Un hôtel tout simplement parfait ! ❤️ Je vous le recommande vraiment les yeux fermés. J’ai passé un séjour magnifique. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : l’accueil, le personnel, la chambre, le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est adorable, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. On sent vraiment qu’ils font leur maximum pour que les clients passent un beau séjour. 🥰 La chambre était magnifique, très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Tout est pensé pour qu’on se sente bien et qu’on ne manque de rien. Le restaurant est également une vraie réussite : très agréable, les repas sont bons et bien présentés, et le service est au top. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était vraiment complet et délicieux. Il y a du choix et tout donne envie ! 😍 Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et surtout avec l’envie de revenir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse, votre attention et votre professionnalisme. ❤️ Franchement, un hôtel où l’on se sent bien, accueilli et considéré. Je recommande à 100 % ! ✨

Le restaurant de l’hôtel était très bon, avec des plats de qualité. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience. Je donne une note de 8,5/10.

Ce que j’ai le moins apprécié, ce sont les chambres. J’ai même demandé à changer de chambre, mais malheureusement, le problème était similaire : on ressent beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre. J’ai également été déçu par la façon dont les remarques sont prises en compte. Lorsque vous signalez un problème, vous n’avez pas vraiment le sentiment d’être écouté. J’avais choisi cet hôtel notamment grâce à sa note d’environ 8/10 sur Booking, mais après mon expérience personnelle, je lui donnerais plutôt un maximum de 6/10.

L’accueil mention spéciale à Maher Excellent service de la part des tous le personnel. Merci aux femmes de ménage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait. Tout le personnel est vraiment au top 😊: accueillant, souriant, disponible et toujours à l’écoute. La nourriture était excellente, avec beaucoup de choix et des plats de qualité. Merci au chef cuisinier qui a était adorable .☺️ L’accès direct à la plage est un vrai plus, très pratique et agréable. L’endroit est également très sécurisé pour les enfants, ce qui permet de profiter du séjour en toute tranquillité. Les animations étaient variées et très agréables, tout en laissant la possibilité de profiter du calme de l’hôtel. L’établissement est idéal pour se détendre dans une ambiance paisible. Un grand merci également aux dames de ménage : la propreté est irréprochable, rien à redire. Enfin, la réactivité de l’hôtel est remarquable. Avant même notre arrivée, alors que nous étions encore en France, nous avons échangé par message et nous avons toujours reçu des réponses très rapides à nos questions. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 💕

Excellent séjour au Royal Nozha. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours souriant. Un grand merci au directeur M. Adnen Chemli pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité, ainsi qu’à Mme Amel pour sa gentillesse et son attention envers les clients. La piscine est magnifique, la nourriture est variée et délicieuse, et l’ambiance est parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

I was charged an additional amount that I disputed, and despite providing clear evidence, the receptionist refused to properly review the situation or listen to my explanation. The interaction became extremely unpleasant, and I was even threatened with physical intervention by the security staff. This was completely unacceptable and far below the level of service expected from a hotel.

The head chef and all of the kitchen staff were exceptional. So kind and knowledgeable. The food was very well-prepared. The animation staff also tried to maintain a happy, positive atmosphere. Everyone was very kind.

The beds were a little hard but not terrible.

Ich war jetzt schon zum vierten Mal hier und es fühlt sich jedes Mal an wie nach Hause kommen. Alle sind so herzlich und kümmern sich mit viel Aufmerksamkeit um jeden Gast. Es ist schwer zu sagen, was das Herzstück dieses Ortes ist, denn es ist das Zusammenspiel von allen von der Putzfrau bis zum Manager das jeden Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Highlight macht. Ich liebe das Animationsteam, ihr Engagement ist einfach beeindruckend, und die abendlichen Shows werden mit so viel Herz und Liebe durchgeführt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mido und sein Team, an Amine, Nedar, Ale, Najla und Yousra. Danke an Arbi, meinen aufmerksamen Kellner, und an Nisrin, die beste Zimmerreinigungsfrau der Welt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön auch an das Küchenteam rund um Helmi, ich kann gar nicht alle aufzählen, alle sind grossartig. Ich liebe die Strandbar, die Aussicht dort lässt mein Herz aufblühen. Dass hier so viele Stammgäste immer wiederkommen, sagt wohl alles. Man kennt sich schon untereinander, und auch wenn man alleine reist, ist man niemals wirklich allein. Immer wieder gerne.

🌟 5-Star Experience – Truly Unforgettable Stay! 🌟 Just returned from what can only be described as one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in years. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel incredibly welcome – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and their warmth set the tone for the rest of our stay. The rooms? Absolutely lovely – spacious and spotless, with a free safe and lovely large balcony. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was lovely but meant you did get the full entertainment experience but this didn’t disturb us and ended early enough not to cause issues. Now let’s talk about the food… fantastic! Every meal was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. A big thank you to the waiters and kitchen staff who went above and beyond to make dining such a pleasure – always attentive, kind, and genuinely happy to be of service. The bar staff deserve special mention too – great measures and quick service every time with a smile. They went above and beyond to help and meet our expectations. There was also plenty of animation and entertainment for those who enjoy it – lively, well-organized activities that brought a real buzz without being overwhelming for those who wanted to relax. However the beach was peaceful and relaxing and the security guard and lifeguard went out of their way to make our day special. All in all, this has been the best hotel experience and the most beautiful country we’ve visited in a long time. A heartfelt thank you to every single member of staff – your hard work, kindness, and professionalism made our stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back! Highly, highly recommended! 💫

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et j’ai été vraiment impressionnée. Ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est la propreté impeccable des lieux : que ce soit les chambres, les couloirs ou les espaces communs, tout était parfaitement entretenu On sent que l’hygiène est une priorité pour l’établissement. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu mon séjour agréable, c’est l’amabilité du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe, de la réception aux services de chambre, était accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. On se sent vraiment bienvenu et pris en charge. C’est un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation pour ceux qui recherchent un lieu propre, chaleureux et bien tenu.

Staff were excellent, from the Reception team (Meher and Majid) to the Entertainment/Activation team. Food choice and quality is excellent. Beach on your doorstep. Small resort, and you'll know everyone by the end of the week. Booked some excellent activities like Camel Ride experiences for the guests.

Could do with a spruce up, but it's certainly not run down.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The food was excellent and a good choice. The rooms are clean and a good size. Always beds available around the pool and a beautiful beach bar and beach area.

The gym is very small and not very well equipped but still OK and did its job.

Congratulations Royal (pfft) Nozah for winning the award for the absolute worst possible experience I've ever had as an avid traveler, I'm thinking of going to Chernobyl in a few months just to wash off your stink, a radiation bath should barely cut it (might kill me, but hey). For everyone who reads reviews thoroughly before choosing a place to stay like me, I shall leave here an account that should dissuade you, so that you at the very least can avoid stepping into something decidedly unpleasant. If you've read that this or that staff is "nice," "helpful," "kind," or "friendly," then let me pierce the vail for you... They want your money, they worship it, 😱 shocking I know at a resort, but it isn't subtle, they hound you so that you take their overinflated packages all while acting like your best friend. Half the maids are rays of sunshine, the other half is something dark and unpleasant. The buffet staff are 60% great, but the abysmal attitude of the other 40% makes the whole experience kaput, zilch, nada, zero, considering full Karen etc. The food is better thrown straight in the garbage. There was a Golem guarding the water like his precious, as if they had wrung it out of him (no thank you!). I'm sorry, is it a crime to be thirsty? It's as if I didn't pay for the all-inclusive package... Oh, wait I did! Now, let's talk about the wonderful (😤) ambiance you may have to deal with. Like the most unlucky man in that week (me), while sleeping with the balcony door ajar, I woke up to a room full of fumes. Apparently they thought the best time to paint (petrol-based paint) the staircase to the 2nd floor was when I decided to stay with them. An assurance was offered after we complained, but apparently the guy didn't care, or more likely they didn't even try, his last hat tip was painting the door right outside the apartment where my sister (who is disabled) and her daughters were staying.

Location is great Food was ok

The rooms are not sound proofed. You can here everything from outside. Some of the staff ( not all ) acted like we were staying st their home. Especially the man responsible for the restaurant service. He was not welcoming and very rude. The waiters and the poeple in réception were really nice though. The kids club is only open from 10 to noon and from 3 to 5pm. Rest of the time closed.

I loved the bar on the beach tropical style, the all inclusive formula. Very cheap for what it offers. With 10 dinars you get in the center by taxi.

Clean and beautiful building with direct access to the beach. They gave us a room with a nice view to the swimming pool. Waiter Faiçal was very helpful and nice.

Some services are only available for free until 23h like bar, and you have to pay for your drinks after that time. Not nice for an all-inclusive hotel. It must be free until it closes, like it is advertised. Delayed service serving drinks during the dinner, and mixing good with bad wine in the same glass fir the guest is not a good idea for a guest who understands a bit of wine. Not nice at all. Some bored/tired staff in the dinning room. Night animation should be updated for 2023, including music. Sitting in 1998 music and acts is boring. I will recommend this hotel only for guests with 60+ years with a little demand. If you are younger or have kids, choose another hotel. I believe this is also what the hotel managers pretend. We came from another all-inclusive resort in Monastir before this one, for that reason this place was a bit of a disappointment. The other resort was way more relaxed, friendly staff, more services available, a lot of fun and way more easy going.

The staff makes it all - especially Maher in the reception, the owner Mohamed Saleh and the barman Oussama Hichri made my stay very much enjoyable. Also the cleaning staff is incredible. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the people attentive, but not pushy, and the beach, pool and building very well taken care of. This is the place to be pampered.

Animation/music can be a bit loud in the evening.

I have a trip with my family and took my mom and dad to the hotel My best aspect was the staff and the manager and the way that they have treated us they have even upgraded our room to a suite for free. all staff in the hotel were very accommodating and they looked after us throughout our stay. They were smiling greeting giving advice and supporting us throughout. Also what I have liked is the cleanliness of the place as they are doing their best and there is no bad smells either in the room or in the hallway. There are variety of food available in breakfast lunch and dinner and the quality is fair. There is not much of a selection in terms of the food if you are a food frenzy person. Food is very standard for an open buffet. Maybe it's because I'm a food freak and I do like a variety of food and a good buffet.

Nothing to be honest as for the price we paid is quite well.
