches autour de la piscine. Le personnel y est très sympathique, les chambres et salle d'eau spacieuses et très propres. La literie est de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent. Nombreuses places de parking à disposition. Très bon séjour pour nous 3.

Colazione a buffet generosa, personale giovane e gentile, piscina piccola ma ben tenuta e con opzioni idromassaggio sia dentro che su vaschette posizionate fuori. Facile da raggiungere sull'uscita dell'autostrada. Immerso nel verde sembra di essere in un resort fuori dal mondo. Consigliato. Possibilità di Late Check out a prezzo onesto (metà del costo della camera) che permette di godersi più a lungo il servizio.

Forse i costi del bar in piscina son un po' "salati", ma ci stà, tutto sommato (prosecco 7 euro), si tratta di uno sfizio. Per il resto non ci sono cose da eccepire: anche il ristorante buono.

A kutyusnak pluszban fizettunk,de még egy tálka sem volt neki bekészítve amiből ihatott volna a fekhelyről már nem is beszélek.Még jó hogy mi vittünk. Tipp: más hotelek bekészítik a fekhelyet,tálkákat sőt játékot és finom rágcsákat is...csak jelzem😊

Hôtel excentré, au calme. Arrêt de bus pour le centre ville à quelques minutes à pied, compter plus de 30 min en bus, 2 à 4 arrêts dans l’heure selon la période mais très pratique Sinon San Lazzaro à environ 20 25 min à pied si on ne veut pas ressortir manger à Bologne le soir ou manger au restaurant de l’hôtel un peu cher pour nous. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, la climatisation (quasiment 40degre début août), la verdure du parc. Pas mal de famille avec petits (comme nous) mais de la place pour tous. Très bon petit déjeuner sucré salé et personnel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et propre.

Nous avions réservé une chambre double pour 2 adultes et une chambre triple pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans, le lit bébé était à payer en plus.

Es befanden sich zu viele Menschen in dem kleinen Pool. Man müsste darauf achten, dass Kinder nicht hineinspringen, wenn der Platz schon so klein ist.

Fantastisk restaurant og dejlig morgenbuffet.

Pool område lukkede tidligt, og stedet er så øde, at man ikke bare går videre.

Not a lot unfortunately, it was much further than we expected from the city centre of Bologna. Our fault. Our first room allocated to us the bathroom smelt of urine. The toilet was heavily stained with urine. We had to ask to be moved to another room. The next room was much cleaner thankfully.

The breakfast was a joke we had to queue to get a table for breakfast as they obviously have weddings at the weekend and it was chaos. It took 15 minutes once we were given a table to get a tea & coffee. Very disappointed with service. Would definitely look to stay closer into Bologna centre. This hotel js more suited for conferences and large functions.

Lo staf è molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale. La struttura è comodissima per chi ha una persona cara in ospedale e ha vari spazi in cui potersi rilassare. Il cibo è ottimo.

Spero che lo chef, con il suo talento, possa ampliare il menù e aggiungere dei piatti vegetariani e vegani. La stanza nella quale ho soggiornato era poco isolata acusticamente, quindi, era facile sentire i rumori provenienti da altre camere, soprattutto da quella accanto alla mia dalla quale ero divisa da una semplice porta da interni.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und bietet in Stadtnähe eine sehr gute Entspannung. Der Bus Richtung Altstadt ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß sehr einfach erreichbar. Eine perfekte Möglichkeit ohne Auto die Altstadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstück kann auch draußen genossen werden und war sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

I am very disappointed that the hotel charged me a security deposit twice by mistake. While one of the deposits was released immediately upon check-out, the second incorrect charge of €150 has still not been refunded despite multiple emails, reminders, communication through Booking.com, and direct contact with the hotel. Nearly two months later, I am still waiting to receive my money back. The breakfast was also disappointing, a lot of sweet options and cakes but lacks on protein, salats and some special attention to the varieties. The prices charged for lunch and dinner in the restaurant were far too high considering the quality of the food and overall dining experience.

Purtroppo la domenica il ristorante ha un altro menù rispetto agli altri giorni e non ci siamo goduti granché la cena, che tuttavia è stata buona in ogni caso.

Bella struttura alla periferia di Bologna, immersa nel verde e ben curata. Ottima e varia la colazione, piscina gradevole e lettini comodi posizionati anche nella parte del parco, in ombra. Parcheggio comodo ed ampio. Mi ritengo soddisfatta e tutto si è perfettamente sposato per il mio week-end organizzato con le amiche!
